I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
I have a town car so i needed new tail lights ordered dorman parts they sent taiwan parts needless to say all the parts were the same all from taiwan so we refused the order and called them they hung up on me 5 times so i called AMX and disputed the charge! These guys are dirt bags! No customer service!
Please don't make the mistake I did in order from this company! 10 hours after I ordered a part I called because I wanted to cancel the order. They told me it's not possible to cancel an order once it's placed. I told them it hasn't even shipped from them yet and has not been picked up from the shipping company. Why on Earth would you not be able to cancel the order!? Then he told me he would open a ticket and get it resolved hung up the phone and I got an email from someone else saying it's not possible to cancel an order after it's been placed that I will have to refuse the item and I will be charged for shipping in both directions. What a joke they should be put in jail!
Had an order with 3 items. One item was not included in box. Asked to cancel it and told I bought locally since it did not arrive. They shipped a new one, despite me asking for a refund. Now being told I have to wait for it to be delivered to refuse delivery. Called Fedex, fedex said they have the ability to cancel the shipment, and that it only takes 3 minutes for them to do so.
One of the parts that did get here were dead on arrival.
Terrible company with terrible customer support. Their customer support hangs up for no reason. Request a callback and as soon as I answer they hang up. Also do review manipulation. They display 5 stars for products with no reviews. They refuse reviews with less than 5 stars. This company needs to be sued and taken down.

I will make sure i make every review on every outlet that partsgeek has any affiliation with. My husband needed parts for his oldie car. He spent 400 plus 100 in astronomical shipping fees! When he finally had the mechanic work on his car (which took a little longer) due to a pandemic. Hear that partsgeek! A pandemic! Three of his parts were wrong! He tried calling not to even get his money back, rather just credit. After a 1 hour hold he was shooed off the phone and told yeah sorry can't do anything for you! Buyers beware do not under any circumstance purchase from them! Never again i advised my Husband to report them to bbb!
We bought a set of roof racks, they shipped each one out in separate boxes. Got one fairly quickly, the other never arrived, when we tried to process a return they processed the one that had already been shipped and expected it back. What a mess
I emailed this company twice before the "30 day" return policy was over about returning a part for exchange of one for another and they never responded to my request. Now I am stuck with a part that I do not need. I will never buy from this company again, they are in the category of "the worst of the worst" for customer care. Stay away from this company!
I ordered brakes and rotors and they were all wrong. Worse yet they would not return them. There is no one you can contact on the phone and all emails were returned with total B. S. I will never order from them again
Parts geek is simply a middleman system and they are completely negligent and making orders right… There are other companies warehouses the middleman through and take no responsibility for mistakes made… I ordered a driver side mirror from them and got a passenger side mirror instead… it took about a week to get to me and it was the wrong part! When I told them I would be returning the part they sent me an RMA number with no shipping label and it says that I pay for the shipping return! Do not order off partsgeek.com it is nothing but a headache and they are of no help

I originally order a part that turned out to be defective. I had to return it and they sent me a shipping label to return it, no questions asked. I reordered the same part and was sent the wrong one. When I asked for a shipping label they stated that they don't provide them, which is inconsistent with my first order experience. Communication has been ongoing for several days with no resolution. Their customer service is poor, they send defective and wrong parts and don't own up to their mistakes. Never again will I order from them and make sure others son't as well. Avoid the hassle, save yourself time and money and go elsewhere!
I ordered a rear left brake caliper and they sent me the rear right. They refused to take it back. I understand they have a 30 day policy, but they literally sent me the wrong part. Don't buy from them. $180 wasted.

I received the order wrong. I made my return request online, where they said that in 4 to 5 days I will receive an email with RMA #. Then call for 5 consecutive days waiting for someone to answer the phone to find out if they have the correct part that I need, otherwise look elsewhere... they never answered the phone and after 13 minutes of waiting they cut off your call.
Their customer service is really poor. I will never buy from them again!
These guys are clowns, I ordered two parts, I got one part right, and one part I didn't order, the guy who selected the part, was either high, drunk, or just plain stupid, I say this, because, I ordered 2 volkswagon rabbit pickup shift rod seals, part #*******9494 they sent me oil pump seals part #2076-******* cost was 3.98 +1.31+10.00 shipping now they want me to ship it back to them at a cost of 11.00 shipping and insurance to protect their 3.98 dollar investment I will just throw the parts away and save money.

Warning, the radiator I ordered was not the right one, they sent me the wrong one. I asked to return it. They made me pay shipping and when I found out it was going to cost $209.00 so I contacted PayPal and then the company said they would send me a prepaid label. They received it back & said they will refund my money. They never did so I notified PayPal and they refunded my money. I will never buy from them again. Worse customer service so be aware, there policy on returning is the customer pays shipping no matter who's at fault.

I paid $135 for shipping two fenders. It took 11 days for the package to come from Texas to Louisiana. Now, around 9 a.m. on Wednesday we get a phone call from a truck driver to come to Walmart parking lot 25 miles from our house and to pick up the package! Not to mention, no one told us about that and it's a miracle someone was at home on the work day, delivery with a horse and a buggy would do a better job. Faster for sure. $135 for waiting for 11 days&driving 50 miles to pick up?
Also, after you place an order, you cannot change it even a minute later. You have to wait for an item to arrive, to pay for shipping back and to order again.

I ordered a clutch kit from this place because I was having trouble finding it anywhere. It arrived very quickly, looks like the right kit, but then I find that the release bearing is broken and shows evidence of being previously installed. I try to contact them and find that the only way to do that is submit a ticket but their ticket system is down. Now I look and realize it says I have to return the entire kit at my expense even though it's their fault? WTF? I cannot believe a place with such poor customer service even exists.
Make you pay shipping on cores which is more than what the core will give you back. On another order they sent me a part that was so far off from what it was supposed to be it's ridiculous. So I had to pay to send it back. Do not recommend you do business with them.
This company is a joke! They sent the wrong part for a completely different car and won't return ship! The ship return is more than what I paid for the part customer service is totally rude! Buyer Beware even if their at fault they will NOT help u return it! I'm contesting this with my bank.
My first time using Parts Geek. 5 business days I received an open empty shipping tube delivered by FedEx. I immediately called to report, they turned over to Customer Service. Needing the parts I ordered elsewhere. Several email correspondences I TWICE asked to cancel and refund. After several days they resubmitted my order. I once more emailed them that I politely asked that my order be cancelled. They informed me that they can't cancel and that after I receive parts that I'll need to return. Apparently it is more important to them to make one sale for $31.95 than it is to have repeat business. I buy quite a bit of parts online. Never again with Parts Geek. Ordered parts by credit card charged one dollar then tell me card declined when money was their or would not ordered so contacted card and way more than enough then called person next day parts geek and same thing said card denied but charged another dollar which froze my whole account will never order from anyone who

I read all the negative commits on the internet about this company and was afraid to do business with them, but their prices were so great I decided to take a chance. Everything as delivered as ordered and on time. I usually do not write recommendation but I could have missed out on one of the best companies that I have done business with on the Internet.

I ordered a part never received it. I called the shipper FEDEX a couple of weeks after I ordered the part and they assured me my package was in-transit. I called several more times and then at the month mark FEDEX tells me that the box was empty when they received it. So why were they giving me the run around for the last month. So I called PartsGeek the still haven't refunded my money. They said the carrier has to do an investigation first. I wish i could sue them for wasting my time because I have been without a vehicle this whole time.

They took $350 of my money for steering gearbox for my truck. They refuse to provide the part, and refuse to refund my money. They refuse to even provide shipping info and claim their warehouse isn't telling them anything. FedEx says the part I ordered 10-20-22 was never picked-up.
This is theft, plain and simply.
So I purchased a strut assembly for a customer of mine. After installing I realized the front way lower than the rear. I call customer service and the person i spoke with said I couldn't exchange or return it because it was installed already. Like what kind of crap is this? So what im I suppose to do? This place is a scam don't buy from this place
Someone who cares about their job and how the customer receives their product with their business name attached to their product, whether it be the website ( distributor) or the seller that's on the companys website. It still has 2 names attached to it besides the buyer and this looks like jimmy craps corn and he dont care! I did shipping and recieving for years with huge exhaust system after ceramic coating them, headers, i powder coated nascar rims, show car stuff down to piddly stuff and still wrap and sealed a product up 110% better than this even if it was a $5 piece or $5000 piece.
People need to give a D$%&! Seriously...
