NEVER delivers on its promises. Total BS. Stupid, overpriced and awful to their workers. I order about twice a month and I've quit tipping because of their FAKE PROMISES.

I feel bad for the delivery folks but oh boy does St. Louis Bread Company/Panera suck big time.

Souffle crust burnt

My four-cheese souffle was delicious. The only complaint I had was the bottom crust was a tad too done, bordering on burnt. I love their menu!

Ordered eggs, bacon & cheese sandwich & Chai Latte- they forgot the bacon- the Chai Latte had a large oddly shaped transparent plastic piece inside. I scooped it out and showed it to the kitchen staff. They couldn't explain what it was and how it got inside - I felt sick. No apologies. I will Never visit another Panera Restaurant- Panera is not what it once was.

The amarillo location is in dire need of help. EYM owns it and they not only refuse to pay their employees and contractors, but they block them after they reach out via email and social media.

The baguette is so m7xh better than the roll you now serve. A little disappointed that portions get smaller, prices have been raised, and now the baguette? Bummer!

Chocolate croissant

The change of the chocolate croissant to the crap that they changed to taste like sh**, it was hard and the chocolate is crap. I don't know the reason for the change other than being cheap is ridiculous. I can get better at the 7-11, unfortunately the change has made me never to come back to Panera ever, and I went several times a week for the chocolate croissant sad.

Cancelled sip club and They changed my card.
They would not refund me but would give a credit for future purchases. Then man of the phone would not connect me to someone in the position to refund me.

With all the add on fees, the pricing has become ridiculous. There is one sandwich there I like and a cinnamon roll for $26! Really! Then plus tip!

Been too long since our last to-go order from our local, Ann Arbor Panera. Loved the salad; very generous with the fruit. The large portion is LARGE. Very nice Associates in the Store at this location on Eisenhower Parkway. So happy about our order that I just bought a $100 Panera Card for myself on the Panera website. 20% off on that card because of Father's Day!

Rip-Off

I paid 56 bucks for an order. That order contained two tiny sandwiches (looked like they were for toddlers), two small drinks (which were decent), and a free side of a baguette. The baguette was broken inside the bag and wasn't even wrapped in plastic or a protective covering. Absolute rip-off.

I really was excited to try your soups and sandwich combo. It's been over a week and I still can't access your online menu. I get I can go in and look at a menu but I live an hour away and don't want to drive and be disappointed by the menu. This sucks. Sincerely disappointed and I give up trying multiple times daily just

I treated my granddaughter to Panera and what a MISTAKE! She ordered chicken noodle soup! The bowl was full of broth, 3 small carrots and several small pieces of noodle! When I complained, the cook showed me another bowl with LESS INGREDIENTS! She NEVER added noodles or chicken that was missing in the soup into the bowl! I will NEVER return to Panera! Bad service and to pay $6.00 for a bowl of broth is unacceptable!

No bread

I don't know how it happened but I ordered three bowls of soup and a sandwich for a total of $59+ and to my driver $14 and had not one piece of bread in the bag. My husband ordered the Mexican soup and no chip sticks were in the bag to add. The bowl wasn't filled….I won't order from that place again. It was my first time paying for delivery.

Never Again!

Brought 3 different sandwiches home. Needed a magnifying glass to find any meat in any of them. 1 tsp of chicken dipped in bottled BBQ sauce for $9.79! REALLY! Can't believe this place is still in business!

The first time I ever ordered from them they forgot two items. Since bag was sealed I didn't notice until I got home. Their checklist indicated the items were in there. Someone screwed up, obviously. Called manager access on menu. Person was very rude. Asked if she was the manager and then someone else came on the phone. Very nice. Since I did not have a panera card she took my info and was going to mail a gift card to me. Never received.

I recently ordered online and requested silverware since I would be eating in my car. The bagels were stale, the silverware was missing, the french onion soup were missing the croutons and the cheese. I have had this before at the restaurant and all items were excellent. Just kind of hard to eat food without utensils and the bagels were very hard. I sent a note to the restaurant in question and received a response that they would like to refund part of my order. And then nothing else, like how they were refunding. I checked my panera account and nothing on there, the CC was not refunded. Just kind of a sorry and hope you don't follow through, sort of email. And when I ordered it, I received a text message back within 10 minutes saying the order was ready, but when I arrived at the restaurant, it wasn't ready. Order #******* / MyPanera #*******820

I ordered a rice bowl and a side salad that cost $25. I still felt hungry after my lunch. Portions are really small and food is way overpriced. Would not recommend.
