Pacas

These are the only socks I wear. My family loves to receive them as gifts.

They were very nice and professional. Worked to solve my problem.

I ordered product from this company on the 20th and pd for 2nd day shipping. As of the 23rd they still have not shipped out the product and according to UPS they just made a label... And don't try to call customer service because they do not have a phone number listed.

My sock experience began with my best friend Stevie sending me some fun texts to let me know that he was going to Big 5 to buy socks. I love socks and I had seen the Pacas ad a few times so I decided I would buy Pacas socks online. Stevie bought socks at Big 5 and then read the label afterwards and realized that the socks he bought were full of synthetic chemicals. I told him about the Pacas socks and he seemed interested. Since it was so super duper easy to shop online and the shipping was quick, I also ordered Pacas socks for Stevie!

I placed an order on December the 9th. On December 17th, I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order. I received an auto generated email, instructing me to download an app called Shop. I checked at the app and it says "standard shipping." On December the 17th, I emailed the company again inquiring about my order. They sent me another auto generated email. I checked the app again on December 19th and all it said was ""standard shipping." When I didn't receive my order by Christmas, I emailed the company again on December 28th. Again, I received an auto generated email. Such a frustrating experience. Never will I order from this company again!

Got the wrong pair of socks and have never heard back from customer service. They are comfortable socks, but the company behind them needs some work when they mess up.

I placed an order23 days ago and I haven't received a tracking number or any confirmation of shipment. I've contacted them twice but they have not replied.

First time ordering - last winter. Loved them so much I ordered more. Highly recommend! Wash and dry well and don't lose there shape. Warm, cozy, stay in place crew sock!

Smooth transaction, received in good time. I've been wearing my new socks every day since I got them (glad I have enough to last between laundry days) - beautiful, soft, and my feet are warm!

I didn't know how socks could be that much different, but these are Great & comfortable. Keep my feet dry.
Probably will order some more.

Great selection. Quick and easy. Just wish they would of let me know when the item shipped. I got an order confirmation and then an "out for delivery today". Nothing in between.

Easy. No problems! My wife picked out the socks that she liked and I ordered them. They came quickly and in good condition. They were beautiful and thick!

The order process was quick and easy. The socks arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't had a chance to wear them yet, but they feel incredible.

I love these alpaca socks, They ate soft, warm, and fit really well. They stay up without the band being too tight. I'll be buying more in the future.

Excellent products. Have worn the crew socks all winter and some of springtime. Now I will be wearing the low rise ones for the warmer months. Just love them!

Easy ordering and delivery. However, the cuffs are too tight for me...thus I am giving the socks to my granddaughter. Nice socks, however. Wish you made them with a loose, "comfort fit" crew sock!

Delivery much better. It's still very hard to follow the pathway. I would suggest you get a couple of real consumers and get their feedback on the processes. Socks are wonderful, of course!

I love your socks, this is my second order. I wish you had more patterns available for men in large sizes, but these are the nicest socks I've bought in a long time!

I appear to have been charged in American Dollars which makes my socks rather expensive. I have asked twice for an explanation but so far nothing forthcoming

This was my second order. My order didn't come on the promised date. Pacas went above & beyond to remedy the situation.
These socks are perfect for year round wear in Wisconsin.

So far so good but I've only worn one pair. Love how soft they are and how well they fit. A bit tight on my calves but I roll them down anyway. Highly recommend but you've gotta have the do re mi!
