I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all

This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.

We bought an alternator from these people, but realized it was a much bigger problem. Didn't need it and had to return it. However, we were snowed in for a week and couldn't drive a hundred miles to retrieve it. PG would NOT let us return it beyond their date by even TWO days! It was Mother Nature! PLEASE don't give them your business! They DON'T care about their customers!

Tip for consumers:
Make SURE it's exactly what you need or you'll be out of luck! Customer service is overseas and you CAN'T understand them and will NOT get ANY "service"!!

I was stranded out of town over nighted parts from them to find out the next day that put a hold on my order and could not process my order so called for nearly 2 days waited on hold for over 2 hrs once asked for return call and at the end they they said sorry we can't prosses your card do to billing being different then the Shipping address so stuck out of town for several more days this place just absolutely sucks

I give ZERO STARS. This company is definitely NOT what you are looking for in honest and reliable customer service and parts. I received a Brake and rotor kit and it was not good. Caliper and pads were broken in 3 months after installation. They did not want to provide replacement or refund. It was still under warranty. They deny your request and don't even care to resolve the problem. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE from them again. You have been warned.

I ordered a taillight for an Audi A6. I received a the incorrect one, and returned it and bought the correct one from Parts Geek. After 2 weeks I have not received the $224 refund. When I call, no answer. On hold over 30min. Call back the next day, same thing. Finally someone answered but very difficult to understand. I was told that the item was not received. Sent by USPS and confirmed...

I Ordered air conditioning hoses for my 2013 Chevy Suburban and was charged
$124.75 for the wrong parts in order to get a refund they expect you to pay for shipping the merchandise back to them
What a total ripoff

Ordered a x5 reciver hitch it came with 2 pcs of cardboard taped around it and it was in touch shape bare metal in some spots paint peeling off and the forgot to send the hardware. Last time I'll order from them!

The return policy this place has is the worst I've seen. I ordered a bumper for a pickup and double checked all the info was correct and was told they had the correct part. After waiting for over two weeks to get the bumper, it was not the correct bumper, so I refused the part, and even though it was 100% their fault, I still had to pay the $158.00 shipping charge! I could understand if it was my fault, but I will never order anything from them again!

They had me fill out a positive review for a discount of $5.00. I get the discount code and it DOESN"T work so now I've been on a chat that has lasted just about 2 hours to find out that the code isn't valid for orders over 200.00 so I change the order to make it work and still not valid code. The customer service is still got me on ""IGNORE"" I normally don't get pissed off but this is ridiculous!

First of all, the description was wrong on their website so I ended up buying more than I needed. I sent the stuff back in Sept 2012 and they stalled and stalled and finally said they wouldn't refund even though I provided receipt proof by USPS that I returned the products. The customer service sucks and their website has misleading parts information. Buyer beware!

Sent wrong part and say I have to pay for returning it. Which is not cheap. Not only that the part is damaged from shipping. That is bad business and will not recommend buying nothing from a place like this!

Don’t buy nothing unless you want to get bad service and damaged parts and no money back!

I ordered a Undercar Shield for my 2014 escape. They sent me a Visor. I was out of country when O ordered it so I had it sent to my sisters house. She didn't realize what it was or should have been. Then she had to get ready to evacuate do to fires so the 30 time frame was 2 days over before I got home and in touch. Too bad 30days was up. No offer to refund my money for their mistake. There was no invoice with the visor so their warehouse people must really suck.

I ordered a part it was wrong. I need a front mount for the fuel tank. They sent me a side mount with screws. I sent it back and it's been 2 weeks trying to get a refund. The part wasn't even out of the package...now they need to inspect it to see if it qualifies for a return. 2 weeks. I was given a time limit on returning and being received back in to inventories...by the time they inspect it and decide if it's eligible for return it will be after the date to be returned!

I followed all of their return nonsense and included a picture of what the part should have looked like.

I ordered a set of strut assemblies for my Elantra, they sent me one correct strut and one wrong strut. Took them 4 days to email me a paid return shipping label. And still two+ weeks later I have not received a refund. My advice to you, order elsewhere or from a local parts store. I will never order from Parts Geek again.

I order some break pads. They took 4 days to ship even though my card was charged on the day I ordered. When I tried to cancel at first was told it was to far in the process then 2nd person said it would be cancelled, it wasn't. I was told via chat parts would be expedited, nope didn't happen. I refused to shipment and still waiting for my refund. Do a further search and get your parts else ware. The only reason it is a 2 is because my previous experience was a 3 this was a 1 due to poor customer service.

Don't look for your parts somewhere else

I had ordered a strut coil spring sway bar link kit for 261.47. I tried canceling the order within 2hrs but was told I can no longer cancel it an would have to wait to have returned to get a refund. I ended up paying 50 dollars to ship it back. I was only refunded 7.84 without explanation. I called and the person who assisted me had No knowledge why I only received that amount since the items were returned and was told to wait a few more days. I ended up emailing customer service and a few days later received an email stating that items scrapped because they were damaged. I'm having a hard time believing that ups damaged all items in both boxes. So please make sure u purchase the right item because you won't get a full refund and will also have to pay to ship it back to them.

Ok so I ordered a part last Friday and was told would be shipped within 24 hours. Well Monday comes and their just now shipping it telling me I'll get it the following Friday. Smfh! A week for a supposed 3 day order. And they say parts when you need them. Lol I just ordered from Amazon today Monday and it will be her still before this joke of a business. So yes buyer beware they play with your money and it sure ain't when you need it it's when they get off their lazy a$$ and feel like doing their job. And the response I received from their customer service was a absolute joke that dude didn't care 1 bit of I as a customer was happy or not. I'm this was the first and last time I ever use partsheek. And I hate Amazon but guess who pulled through? Sure not parts queff. Don't waste your time. And here I am a verified buyer. See pic

Ebay purchase of two lower control arm bushings. A shoebox would have been much more adequate in size than what was needed. After all, they are not fragile. They arrived in a box that could have easily protected a desk top computer. The only problem is during shipping, some FedEx Goober used this oversize box as a ladder. One end was smashed and open. Only 1 of the 2 bushings was in the box. Of course PG would refund, but I only had 1 of 2 ordered items. So a return was out! FedEx also gave me the middle finger since I was not the shipper. I will avoid PG in the future and do my best to stay away from FedEx as much as possible.

I ordered 2 packs of 10 bolts for a valve cover. They only shipped me 15 bolts and told me in order to get a refund I need to return the partal pack. I already installed the valve cover and returning them would leave me without a car again. All they need to do is refund me 25% of my order cost. Do not order from these people they are theives. I paid for 20 bolts and only received 15. That is theft.

I order a part on parts geek and realized I didn't need it so I tried to cancel it. We're just cancel on the website and it wouldn't let me do it, so it finally came and I tried to talk to customer service rep about returning it and she just disconnected the chat. It's been nothing but a hassle I would never buy apart from this place again.

I placed an order for a plastic bumper cover and was told that due to the size- the package would have to ship truck line. When it showed up REGULAR UPS delivery I disputed the $134.00 shipping charge.
No thanks to Amy or Alex their floor supervisors, pretty much have been told - too bad! Even the UPS driver said that was a rip off! Debora Simning

I ordered a lower control arm for my Saturn.
I needed the right side and they set me the left side. After reviewing the website it turns out the website description was wrong. I contact customer service and they proceeded to tell me the website was correct even though I sent them pictures of the incorrect part. They don't seem to care.

I ordered a radiator from this horrible company on February 9,2022, I specifically asked did they have the part in stock in their warehouse before I order this part. The representative guaranteed that they did have the part in stock. I waited 3 days no tracking number was sent out. I called, emailed and chatted with them and they told me not to worry, only for February 10th to arrive and I received an email telling me that they no longer had the part, but it would take about a week to get a refund. This was the most unprofessional service ever. They don't know what parts their alleged warehouse has and it's no way it took 4 days for them to determine they didn't have this part. Quite strange how after I called them scammers and unprofessional that they don't have the part now and sending a refund. Never do business with them and everyone that answers has a bad demeanor and does not really care about serving the customer.

Stay away!. Parts Geek sent us an incorrect part. They acknowledge that the part they sent was incorrect. They refused to pay the return shipping. They did reimburse us for the part, but would not pay the return shipping, blaming it on the warehouse. We did all of the correct return steps, but they tried to tell us that it was our fault for not filling out the correct forms online. We did and they sent 2 emails giving us instructions. None of them included prepaid shipping.
The manager hung up on us and we were not saying anything inappropriate or yelling at her. We would advise finding someplace else to purchase your parts.

Parts Geek comes up short when it comes to cancelling and or returning an order.
I requested to cancel my order a few hours after I placed it. They refused to cancel it. I then contacted them again the next day, requesting to cancel the order. They refused again. Then, the item shipped 3 days after my original cancellation request.

So now I have to wait for the product to get to me, start an RMA or refuse the package, then wait for it to get back to their warehouse, for them to then inspect it and then up to another week to get my refund. Oh, and they will likely deduct part of my refund for a restocking fee. Do NOT use these guys. Avoid them if you can.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid Parts Geek if you can. They will refuse to cancel your order and ship it days after you request to cancel it, making you wait weeks to get your refund.

Ordered a left hand trim part for my daughters car and it arrived with proper paperwork. When I finally had access to my daughters car the part that was in the box was the mirror image of the part I needed, and was in fact the right side piece. I immediately contacted Parts Geek customer service and was told it was past 30 days and return authorization was not allowed. An expensive lesson to say the least. Never will I buy from Parts Geek.
