I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
I purchased front drive parts for my Avalanche including front wheel hubs. One hub proved to be defective and when I tried to contact PartsGeek customer service I found that didn't have one. They provide no personal representative contact and rely on a submit a ticket for possible return consideration. I went thru their steps explaining that their product was defective because of an abs sensor malfunction in the hub. After three days of having to check online for their response. I finally received a Return Authorization. However I would be responsible for the shipping costs of approximately 30 dollars which was half the cost of the hub. I live in Pa and their site is located in N. J. but they ship out of San Bernadino Ca. Why this is is any ones guess but it sure makes returns cost prohibitive. Also according to what I could gather from their return policy they would not guarantee if and when I would receive a credit back to my card. I still need another hub but I won't be getting it from these people. Because in the end though their prices up front are good I would have been better off buying locally. Thanks for reading
I called to check on a part for my Honda. I was questioning specifics on the part and the Indian-sounding agent hung up on me. Sounds like I'm not buying any part from them.
They say they shipped on 11 Feb 2021 still have not received parts say they shipped prority mail I have contacted postal service they tell me the package is locked in a delivery container I called partsgeek customer service they said it could take up to 7 days and that they would contact them this item has been stuck in Florida for 5 days and no movement at all I will never buy from this out fit again ordered a part local had it next day they make it seem so cheap from them by the time you pay shipping you save nothing I would not buy anything from them ever again I order a lot of parts online the worse outfit I have ever used never again give me my money back and I will order online to a company that will get my order to me Never again John Garrison

I ordered an oil pan from here, I contacted the chat line because I was not sure what gasket I needed for it, they said I needed this certain gasket so I added it to my order, after I received the oil pan and gasket, I saw that the oil pan had an o-ring installed on it, so no gasket required, bad advice, I am in the process of returning this gasket and they want me to pay for return shipping, the gasket was $37, the cheapest shipping at UPS is $20, I don't think I should have to pay for this shipping since they told me I needed this gasket. Very wrong, and you could not tell if the oil pan had this o-ring because it was not mentioned in the description and the only picture they have is the bottom, I will never shop at this place again, ever.

I ordered rotors and brakes from parts geek.com when I went to return the parts I had to pay $75 for shipping for an order that cost $130 and when I tried to call to ask them nobody picked up several times the phone kept ringing or somebody just hung up so they were very unprofessional in that regard also if you want to return anything for any reason whether it's because you got the wrong part, or if the part is broke, or any reasons that are even outside of your control you are responsible for the return shipping cost which they will not reimbursed. And to make matters worse they won't let you cancel your order before it's shipped do you're stuck in this situation the second you place the order. Bottom line they have a RIDICULOUSLY UNFAIR return policy.
I ordered 2 parts. Delivery should have taken a week. After first week and no parts, I called and was told they were enroute. That was a lie. A week later, still no parts. By this time I had already got the parts somewhere else and was just waiting to recieve the partsgeek parts so i could return them. 16 days after I ordered I called to see where they were, again told they were enroute. 2 hours after my call I got an email with tracking numbers. I recieved the parts on the 19th day after original order. I promptly sent them back. I paid $13 for return shipping. Then the fight for a refund... need I continue?

Ordered a fuel pump for my 450SL and once I received the package I noticed there were missing some fittings, nuts and other accessories which were pictured in the website so I returned them immediately only to have the return refused with the excuse of: MISSING WASHER & USED ITEM! $#*!ing untrustworthy people, I'm impressed how they can lie so clinically just to keep the money.

They sent me two incorrect parts, and after about 15 emails and a phone call, they provided an RMA number to allow me to return it. THEY MADE ME PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR THEIR MISTAKE, which was half the cost of my products! I still haven't received my refund! Incompetence with no accountability! I ordered parts for my car, They charged my credit card and kept me waiting for 2 days, then the cancelled the order... It was not in stock. WHY THE WEBSITE IS SHOWING THAT MY PARTS ARE AVAILABLE THEN? WASTING MY TIME?

I ordered a part with there sales rep and they sent the wrong part. The part did not even go with my vehicle and I am not sure what vehicle they were for. I asked to return and they said "As stated on our website, all parts and cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid RMA number. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, with no exceptions."
So if they screw up they WILL NOT HONOR ANYTHING!

I ordered my parts back in June with the intention to do the job shortly after that. We'll lots of personal things happened and I wasn't able to get to it until August (75 days). I disassembled the driver side strut/shock assembly from the 2015 Honda Odyssey and tried to install the part from PartsGeek. The top mounting bolts don't match up with the holes on the vehicle. I am 100% positive I ordered the right parts and even the order says to, but these are not the right parts. Called PartsGeek and they said since it's over 30 days, can't help me. Jeffery x7004 at Customer service just repeated "75 days" is past the return policy. When I asked for the manager, nobody was available and they said they would call me back. Ha! Never happened. So now I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to see if I can get any relief. All I wanted was an exchange for the right parts. Wasn't asking for my money back. Someone over there at PartsGeek must have shipped the wrong parts or else the wrong parts are in the boxes. These are Unity Strut Assemblies. I am done with PartsGeek for sure.

I ordered an exhaust manifold that their online search said would fit when it arrived it wouldn't fit I went through their crappy return process only to find find out it was going to cost me more to return the part than what I paid for it! ATTENTION, sorry for the long read but definitely worth your time! Use extreme caution when ordering from this Auto Parts Geek if you want your items quickly and in useable condition. NOTE there is a Good side, I received the correct gasket for an automotive repair job grant it not expensive but still not the question. Unfortunately it was folded in half and broken in two pieces due to poor attention to detail. This particular item was clearly shoved in the padded manila shipping envelope with negligence. Even though I took several photos of the broken gasket just seconds after carefully opening the package and forwarder to the seller hoping for a quick hassle free refund. As/per Auto Parts Geeks return requirements, I was instructed to send it back prior to receiving a PayPal refund, which I happily did within 1 business day. Jump forward it's been almost 2 weeks since Auto Parts Geek received my returned broken gasket. There has been NO communication nor refund. I have since reached out to eBay resolution center for help with this issue hoping for closure. I wish the best of luck to anyone ordering from this eBayer. "Please BEWARE!… You've been warned"

THESE PEOPLE TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT SEND ME THE PART, ITS BEEN 12 DAYS I HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE PART OR A REFUND.
