I have bought pretty much a lot of things so far from this site and everything was fine!
I returned stuffs too and the customer service was fine too! I got the refund around 5 or 6 weeks after.
The quality... hmmm you would have to think about it carefully. My black jean I bought from them (bullhead denim) has been ripped after a year, the material is not the best also.
In conclusion, I love the styles so I shopped here quite often, the quality is not the best and sometimes they have problems with their goods but I get no trouble in returning and getting refund.
Had the worst experience ever. The cashier was the rudest person. She gave me attitude because I only wanted to buy one item instead of buying three that should be my choice of how many items I want to buy. I just looked at my receipt to and she suspended my transaction. I will never go to this Pacsun ever again
I called them regarding an order that doesn't fit me and they're are refusing to send me a shipping label to return it back i even talked to the supervisor his name was Raymond i spent 450$ on essentials and they're refusing to even give store credit worse customer service ever i always get stuff when they drop and this time sizes came and they're not right I explained everything first they said they will give store credit and then they're like oh sorry nvm very disappointing
I placed an order for two day shipping. They sent me someone else's order and I sent back the order via two day shipping. They will not return my calls or emails. I paid with paypal so I cannot open a bank dispute. They refuse to speak on the phone and they stole 340 dollars of mine. I really do not know what I can do anymore to get my money back. I have copies of receipts and proof of everything. Can anyone please help me? I will never trust this horrible company again.
Don't try to return anything with a receipt they refuse to give me my money back and it would not go back on to my debit card I paid with. She said my only option was a gift card. Well I didn't want a gift card my daughter didn't find one thing she liked here. And than the manager got rude me. Told me I needed to call customer service myself and deal with it. A horrible website with horrible customer service. They're so slow to respond and are so bot-like! They refunded me with a gift card to their store even though I didn't want to shop with them again. My package was lost in postal and they did nothing about it.
Just like most of y'all on here I ordered my stuff on cyber Monday. It didn't get here until 12/17/15, I'm upset, but that's not even the half of it. Not all my stuff is in the packaging. Wtf do i do? I ordered some cute jewelry that they probably don't have anymore and are going to say it should have been in there. I'm sad because the event I wanted the clothes for already happened. Won't do business with them anymore. :/
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. I received a gift card for Christmas, and long story short i tried using it 3 or 4 times online and they kept charging the card and sending me nothing, and charging the card for the full $100. The most recent time i called, their customer service said theirs nothing they can do about it. I have yet to hear anything since, and have yet to receive a thing. So, basically they sold me a $100 gift card and stole the money back and 3 months have past since i first got the card. This is theft! Yet theirs nothing I can do, except waste even more of my time talking to them. This has done nothing for me in the past when I've spent hours on the phone with them. I have never been so appalled by the customer service of such a company. Never again!
Just received the pants & they're the wrong size! Difficulty finding the return order page, and finally end up at it & it says the page is no longer there. This company stole money from me & should not be in business!
The website is hard to navigate around. Through the two orders that I have ordered, I have been charged double for both of my orders and there is no way to cancel it. I have tried to contact customer service and it takes them over a day tor respond and they say there is no way to cancel my order.
Answer: I wouldn't risk it... a lot of people including me experience really slow, bad shipping from pacsun. I ordered 2 bags in the middle of June and they didn't arrive until the beginning of august. I don't know if that was because of the sale they had that day, but from the other bad reviews on this page I can see this happens often no matter what day it is. I'm pretty dissapointed because I ordered a backpack for school last week and still haven't received it yet... next time I'll probbaly order from another company, I've learned from my mistakes.
Answer: YES, they are very authentic. They are my favorite store and if you don't want to buy online, you can go instore which is where many people buy their clothes. Although, they are BIT expensive. They are definetely not like Romwe and have actual brands in there shops. I have never not been satisified.
