I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all

This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.

I ordered a power steering pump and it was not delivered to the address on the order form. In fact, it was not delivered at all. The address/label was incomplete and it was returned to their warehouse in Miami. I received no notification. I followed up and was told that I had to wait 10-14 days for a refund. ZERO accountability. Once the part had been returned, I should have been notified and THEY should have processed the return. Will never do business with them again.

I ordered rear brake rotors and calipers and they sent me 2 right side calipers and won't send me the left side keep telling me they have to investigate they are idiots don't they know a car has a right and left side I'm going to file a lawsuit against them for not fixing this problem after taking my $567 I don't take kindly from thiefs

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEFS BAD PARTS THE WORSE SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT FIX THE MISTAKES THEY MADE

I ordered the item showing in the photo below consisting of a cap, a spring, and a diaphragm. They sent me only the diaphragm. When I complained they said tough luck -- the photos isn't accurate. They would not send me the cap and spring as shown.

This Action Crash GM******* Splash Panel / Skid Plate for under the front part of an engine worked great. It is an exact replacement on a 2007 Buick Lucerne. The only thing to remember in installing is on the front part under the bumper you may have to use vinyl tie straps rather than the stock gm clips. The clips work fine where you attach the splash guard to metal, but not so well where it attaches to the plastic bumper. All in all a nice replacement for the original stock piece.

I received an opened part with missing components. I'm ready to do the work and cant get ahold of anyone to fix the situation. Online it says that it will take 24-48 hrs for them to get back to me! Been on hold for 20 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone! Never again!

I ordered a valve cover gasket and it looked liked the right one but it wouldn't fit. Next I ordered a v belt it was described as a Gates it was a cheaper version and it broke with less than a month. Next I ordered a set of shocks for my pickup as I was doing the research I received a link to purchase those shocks they claim they never got an invoice number are received payment but on my bank statement it says parts geek. I don't like leaving negative feedback for no company but be aware I wouldn't buy anything else from them

Poor Customer Service and no sense of responsibility. Ordered 4 four rotors and they only shipped 3. Called customer service and was told that their warehouse was researching and that they would get back to me by the end of day. They did not follow through with the commitment to call me back. I called back two days later and still no update; was told that they were still researching and I should expect a call back in 24 to 48 hours. I have no expectation that they will follow through.

The proper way to solve this is the look up the shipping weight from the carrier and if the weight is less than expected send another rotor out.

I ordered 8 ignitions coils from them. It took 2 weeks to receive items. Inside the box was 2 sets of parts. 1 set didn't fit my vehicle. When I contacted them about my order, They told they sent me, they sent 8 parts I ordered. Doesn't mattered if it 2 different brand. I decided to return products. They don't provide return labels and cost is on me. They stated I had 4 day to return items or fees will be deducted from return. It took 2 weeks to get items, now I have 4 days to return it. The return process is more difficult than doing time in prison. 1 mistake and they will not accept return.

Unprofessional company and scammers.

Never again, wasted of hard earned money

I only give this site 1 star because there is no lower rating. 1 star is far to Generous. I am in Ahh that a site with this bad of customer service and no ability to get you the right part, even exists. The worst experience I have ever had on the internet and I do a lot of business on the internet. E-bay Auto I found is cheaper and faster with better results and you can get your $$$ back. I will never use these guys again. Wrong part after wrong part delivered and I have to pay the shipping back. Ridiculous experience. These guys need to be shut down! Be warned, Stay away!

Brake rotors delivered to a different address. Box weighed 2 lbs instead of 30lbs!. Fed Ex stated my name and address was not on box. The picture shows a different address,, not my residence. Fraudulant activity from PartsGeek! These guys have a federal trademark yet they are into fraudulent activities. Check out all the fraud they are committing on Ebay!

Parts Geek needs to be investigated for their fraudulent activities.

This company is the worst they admitted to send me the wrong part yet they don't want send me the right part but they want me to send the wrong part that they sent before I get a refund i suggest no one order from this company you will lose your money and your time warning do not order from this company read the reviews before you order again warning warning warning parts are bad and they are always sending the wrong parts

I ordered a wiper motor for a '78 Dodge van. When it arrived it didn't work. When I contacted them I was told they do not offer exchanges. I needed to return the part and re-order another. Then I found out that I had to pay return shipping, which is nearly the cost of the part. I had ordered another motor: when it arrived, it didn't work either. I will not be dealing with them again. This cost me money I cannot well afford, and wasted so much time.

The worst the agents lie and get you to ship the items with Fedex and tell you no other options and never reimburse shipping costs, happened on multiple orders. Garbage Company

I ordered an alternator for my bmw. They sent me the wrong one. They charged me to ship it back they offer no exchanges like giving me the right one they were supposed to in the first place. It's been two weeks since I've returned it. I have not received my money and have not been contacted. I would not recommend this site to anyone! I can't believe they r still in business! They r a joke..

I have been ordering auto parts online for years and find the so called discount sites to be sub-par. Ordered replacement driving/fog lights for 2004 f150. PartsGeek website shows photo of lights with mounting bracket and description stated bracket included. Lights are total of $15 more than other sites selling lights without brackets. Didn't want to hassle with taking lights off old mounting brackets for $15. Lights came from PartsGeek without brackets and response to my inquiry about photo and description including brackets was "bracket not included' and advising I could Purchase for additional $12 per bracket plus shipping. The online catalog shows bracket and description includes bracket; that's why I purchased from PartsGeek for $15 more than other sites. To add insult to injury they want more money for brackets and don't admit online catalog is deceptive and misleading. Have they fixed deception in online catalog? Of course not. Customer service was beyond useless.

Went to this site for the 1st time... put in my vehicle. Searched the part... looked good... received wrong part. Called customer service... said down at the bottom in a separate box was the models the part fit. Why was this information not in the description. So... paid shipping both ways for nothing. Will not visit this site again.

They sent the wrong part for my vehicle, the return shipping is outrageous and every time u call they say they are experiencing high call volume, if u want to wait or for them to call u back, either way u have to wait 3 hrs for them to call back, and then I got tired of waiting on the phone that was almost 2 hr.said they did a refund,but still haven't received it.they received the part the 11th and this is the 20 th with no refund yet

They charged me $14.96 plus tax =$16.01 for a bushing through EBay that they advertise on their website for 7.50 I paid the $14.96 thinking I'm getting a set of 2 as that is what the car has. They refused to send me another bushing and kept giving a BS answer that was the price in the description. The description showed just a pic of the bushing and didn't say 1or 2 but they are advertising on their website $7.50 for 1

Partsgeek is completely unprofessional for returns. You must cover return shipping even if they were in the wrong and if you lose your tracking number they will not authorize the refund. They claim they cannot track it in their own warehouses. Absolutely unprofessional

I ordered parts from my home in Costa Rica to be sent to my US mailing address. Because I only visit the US occasionally, it was several months until I actually saw them. They had sent incorrect parts. Because it was longer than 30 days since my purchase, they refused to even EXCHANGE them for correct ones. Numerous back and Forths with "customer service" yielded only robotic sounding responses, and no consideration whatsoever. These parts cost over $100. How do you treat people (customers, no less) this way? Needless to say, I'll buy the ones I need from somewhere else, as I suggest you do.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered 2 parts at the same time and i am waiting for the second part over a week later. I contacted customer service and they were extremley unhelpful, condescending and made excuse instead of trying to solve the issue. I have used them before, but after the cs experience i wont nor would i recommend them to anyone else!

Bad site to buy parts from. They sent me a broken part and so being with out the car at the shop waiting on the part for the time. They asked me to buy another to get one shipped out to replace the bad one. Just decided might as well just buy from another company that has a better guarantee of parts. Sadly Ebay is better to deal with when it comes to guarantees

This is a corrupt company. When you return their auto part, on time, by UPS. They will give you the run around. We didn't receive your product. Check with UPS. They said it got there on time. If you need to ask me questions about company? Look up *******@yahoo.com. They won't return your money!

I ordered four (4) spark plug modules. I received three (3) new modules in new boxes and one (1) module which was burned out and melted in an old and torn box of different make. I emailed them and asked if they have any single good module in stock. Their response was to send everything back. I got the RMA and returned all of them. They did not acknowledge the return and did not refund anything. Can't reach them by phone. Should have searched on web about this lousy outfit. Don't buy from Parts Geek. Do your homework on them. Don't buy from Parts Geek.

In the long run it costs you money, then having to deal with customer service is even worse. #1 they sent me the wrong part, then it was such a hassle to return it, shipping costs being an issue, very very frustrating. Then the parts lasted till just right outside warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. Trash company with horrible values and parts
