I have purchased your regular socks and find them extremely satisfying. They're soft you can wear a mirror around and very comfortable plus very sturdy. I have been wearing mine for over a year and they feel like they're brand new when I put them on. I'm going to try compressions off to see how I like them. Sandi

I ordered for the first time from this company.The day I ordered they where running a special that if you spent over $200 you would receive a free scarf. I have sent five e mails to this company without one response because I did not receive the free items they had promised.The only way to contact them is by e mail there is no phone number to call. Well I will never shop this company again. To bad to because they lost a $400 order I gave to another company.So buyer beware of PACAS

The product they offer is great, which is the only reason I ordered from them again. Their customer service is horrible. Never able to contact them. They don't give a phone number, just email that they never reply to. My most recent order I never got a confirmation email so I have no way to track the status of my order that I placed 2 weeks ago but they charged my credit card right away! Ive sent 2 emails so far with no response other than an automated reply saying they will look at it. I won't order from them again unless something changes drastically

Ordered December 10,2022. They charged my credit card for entire order. $110. Never received any shipping updates. Next, received an email, asking how I like my order. Never received any order! I have emailed 5 times and have received NO response. Non-existent customer service. When I track my order, it hasn't gone beyond "the order placed" Would definitely NOT recommend.
Browsing thru Facebook and came up on your site. Of course I have to check them out. I have circulation problems in my feet. My doctor told me to buy Compression Socks. I figured these socks would keep my feet warm. Putting them on was easy. When I slipped them up below the knee's,the top band was way to tight. I could only stand to wear them for three hours. If I snip the top band with scissors will it unravel? No one is going to see them under my pant legs.
**BUYERS BEWARE!** What company never answers an email, message on social media, and doesn't return phone calls but has no problem to continue sending emails and texts for your to buy more stuff. They are a bunch of scam artists and don't care about their customers. They have a bunch of negative comments but delete and hide them on their social media accounts. The first several times I ordered the service was great. This time I ordered 09/12. As of today 10/10 I still have received no product. I cannot get anything via email but a canned response. I am thoroughly disgusted. No Phone number, no other way to contact. I will not order again. They have obviously forgotten what customer service is.

Ordered 5 items 30 November as Christmas presents. Was charged on credit card and have never received processing confirmation, have sent email request for support and another request on the website form.
We are well past Christmas and I have only received an automated form e-mail saying they would get in touch. Very disappointed as the products seemed promising from the many positive reviews.

I thought it was terrible, my husband and I bought a lot of stuff from the brand due to the good reviews. Since December 11th we have not received any message or help, we are trying to contact us by all means and we are just ignored. My Christmas was spoiled because we were going to participate in the secret friend but we had nothing to give.

I got a great buy on two dozen of the most comfortable socks ever made BUT half of them were crew socks, the other were tube socks. There will be lots of laughs on Christmas morn when my grandsons open their tube socks. Why are your men's crew socks so long?

Pros: Very fancy advertising and website! The pictures are great! The toes and heels seem cushy. Shipping was timely. Cons: NO WHERE on the site does it say where the socks are made, nor that they are NOT even 50% alpaca! These are ridiculously expensive! I wanted some "special" gifts for people I cared about, so ordered them. I finally ordered some for myself and I asked myself, "Why did I fall for this?" They are not as soft as my wool or even my polyester socks. The colors are not as vibrant as those on the website. I ordered the medium/large ladies crew socks and they are TIGHT! The label says nothing about place of manufacture (isn't that required?), implying that it's likely China. They list the socks as Alpaca, but the label says 42% alpaca and 28% acrylic! -- kind of like Walmart socks, right? Except they cost 10 times more. What a sham!

Late or no response. A week or more after ordering they tell me out of stock. I originally ask for tracking info. Then a few days later they said out of stock. I asked for a check to be mailed to me. Since my account got canceled for other people trying to use it. I still haven't heard anything about my refund. Never order again.

After receiving 3 pairs for Christmas I decided to order more as they were soothing and extremely comfortable. That order went in Jan 13, and, after 4 weeks, I contacted them via their FB page using messenger. They eventually responded via emails, stating that records show that they were picked up by the carrier but then apparently lost. So, a replacement order was made with a promise of shipping that day. 2 weeks late still no delivery. I contacted them again and they once again responded via email, stating they were looking into it. Now, 5 days later, still no communication. I will now be posting on their FB page with my complaints until they either ship me my order or give me a refund.

I bought 12 pair of no show socks which I love but 6 pr do not have the rubber piece on the heel so they slide down in your shoe. I emailed customer support a week ago and have heard nothing so then I contacted them a second time and no response.
Ordered three weeks ago and have yet to receive even a shipping update. In addition, the free shipping offer did apply since I used a discount code. Tried to contact Customer Service multiple times and received a form letter response. Doubtful if I will receive in time for Christmas.

This is not a review of the products but the company and its processes. I ordered a 4 pack of socks on 10/6. The item didn't ship until 10/27 and only after I repeated contacted them to find out why there was a delay and when I should expect to receive my order. Once received my 4 pack of socks was only 3. Even if these are the best socks in the world I would not suggest giving them your money. Read some reviews on the BBB site after all this and I am not the only person who had similar issues with fulfillment. Stay away, stay far away.

How the products are and my experience with them, when the products have not yet arrived. I do understand that the delivery kms do take time, so it would be nice if this questionar would be linked to the actual day, of drop off to me; and not show up before. Would like it if the socks did eventually, intact, show up. Will see.
Customer service did not help. They just confirmed what I guessed, that I need to wait for the delivery to me to actually happen.

I returned the entire order 1) because it was delivered WAY after Christmas and 2)it was delivered incomplete. Although 7 pairs of socks were shipped I only received 5 pairs. I have never had such a POOR experience with customer service. Starting with being overcharged for taxes, and not shipping until I inquire about the order to receiving a partial order late. I will never order from Pacas again.
