Your online ordering system is in need of major improvements. I entered the discount code for $40 off an oder over $130 and the discount wS not credited eventhough my order is for $162. What gives?

Web site works well, easy to navigate.
Site worked well. Love the socks. Ordered some more and I'm hoping they get to me by Thursday, Dec1 because I want to pack them along on a trip.

It is easy to shop and buy from Pacas. These socks are very soft and keep my feet warm. I really like them

Placed an order several weeks ago and have not received. My account shows paid but the order not delivered? I'm trying again. If it doesn't arrive again I will call but quite buying from Pacas.

Placed an order, they took my money out of my account, never confirmed shipment and never gave me a tracking number! Never sent products to me and are not responding to any of my emails!

I always check my emails from PACAS to find great deals on all of their products. This time I received 50% off on a throw that I have had my eye on. Delivery was also very rapid. Thank you.

Coupon codes don't work- very frustrating!
Received a few of the wrong size socks. Customer service made it right very quickly. And I love the socks. My feet don't sweat in them. Very soft.

You advertise softest but i liked my bombas they are softer and dont make your feet slip and slide in your sneakers, they actually made my feet hurt. I will be sending these back for a refund

Second order from Pacas. This one a gift of two pair of the ankle socks for my son's birthday. He works out and runs - these socks will be perfect and he certainly was pleased.

Offer on website for discount by submitting email address link did not work. In spite the f this, still placed my order fir 6-pack of ladies crew socks.

I could log in. And I had a hard time with your discount.
But after getting them. They are wonderful. Very cozy.

It said free shipping on orders over $80. Then it only had $16 shipping available for me to purchase. I spent $88. And then $16 on the only shipping option available.

I have ordered Pacas socks at least a half dozen times. The socks are soft and warm. I placed an order for two pair of socks in November 2022. In early
December I placed another order for several pairs of socks as Christmas gifts. I have not heard anything from this company regarding either order. I went to their site to review my account and orders. I discovered you can't access account, order history or any tracking numbers that may have been created! I then tried to register for an account, but there is no method of "setting up an account" available.
Scary! The only mode of communication with this company was to send an email, which I did. I received a reply stating they are still processing my order. Pacas source their fiber from the Peruvian Andes, ******* feet above sea level and they are expecting delays in shipping the product out of Peru. My thoughts: knowing the Christmas season will likely bring in voluminous orders, wouldn't you stock up on all your product ingredients early in the year...like maybe June or July? Be wary of using this site to order Alpaca socks.

Very helpful support. My package was lost by the P. O. It has finally showed up 2 weeks later. The package was ripped open and then taped up but the socks were fine.

Easy to use. Fast and efficient, Fast shipping. I love Pacas products. The socks are warm. The sweater looks comfortable. I am sure my daughter will love it.

Strangely, the only negative reviews you can find are outside of the Pacas website. They have really questionable business practices. They don't explain anything, and will leave their customers in the dark. They also delete any comments that are not positive on their Social Media pages. So anyone with an opinion is immediately deleted, or anyone with a question in general. The business and whoever is in charge has 0 customer service or relation skills. I waited over 7 weeks to get my paca socks, and had emailed them at least 2 times about my shipment order. And I also sent a message on their social media Instagram account (where my comment got deleted). I now block their ads since they heavily advertise on Instagram. They sent one automated email stating they had a supply shortage so it would take some time, I waited essentially 4 weeks after getting that email to finally hear back from a human being. I sent 1 email asking after that about my socks status. No reply. Sent another email demanding a refund. No reply, I was ready to call my credit card company, and a few days later, finally heard back. And these socks are not cheap! Between my boyfriend and I, we paid $80 for 6 pairs. They are soft, and I do wear them. They are not really water resistant as advertised. But I would never do business with this company again. They just want to sell their socks, they will not take the time to give any f*cks besides taking your money. That's it.

DO NOT BUY ANY OF THIER PRODUCTS. These people are not to be trusted.

I am still waiting for my product purchased on Nov 25th (today is Jan 13th). They have stopped answering my emails.

I reported them to my credit card company and got a credit until they resolve the issue.

Ordering was easy! Hope the socks are as awesome!

Got the socks. They're all right. Not as soft as I was expecting, though. Hopefully they are "warmer than wool," as advertised…

I kept having to change the shipping address. Ordering as a gift and using PayPal. Website seemed a little glitchy. Shipping was very slow, but the socks were really comfy and good quality.

Great, fast delivery. No issues. I wish I would have read the description of the product better though. I thought I was ordering the thicker winter socks.

We ordered socks before and our granddaughter loves them so we are getting some for ourselves
We just got them. They are cute and warm. At 82 degrees we'll save them for a trip later this year.

They are perfect, and the fit is too :) soft, warm, not too tight around ankle.
