I have ordered that shirts as per attachment and Ozsale delivered a wrong coloured shirts (Ordered grey but I got blue instead). For this order, I have used the voucher (that they refused to refund into orginal method of payment), free shipping subscription and the balance by Paypal.
I contacted the Ozsale and they offered 20% refund and I get to keep the item. I do NOT like blue so I ordered grey so what's the point. Otherwise they will put the payment into original method of payment after I return the product to them first.
Here are the problems.
A) I have that voucher because of overpriced item I have purchased and tried to cancel it the next day. The rep advised that it can't be cancelled (even though they haven't shipped the product yet at that time) and had to wait for the shippment to be delivered and then to be returned to them again for them to do a cancellation. I had to wait for another three weeks for all that to be done. However, instead of refunding it to my account, they put it into a store credit with 6month validity. I have contacted them numourous times but no use.
B) If I order again, it'll use my free shipping subscription count or shipping fee of $10. Ozsale made a mistake, I have to pring label, pack it and take to post office? Not to mention about another probably two weeks wasted for waiting for the refund to comes through and new order to be delivered?
What a great customer service. They even shut down the call centre due to coronavirus but online customer service has no service at all. So why bother. As soon as I deal with this issue, I'd like to put an end to my Ozsale shopping.

I have given up on delivery, This is not an Australian site, If you can wait for the rest of your life for delivery I would recommend them.

I got to the checkout in Ozsale's app and Afterpay option wasn't working, I then accidentally clicked PayPal and it worked (much to my dismay)... I immediately contacted and left multiple messages requesting the entire order be cancelled. I re-ordered online using Afterpay successfully, however went back into App later and some of my new order items were cancelled - left more messages with no response at all & my now credit card has been debited already! Someone needs to get back to me ASAP as I have been charged incorrectly! Ozsale App needs to be updated after all this glitchy crap, please HELP!

This is my Ozsale story...
I ordered two pairs of boots, great brand and seriously inexpensive. The following day after realising I'd ordered the wrong size I called them only to be told they had already been dispatched!
I thought wow that was quick but got all the info about returns.
I didn't receive notifications about postage or estimated arrival dates during the following week so I sent emails enquiring. Nothing. Eventually I received a reply telling me I needed to supply more info if they were to help.
My email is unique. They simply needed to enter it to find my order. I know this because in subsequent phone calls that's all they needed to bring up my info. Anyway this went back and forth until I figured something was wrong.
Eventually I received an email telling me my order would be delivered to my door. How that was relevant to my questions about refunds and possible whereabouts of my order I have no idea.
So one month later I received an email apologising ( the word " sorry " pours like tap water with these people)... because they didn't have these boots in stock!
So these boots were never dispatched and every person I dealt with was blatantly dishonest.
Ok so then I began the refund requests.
I think I sent six emails and made the same number of phone calls and was given as many excuses. The last straw for me was after being told i would receive it immediately. Ha! Got a message saying, sorry you'll have to wait we're having problems with our refunds!
So, I called again and said I would call everyday three times a day until my refund was honoured. The following day I called again and hey presto management had approved my refund!
Do these people have management?
What are their policies around consumer transparency?
There is something seriously wrong here.
Sure I can suggest they review my situation and perhaps understand that their deception was clear, but they won't do that.
I would advise anyone considering engaging in dealing with these people to asses their decision carefully.
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered and my goodness I hate being deceived.
Now, if anyone's out there from Ozsale that may bump into this review don't you dare say SORRY! I've heard that word at least a hundred times from you over the weeks and quite honestly it reached the point where it disgusted me.
You know, here in Australia, the word
Sorry' has always meant an exchange of risk and forgiveness. It's a great leveller.
