I have been a customer for almost 4 yrs now - never had an issue with placing an order. Receiving the item can take awhile but estimated delivery time is always mentioned when viewing/shopping. Order status is always updated so you are always on the loop where the item is at.
I have also returned an item and this has also been a seamless process.
Customer service responds to a query within a reasonable time. I have tried submitting a query online and at the same time via Twitter.
Overall, all shopping experience has been positive.
I purchased one of air fryer from their site but item has not delivered for a month. I sent several emails to follow up this matter, but they did not seriously respond to this request. I asked the refund after two months from purchased but, no answer. So, I asked my bank to cancel this transaction and refund the fund for undelivered product. After that, bank arranged the charge back to my account finally. What a pity of this business!
Firstly the advertise as being an Australian business which is not true.
They use pictures of genuine products at slightly reduced prices then when you fall for it you end up waiting 6-8 weeks for a terrible poor quality fake product.
They don't reply to emails and if this review page is similar to another they have staff gone on and give positive reviews to get their score up.

I have today received my first order from Ozsale 1 x double bed quilt cover set LOGAN MULTI Great British Design. I am very very disappointed with my purchase... I did exactly what the instructions for the product recommended, machine wash before first use. After just 1 wash my quilt cover and 2 x pillowcases where the fabric was black is now a dull black almost has a grey sheen to it and it looks quite used after just 1 wash? I am not happy with this purchase at all, what is the quilt cover set going to look like after a few more washes?
Am a little concerned about all the negative reviews I have seen on this site... I have emailed Ozsale to complain but wonder how long it will take for a reply?
Sometimes its hard to figure out just when things will arrive, but the quality of the items I have bought has been top notch, no fakes or foolery and in all just genuinely impressed with the service. Now if only the really good sales would happen when my funds are flush. :P

Ozsale got my return order on 17/01/18. I have all documents form ParcelPoint.
Today is 11. 04. 18 and I can't get my money back.
At first, they promised to find the parcel. Then Ozsale cleaned "my orders" and "contact us" history. They don't answer and no refunds $240.15. What can i do? Please give me an advice.

It has taken ages for the item to arrive. It has been delayed through dispatch and I have received no communication and it is only that I keep checking my account in the hope that it arrives before Christmas. Delivery has taken a lot longer than I expected. I didn't realise it would take so long. I would hesitate buying again unless I had a plenty of time to wait for delivery. It will be approx 1 month.

Have always been happy with the brands and the bargains to be found on Ozsale, but feel they are just too hard behind when it comes to shipping these days. Great if you aren't needing an item any time soon, but if you do, look elsewhere. Shame.
Made an order on a woman jacket on 19th May and it has to be delivered by 12th June. Still hasn't received it yet. Has been contacting to them for several times and seems like they don't care. Didn't expect this experience from a big online store. Will never shop again.

We recently both some dresses from one of your sales and they came unpackaged other than the postage satchel. Considering they were made of lace, I think that's pretty dangerous and frankly makes them look used.
Had all the items I was after in one fabulous sale. Great prices to good not to buy and was able to add to my order after my original purchase for no extra postage costs. My goods were well packaged and delivered in a timely manner. I expect I'll have one very happy girl this Christmas x x

I ordered an electric bicycle from Ozsale for $999. They them sent me an email saying they have oversold them and have issued a refund. The refund never came through. I am now chasing this up with PayPal and may have to take it to the retail ombadsman if that does not work.
Plus there customer support is useless. Only via the contact form on their website and they only send me the exact same unhelpful generic message every single time.

I had a terrible time with my last order and it was almost impossible to get any assistance. Your webform contact system is highly flawed and it often took days for anyone to get back to me. I ended up having three problems with the order: part payments didn't work; item was faulty; and I was given a credit instead of a refund. None of these issues were handled efficiently. I will never use your site again and I've told everyone who'll listen what a nightmare it's been.
I am 69 years old, with a reasonably large family. Since becoming more arthritic with age I am unable to visit the shopping centres as much as I used to. I have done most of my Christmas shopping through Ozsale. There are a multitude of choices for all age groups. All the women are getting candles and diffusers. The younger girls lip gloss pyjamas and nighties. The boys have a range of undies also and shorts in all sizes.
Through the year I buy home supplies for the laundry and bathroom etc. Clothes for me too are easy to find with a diverse range of goods.
