I recently purchased anarkali dress through online shop. Although the process to purchase the outfit was very easy, the quality of their product is very poor. I had it customized to my size but it did not fit well. Product doesn't mention excessive glitter in the description nor it looked like it had glittery appearance in the pictures online. I was covered in glitter while I tried on the dress and glitter was all over everything. Very disappointed that they are not willing to accept returns for a store credit. I do not want my money back. Just would like to purchase a dress that doesn't have too much loose glitter. Or something I can wear occasionally. I will not be purchasing from them in the future and consider this purchase as my loss.
Extremely Disappointed – Low Quality and Terrible Customer Service.
I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful necklace, but what i received was far from my expectations. Not only did the necklace arrive damaged, but the quality was shockingly subpar.
This wasn't just a minor inconvenience; it felt like a complete scam. I expected so much more from a company claiming to sell quality jewelry. It's hard to describe how disheartening it is to open a package, filled with excitement, only to find a damaged item that looks like it should be in a bargain bin.
I'm incredibly disappointed with my entire experience. I had hoped to find a reliable online jewelry store, but instead, I was met with shoddy merchandise and appalling customer service. I will be sharing this experience with others and will not be purchasing from these scamers again. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I had ordered 3 sherwanis and only received 2. I am still waiting on the 3rd. The 2 I received were excellent and exceeded my expectations, but I hope to receive my 3rd one as it said it would arrive by 9/10 and it is now 9/28.

I bought 2 sarees with petticoat and custom measurement blouses. Panash did complimentary fall pico. The blouses are very well stitched with good quality padding.
The only detail that I missed is - it said- the blouses neck- as given in picture. I assumed that it meant the blouse design as given in picture
