I have purchased your regular socks and find them extremely satisfying. They're soft you can wear a mirror around and very comfortable plus very sturdy. I have been wearing mine for over a year and they feel like they're brand new when I put them on. I'm going to try compressions off to see how I like them. Sandi
Packs had a great sale taking place. I placed an order only to be told that the socks were no longer available! Don't offer them, if you don't have them!

It's been over a month since I ordered and customer service wrote back once saying there is a delay and it will ship in a couple days. That was a week ago. Tried to write back and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Website easy to use! Even for me and I'm no "spring chicken "! I just ordered the women's compression socks and I love them. They are easy to put on yet keep my ankles from swelling.

Theses socks are the best I have ever had! Customer service was same day responsive and very pleasant to work with. If you are on the fence about these socks, BUY THEM. You won't be sorry!
I wanted alpaca fiber socks and they have a fine product.

These items are so soft. My husband even said he likes them... best socks I ever ordered. The throw so soft and all the items came pretty fast. Oder some, you won't be sorry. AWESOME!
These were a gift and Wow I was shocked when I took these off. They left huge dents in my legs. And my calves /ankles are on the smaller side. It literally was two days before I was back to normal.

Socks keep my feet warm and comfortable. Most winter socks are too hot that my feet end up sweaty but these were the perfect temperature control. Need to buy more

Love your socks and can't get enough! A little disappointed in the sweater I bought. It's not as soft as the socks and somewhat itchy. I'll have to wear long sleeves when wearing it.

Items were packaged in soft, thin plastic envelopes and were destroyed during shipping. This was a over $180 dollar order which, and given Pacas relatively high price per item I feel like that should at least justify more than a dingle layer plastic envelope mailer. Attempted to resolve with Pacas for 45 days with photos of the packaging and the socks showing clearly destroyed merchandise and shipping materials. Never received a response, and disputed it with my credit card company. Pacas then had the nerve to declare everything was received in good order. Now I must travel to another retailer and have them document the condition on their letterhead out of the kindness of their heart and estimate the cost to rectify. I live in the middle of nowhere; it's why I shop online. Clearly Pacas is relying in consumer ambivalence inplace of operational competence.
Made every effort to give Pacas an opportunity to resolve this internally before I ended up being essentially robbed. As far as I'm concerned company has zero credibility.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid; low packaging quality and will refuse to correct any items damaged in transit.

Love the quality and feel of these wool socks over many other brands I have tried. My husband is hooked too! He can't believe how good wool feels on his feet. 3 free pair sweetens the feel :)

Ordered sox for my wife and me. We both LOVE them. I also like that the company works with children's hospitals.
Bought the sox and was impressed with the feel and quality. 50% was the kicker.
Easy to order. I take an 11 shoe. Your x large days up to 11 and 1/2. They fit ok but I wish they were a tad longer. I will buy again though because I love the feeling on my feet.
Watched ads for awhile and liked the sale. Also your X-Large came up to 11 and 1/2.
Bought my first socks for a trip to Iceland. Loved them. Wore boots the whole time and the socks were comfy and had no sweat stink. Had to get more and now they are virtually the only socks I wear.

Easy site to shop, hard to decide which beautiful design to buy. I love these socks and had to move some of my wool socks to the back of the drawer. I could use a few less text though.

The product is fine. The service? Not so much. This appears to be a shoe string operation. They spam your email with offers and woe unto you if you take the bait. They take your money and then nothing happens. No ship date, no updates, just silence.
So you email them and get a canned response about unforeseen delays etc etc. But they are not unforeseen. If you have product in stock and someone buys it then you should ship within a week at the latest. But most go over 2 weeks with no response. Trying to get it expedited, even if you pay for it goes no where.
They have your money and it takes them a month or 2 to fulfill your order. Most people end up just disputing it with their CC or paypal and cancelling the order. They have the gall to tell you if they have printed a shipping label you can't cancel. Even if that label has been showing waiting for pickup for a week.
It doesn't matter how good your product is. When your service and fulfillment is this abysmal you should not expect repeat customers.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not order from them. Find a reputable company and order a similar product from them instead.

Customer service answered all of my questions, and I'm glad that the socks are so great. After getting my Pacas and wearing them, I'm going to be buying more!
Both representatives answered my questions and said that they'd pass on my suggestions for the ordering page. By clearly stating that only one promotion discount can be used per order, AND making it where the page will NOT accept a second promotion code, it will reduce the possibility of being disappointed.

I ordered a little over $100 and the banner on the website said "Free hat with ANY order of $80 or more. Use code: COZYHEAD." However, when I put in the code during checkout, it said "Cozyhead discount is not available for the items in your cart." Not a good way to start out a relationship with a new customer. I hope the socks are not as disappointing as the ordering process!

Ordered for Christmas. Haven't heard a thing. Reached out to support a week ago. Nothing. This was a christmas gift for my daughter and her boyfriend. Terrible experience.
Little too pricey for my blood for "socks" but thought I'd give it a try since I could give out as two gifts and keep a set as well... just to see what all the hypes about!
