I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
I ordered an air intake tube for a 97 land cruiser and the part that arrived was OEM, so a perfect fit, and was about $30 less than the dealer. And it arrived in about 4 days. Amazing service and price! Couldn't be happier.
I was very excited that I found the parts I was looking for at the right price, when I received it and opened it my headlight assembly was broken. I had to pay$114 for the return and insurance. I read all the requirements upon retuning it but I thought it was beyond unfair of the policy when I didn't have anything to do with the damage. I think they need to review the return policy it's a bit much.
I wish that I have seen your review first. I ordered a radiator and you send me a the condenser and you want me to pay for you mistake. You guys are scamming people for the money you been reported to better business bureau.

Ordered a battery vent tube, received a dipstick. Requested the right part be sent to me. I was asked to provide a picture of what was sent. I did that. Still didn't get the part sent to me that I ordered and paid for. But they sent me a return label for the part they never sent at all. Very unorganized and very rude, my bank is reversing the charges they made to me. Very fraudulent company.
Three times they messed up my order and I had to pay shipping both ways and the never credited my credit card the things they couldn't produce. Don't order from this company unless you like hassle after hassle.
I ordered a part by the VIN# of my vehicle---the part didnt fit. I asked for a return merchandise slip to be mailed to me and Parts Geek said no... you will have to pay the shipping yourself. The part was less than $100.00 and to ship it back to PG the freight was $45.00. Not going to be doing business with PG again unless they issue me a store credit... which i doubt. Ordered a wheel for my Mustang... arrived damaged... I had to pay $30 shipping to return it with a valid RMA. I was informed I would be credited, which I was... so I ordered another wheel... They sent me the same box and same damaged part. I have a dispute open with them and my credit card company.

I have order 2 item from this website for my vehicle and both items we're not the item I have order. For me to return the item I have to come out of pocket to ship it back which cost more than the item.
I order the wrong parts and I had to pay to ship the parts back. Now they are telling me they never got them and that I sent them to the wrong warehouse. They provided me with the address in an email and when I showed them that they changed their story to they never got them. I ordered parts from there got the parts opened the box they were wrong never tooo them out of the box returned them in perfect condition payed for shipping paid &86.00 plus paid $23.00 for shipping because I accidentally put " no longer needed" then left a comment saying they were the wrong parts they only gave me back $72.00 and kept $14.00 from me for no reason just because I put "no longer needed" I have never in my life returned a product and not get my full refund back absolutely ridiculous if you have to return something and you want your full refund back go to AutoZone or' O'Reilly's never again

I order a 2 part grill assembly for my broken grill. They sent the wrong part. They argued that I got the right part. I sent pictures to prove I received the wrong part. They refused to correct the mistake. They will not give me a full refund but, they want the parts returned.

I ordered a axle assembly for a 82 vw they sent a 85 assembly it will not fit. I paid to ship it back and they won't pay me back for the shipping. Because they sent the wrong part I am out the shipping cost to return it. Do not do business with them they are unethical. I ordered a radiator fan. I took the van apart and tried to install the fan. It wouldn't fit and the electrical connector was different. It was exactly the same fan except for two extra plastic supports on the shroud and the different electrical connector. I called their customer service and they tried to blame it on me when I ordered the part. I put everything asked, Make, model, year, etc... Customer support said I should have ordered the twin pin connector which I did. They would not accept a return because I modified the part. I cut the plastic fins off, transferred the electrical connector and it works. Don't order from these guys. Car Parts.com is much better, they were out of stock.

I ordered a "pair" of struts for my car from partsgeek.com and received one of two struts ordered, due to a "part unavailability" after the order was processed. The unavailable part was credited and the single part was shipping to me. After I received the single strut, I called to request a return for the single strut, with a shipping label from partsgeek.
Partsgeek happily provided me with an RMA for the return, but refuse to pay the return shipping on the single received strut stating "this part was no longer needed by the customer".

A month after them receiving a returned part, I'm still waiting for the money to appear in my account. They haven't given any timelines, just "we need to hear from the warehouse" for a month! They are lying unhelpful THIEVES! Do not give them any business!
This is a follow up on an order put in on the 9th of February. It is now the 24th, still no movement in shipping. Followed up with them and was told they will do a tracer investigation that will take another 21days maximum for results, not necessarily receiving parts. When asked for a refund they said they could not allow a refund and must wait for investigation process to complete! Spoke to Supervisor and gave me the run around, bottom line I can't get a refund or sent a replacement part while they wait for investigation. Meanwhile my car is parked and I can't get to work. In other words they have money in a hostage situation. Worst business service I have ever dealt with! Bad Bad Bad Business, warning do not purchase from this company!

I ordered parts from them and they took the money from my account and when I finally got ahold of them because my parts never came they said it was my fault. After fighting with them they said they would refund my money. Shortly after that they refused to reply to emails and I had to go after them for fraudulent charges. Do not deal with these clowns. I have never seen a company with such horrendous customer service.
I bought a 15.00 part from them. It cost 10.00 to ship it to me. It was the wrong part so I had to pay 25.00 to return it! My refund was 15.00. So, it cost me 50.00 total with 15.00 refund. They are disgusting.

So I order parts constantly and my usual supplier is out. I try someone new, 2 Bosch wideband 5 wire AF sensor. I receive two Bosch boxes. Inside the first one O2 sensor. Inside the 2nd box, some other type of sensor not for my application. Now, they want me to photograph it,which I did, next I have to send it back, according to them, and get a refund and then re order it. Presumably they think from them. Why do I have to wait and prove everything to them? Why did they have a strange looks like Denso sensor inside a Bosch box? On top of paying and not getting what I need, now I have to work for them to fix it all, you're nuts.
I'll keep this short. Ordered parts on April 17 parts didn't ship. I called on April 21 and was tolled to wait another day or two. Called again April 24 was told I'd get a call back that day with the problem. No call. April 27 I called to cancel order got the run around was hung up on had to call back several times finally got to speak with some incharge they refused to cancel the order and blamed the covid 19 out break and shortage of warehouse workers. Ok I get that. Then why did I have to wait ten days to get a reason and why was I not notified about such lengthy delays. My vehicle is due an inspection and I needed these parts. So I was told they would ship today. We'll see.
