I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.

I order a set of rotors and it came 1 rotor and i call them but it hangs up after 15 min of holding. Try emailing them, they will respond 2 days later. They told me its catalog error and offer me a free shipping but i have to buy another rotor at full price. I ask for a return label and full refund. Thats 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for my return label but now i'm going thru my credit card and put in a dispute... as i was talking to a representative some one was using my card somewhere in california. DO NOT BUY FROM PARTS GEEK. MONITOR YOUR CARD IF YOU DID BUY FROM THEM. I only use my card for paypal and restaurant. I'm not 100% sure but evident shows the last time i use my card was with partsgeek and some paypal. I have been using paypal for over 10 years. No problem at all. Most of the restaurant i go is the same over and over again. No problem. I also used my card on BP gas station. The one i been using for almost 2 years. No problem. After i order from partsgeek.com and 3 weeks later this happen... i guess if you have problem with partsgeek.com and ask for return label and refund, they just simply sell your credit card info..
Their Sales people sent me the wrong part for my car two times. I return them and one of the mirrors had fingerprints on it so they refused to refund my money or send the part back to me. I feel this is theft. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEIR SALE FORCE IS TERRIBLE AND YOU CANT RETURN PARTS IF THEY SELL YOU THE WRONG ONE.

I finally ordered a third time from them because I took the salesman word that I would be refunded for the other two. The third mirror cost $100 more. I received it and it was the right one.
I order two new sets of calipers for my Jeep Wrangler, plus a bunch of other items for the front suspension. Everything arrived in a reasonable amount of time. There was a question about the order and I contact PartsGeek and I get an e-mail that they are looking into it. Then I get an e-mail that a return authorization will be arriving by e-mail. I don't want to return anything. Almost a week goes by and I call Customer Service and finally got a human. Like a broken record he keeps telling me that they are looking into it, but there is nothing that he can tell me about when my parts order. Then HE HANGS UP ON ME. Oh really! Let me offer my deepest apologies for doing business with you and sending you my money. How silly of me.
Addendum: OK, PartsGeek gets back to me after I made a bunch of noise and we got things resolved. However, the customer service representative hung up on me, and I notice from reading other reviews that he hangs up on a lot of PartsGeek's customers. No more ordering from PartsGeek.

What a NIGHTMARE. partsgeek.com sold & shipped me a fuel pump which failed after being in my vehicle about 2 weeks. It caused my car to die in the middle of the road.
I had it towed to a local shop (requiring me to pay for the part, labor & rental AGAIN). When seeking a refund, my frustration rose very quickly. I was receiving partial answers - and not in a timely manner. Phone number runs you around then hangs up. I finally read a review that suggested contacting the BBB - and that's when I finally got good answers.
The credited back the cost of the part + shipping (which they originally refused to do), and sent me a paid return label to ship the piece of junk back to them (which they also usually refuse to do).
Don't let them make you pay for shipping! This is their responsibility. If they want to ship you a piece of garbage, then they can pay for it!
The shop who fixed my car mentioned that a lot of online companies have a habit of reselling known defective parts - which is why they're so cheap.
WATCH OUT!
If you do buy from them, definitely DON'T get anything that can cause a safety hazard if it breaks!

Horrible service. We ordered parts,never got delivered. Apparently Part geeks ordered L&R to Shipp them back to them. I asked I can go and get them they insisted that they follow part geeks demand. ( don't ask me how a 3 hour trip to ship back is better than a 40m and gain a satisfied customer)
They still want to charge for shipping. The carrier had a wrong number to call in advance therefore we never got the call.
Think twice before buying anything from them. I do hope that one day the US will patrol these online stores and revoke licenses tgat aren't meeting ethics. I'd say it's crucial so American business prosper again or it'll be taken over.sad Era for the us...

I ordered 2 wheel hub assemblies and 2 seal kits.
I was shipped 4 hub assemblies and 4 seal kits. I was also double charged! $722 dollars later I call to return the parts, I send back everything but 2 hub assemblies that hadn't arrived yet. I get my appropriate refund, all good right?
WRONG, I attempt to ship back the 2 assemblies remaining and they only refund me for 1! Customer service wont let me speak to a manager because their "too busy". Now my $295 is tied up in a dispute for 6-8 weeks if i even get the money back at all!

Ordered almost $500 in parts, one was a rear knuckle set for my CRV, set should be right and left but got two left knuckles. I called customer service to see if they would exchange since each part was sent in separate boxes even though they were a set. (the boxes were taped together for shipping) customer service said i would have to send both pieces back, they would then refund after they received the parts, and I would have to reorder the correct parts. The issue is the set was $150, I apparently ordered the last set, even though they were not boxed together. When looking at how much it would be to buy each individually, each piece is now $150 or more. I contacted PayPal to see if this could be resolved through them, no luck there. Their solution was to send back ALL items from my almost $500 order for a full refund. I even showed parts geek and PayPal the pics i have added here.
Personally, I think this is a case of bait and switch, why they wouldn't just let me send back one of the parts for the correct piece is beyond me.

So I bought a gas cap from ECS tuning and it was the right cap they sent me but not the one I wanted. So I decided to buy it from $#*!ing parts geek and they had my gas cap. It was literally the same cap from my car, or at least the photo showed it was the same one as the one on my car. I wait a $#*!ing week for this thing (which with ecs tuning they sent it to me in 3 days on their cheapest shipping) and I get some cheap $#*!ing Taiwan gas cap. It even says it's from Gates and if you know Gates, then you know they said you stuff and it has their name on it and this thing doesn't have gates anywhere on this thing. $#*!ing super disappointed so I go to return it and I then figure out that I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING TO RETURN THE $#*!ING ITEM. I've ordered from these guys twice; both bad experiences. First time they totally sent me the wrong part (their mistake), yet insisted that I had to pay to ship it back to them before they would send me the correct part. I just threw it away and figured I'd never order from them again.
Recently I tried them again. They had one part, spark plugs, which were significantly cheaper than everyone else ($11 vs $18 each), so I ordered eight of those and various other filters. Only the spark plugs had a price advantage over other sellers, but I figured the savings on the plugs made it worthwhile. I ordered, paid by credit card, order was confirmed and my card was charged very quickly. I got a shipping notice two days later which listed the filters but no plugs. Since it's quite difficult to contact them directly, I had to ask through their website form if this was in fact a partial shipment. I got a reply a couple days later saying the plugs were out of stock, deleted from my order, and a credit was issued. The plugs showed "in Stock" on their site when I ordered them, the day my order was shipped, and also today. Six days later and my credit hadn't shown up on my credit card, so I contacted them again. I got a very quick E-mail replay that my credit was being processed today. Really? Promise a credit and then don't even process the credit until six days later after I complain?
I suspect I know what game they're playing, and it will Absolutely be the last time I will order from this place.

Was online looking for a head gasket for my 2003 Land Rover and happened to stumble upon Parts Geek. I took a chance and here I am with a brand new LOW PRICE head gasket that also came with FREE ground shipping. NO PROBLEMS!
This place is SCAM CENTRAL, with numerous BBB complaints. I tried to place my order in their website. One part, quantity of 2, priced competitively and BOY, did I learn the hard way why it's so cheap! I entered my payment information and all of the required fields — and yes, I did it correctly (I work in e-commerce and design these types of websites for a living) — but both of my attempts on different devices/browsers were unsuccessful. So, I reach out to chat and viola! They " completed my order", provided me with an order number, a shipping time frame and confirmation that I screenshotted. A full day goes by and I get a call from someone in India who tells me that they need my debit card information to take payment ($410 and some change). I told them I'd already paid, provided them with my order confirmation number and even pulled my mobile banking while on the call to explain the amount had already been taken from my account (not pending — CAPTURED). They said it hadn't and wanted money again. Luckily, I'm no fool and ordered the tires from a reputable 100% eBay seller with a tire shop in San Francisco. $50 cheaper per item ($100 saved) and they'll be here in 4 days with free shipping instead of the $26.95 this site wanted. Whatever you do — stay away. This will be my 6th eBay order for wheels and I should've stayed with them to begin with. It's not worth shipping 1-2 days quicker to even RISK IT with this "company".

I ordered a part from Parts Geek, a part that does not fit my vehicle arrived. After doing some further investigation I found out that PartsGeek does not pay return shipping even is the Fault is theirs. I called customer service to let them know that this policy is costing them customers and that I would be purchasing from elsewhere. The response I got was an "oh well" attitude and a hurried attempt to get me off the phone. When I called back to complain about this customer service experience I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was even more rude than the first customer service person that I spoke with. I asked who these customer service complaints are reported to, he said in my case since it was my fault nothing would be done. Even though I ordered the part their website recommended for my vehicle. When I asked for his name and his bosses number he was very rude, refused and hung up on me. My complaint Im sure was never even filed, and how is anything to get accomplished when the person giving bad service refuses to give you their bosses information? No accountability, horrible experience. Now Partsgeek refuses to do anything for me and I am stuck with a part that does me no good. Will have to reorder elswhere. Save yourself the headache buy elsewhere!
Ordered the parts... a day later a security check on order... cool... then denied sending parts after 6 days. This after I passed all security questions, no grey area at all! Bought a gas tank, called to verify that it was the correct one before I placed the order. I also used the vehicle match up they had on there site. Ordered it, received it wrong tank. Called them they said not my fault you ordered the wrong tank! Cannot believe they talk to customers this way, I said I even called to verify, again I got back i see no call from this number! Talked to a manager and he was a complete deush bag acted like he was a little 5 year old baby. So I paid shipping spent 40 days trying to get my refund as they don't call you or email you to let a person know they received the return item. Gas tank was received by an m Johnson at there warehouse 30 days prior as I had to contact FedEx to get this info. The spent another 10 days trying to get a confirmation number for a return. They emailed back be patient, I said I have been more than patient with you. Told them you have one week to refund me or I'm reporting you to the better business bureau as hundreds of other's already had done. I did receive my refund lol. Keep on them or they will try to screw you. This company is a complete joke.
I ordered 2 parts before in the past and was told OEM parts is what i was getting but that was for from the truth. These are low quality aftermarket parts made of weak plastic. I had order a rear bumper lip, and rear face support for my 2021 sonata, for those parts being so cheap it's hard to really complain. However when it came to my car needing a new Front splash gard/under tray it wasn't at all what I ordered, it was the wrong size and damage. But when I requested a refund there were what felt like many obstacles to jump through just to get my money back.
The biggest issue was there was NO return label I had to come out of pocket to send it back. I spent $307 on the replacement almost $250 on the return and only received $205 as a result, Please Don't use this site just pay the difference for the higher quality or just get the OME parts you need elsewhere.
Lastly left this review on there site twice but it was taken down but them so don't believe the all the filtered "Verified Reviews" I fell for that. They don't want to take personal responsibility for there 3rd products and I should have realized that when I was trying to return it and there was no option prompt for wrong product/ damage item.
