I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all

I purchase a side view mirror from this vender through Wal-Mart.com. Turns out the turn signal indicator on the mirror is defective, I contacted Wal-mart and was to told the it was out of their return window to call the vender, and when I did i was told since I didn't purchase it directly from them, they would not honor the warranty, I said you recieved my money, they replied no we recieved Wal-Marts money, I could not believe they said something like that, i will definitely be using carparts.com from now. And yet I am still out the money for the mirror!

Ordered radiator upper and lower hoses plus thermostat and gasket they charge me $103.67 after one week and no hoses and three phone calls they said warehouse did not ship hoses so they refunded me the price of hoses and charged me $15.00 shipping charge for $10.00 foe thermostat and gasket that I could have brought locally foe $12.00 they charged me $26 plus change for items and said I would have to eat the charges asked to talk to supervisor they said same They are not a 4plus star company beware of ordering from this company 6 calls and no help they messed up the order and over charged me $26.00 for a thermostat and a gasket. Please beware of this company NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN Oct. 21 2024 7 Calls poor costumer service

I ordered a rim for my F-250. I filled in every detail of the truck and it came up with this rim. Wasn't the right rim. They refuse to return it. When I explained the issue to their customer service using chat, the service guy said okay and ended the chat from his side.

Problem is the cheapest to send back retirn shipping cost was $17.00 and $12.00 USPS... Folks they wil not return your money unless you check the box that it was the wrong part sent. I could not use the part they sent me. I made the mistake of ordering part for a v-8 engine when I have a v-6. They said I can send it back but the cost was to return was too high so I am stuck with the part . Next time I will shop at rock auto or car parts
I really believed they where ok to buy from but they proved to me they are terrible & do not buy anything from this place. Purchased a set of rotors, made it in the delivery to Miami Fl & was returned to sender for wrong delivery address that partsgeek screwed up, so it was returned & after waiting 2+ weeks for these parts & a non drivable truck, now have to get elsewhere. I ordered AWD hub assemblies for my car. Upon arrival, I opened the box and confirmed the part numbers on the parts boxes. Outside the 30 days, I opened the part boxes to find RWD parts in AWD boxes. Partsgeek points to their 30-day return policy. Shady business.
After receiving the mufflers their website showed as the correct ones when I went to install them they were the wrong size inlet and outlet. Called and was told yes it was the wrong muffler for my year and model pickup. Told them I wanted to sent them back and after receiving their RMA number I realized I was responible for shipping back to them even though it was their fault for the wrong mufflers. The cost for shipping from my location was almost $50 and the cost for the mufflers was $100 so I am going to keep them and hopefully will find someone that needs this size muffler. Bad customer support and they should be liable for shipping back as their mistake not mine. Will never purchase from this company again.

I was sent the wrong part. I've been trying to talk to someone about the problem and want to return it. Waited two times for over 15 minutes each time. The recording says if you are tired of waiting push 1 and we will call you back as soon as an agent is free. I've waited for 2 days and nothing. No call no email nothing.
ORDERED A HEAD GASKET KIT AND BOTH HEAD GAKETS WERE DAMAGED. WAS TOLD I COULD NOT RETURN JUST THE HEAD GASKETS BUT HAD TO RETURN THE WHOLE KIT. WAITED A WEEK FOR THIS KIT. I NEED THE OTHER PARTS. I'LL JUST BUY GOOD GASKETS LOCALLY AND NOT BUY FROM PARTS GEEK AGAIN.

Check out their reviews all negative except the obviously fake ones. I ordered a K&N air filter. It would not fit my truck, way too big. Their charts are wrong. I think they sent me one for a V8 instead of a V6. Anyway they refused to exchange or return because it was outside their 30 day return window even though they sent me the wrong part. Don't ever do business with this company, you will regret it.

Ordered ngk spark plug wires for my 95 Montero. Received a set of wires that would not work. Parts geeks online return system continues to make the ordering issue my fault instead of accepting that their cross reference is wrong as the wires they sent me are designed to go under the valve cover not through it. Zero customer service assistance zero response to emails or calls guess I'm just out 50$ Will never use this company again
That was painful enough but two of the items didn't come with a link to print the labels for two of the different boxes. Called and waited an hour and then requested a call back...never got one. Waited two days and still can't get anyone on the phone and there is no live chat on the customer service page. I think i will start buying my stuff from rockauto

I ordered two headlight assemblies. The first part of the experience was perfectly fine. Ordering was easy and the shipping was on time. When the boxes arrived, there was no visible damage to the boxes. When I opened the box, the parts were damaged.
I thought, no big deal, I am sure Parts Geek will pay for the return and send me new ones. I was wrong on both accounts. They will let me return them, but I must pay for the shipping, which cost me $125. To add insult to injury, they said I can order new headlight, but that they will not pay for the replacement shipping to send them to me and would charge $35 for shipping. No offer of a discount. No mention of trying to make this right. Horrible customer service
I thought I was saving money using Parts Geeks, but by the time had to pay $160 shipping of broken parts, that was not my fault, I paid triple the cost of what I thought I was saving. I recommend you pay a little extra and use a company that doesn't charge you for return shipping if the part is defective or broken.

That's bull$#*! coupled with a $23 shipping charge on a 29 dollar order that weighs less than a pound. You are a money sucking $#*! site I will never use again.

Don't blink. Ordered a new headlight assembly for my car yesterday because I had a deer bounce off of my light. (Deer got up and ran away thank God) My car inspection is due no later than three more days from then and was pressed for time to get it fixed. They told me 3 to 7 business days. Not even 24 hours later and it arrived on my doorstep From North Carolina to upstate New York. Wow. Exceptionally well packed for such cheap shipping cost. I did a double take at the tracking information saying it was delivered. Unbelievable service. Super friendly and polite. The price? I paid a whopping $138 for my headlight assembly. All the local chain stores were trying to charge me $410 for the exact same part. I cannot say enough good about parts geek. Once again they have exceeded my expectations. I will continue to reach out to them when I am in need of parts.
Bought over $200 dollars worth of products for two vehicles. Took longer than expected to receive and the boxes were trashed (UPS) although the products did not sustain damage. One part I ordered was the wrong color and I wanted to return. Unfortunately the shipping cost is on me and the cost to ship does not make the credit worth anything so I will keep it and move on. The customer service centers they use have individuals with marginal English skills and low intelligence. The read their "scripts" and check the system and tell you what you already know from tracking info'/web site etc. Not real happy with the company and will look elsewhere for vehicle products in the future.
