I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
So I ordered a hood for my 2004 BMW 530i. The hood arrived terribly damaged, event in the corner very bad. So I contacted customer service and they ran me through the steps and issued me a refund no problem, and also told me to keep the damaged Hood... With that refund money I ordered another Hood thinking this one would come perfect, but it didn't. It also came terribly damaged. I called again and this time they were not helpful, that manager guy is something that I cannot say on the internet because I want to keep the language for all ages but he is nothing but a coward who hides behind a telephone and screws people over. So now I am fighting with my credit card company to dispute the charge because they have not issued a refund for this second damaged Hood. I do not recommend this website this is the worst website I've ever had to deal with. I wish they would be shut down!
Parts Geek sent a defective part, an electric driven unit that did not work. A quality outfit would have said oops, and taken care of the problem. Not Parts Geek. Remember, this was their bad! I paid for a functional part in good faith and only received trash. They never fulfilled their end of the bargain. Now to get a refund, they want me to pay for return postage and a restocking fee. That would be appropriate if this was a matter of MY choice to return something, but is not appropriate when they sent a non functioning part. When they send postage, I will return their trash if they want it. In the meantime, I have obtained a working part from a good source and do not need Parts Geek ever again.
The PartsGeek system lists items at low prices to draw you in and get you to give your info & place an order.
The order is then reviewed by a human. If the humans decides they won't make enough profit, or they're having trouble finding a source for the item, they put your order on hold to stall for time, falsely claiming there's something wrong with your address or billing info.
At that point there's no telling what will happen. They may cancel the order and refund your money or you may have to fight to get your money refunded.
In either case, in the end, this untrustworthy company has your info on file and it's exactly the sort of company that makes money off selling people's info to marketing companies.
This website was suspish and too good to be true for me. I never got an email confirmation/tracking # so I got a little worried. Turns out a few business days later my rim got here and it fit perfectly, it was also in perfect condition. I'm so happy with my purchase!
Tip for consumers:
The negative reviews made me nervous but now I feel no regrets
I purchased 2 gas caps at 15.00 each. They only sent one. They would not refund me the 15.00 without jumping through a number of hoops including copies and pictures and return shipping? I ended up taking the loss because I had already given the one as a gift. Horrible customer service.
I ordered from this company thinking that their service would be what they said they would provide. Except I didn't receive my parts in a timely manner as promised and then they tried to blame it on their delivery service I had to pay extra for. Do not waste your time or money here! Order from a real parts company.
Ordered a Nissan rogue sport part. Ever since I had the car(4 years), I know to say sport. Way different parts from the regular rogue. My mechanic said the part was too big, so I called customer service, who really didn't care and then called back because I saw I had to pay for shipping. Talked to Sven, who was pleasant, but completely deaf to my situation. Being in sales/customer service for 14 years, I can honestly say this was the worst experience ever.
Tip for consumers:
I’d rather pay full price than use these guys again.

I purchased a water pump parts kit from parts Greek geek for my 2008 Honda Odyssey. I took the parts to my local mechanic and as you was trying to install them he he noticed none of them would fit. They are no threads in the shoulders of the water pump housing and all of the bearings were incorrect I had to pay to have these things shipped back. If I could give it less than one as a rating I would. I would recommend not using PartsGeek for any part that you really need to have work.

Don't deal with these clowns. A total rip off and aggravation no help at all. They send me the wrong tail light assembly and they would not accept the return past 30 days. What difference does it make. Not like I changed my mind, they sent wrong part and it took me longer than 30 days to try and put it on.
I purchased 4 Crash Action Remanufactured wheels. The wheels came in defective and looks like someone sprayed them in their garage. Very poor customer service! They want me to file a claim and wait for review or I can purchase replacement wheels again while the claim is processed. I was trying to upload photos on the claim and it only allows 1 photo, I have 4 defective wheels! I purchased through PayPal so I filed a claim.
I received uncomplicated parts, my Optim was buy new parts or wait
Here is email they send, people go to dealer instead drop shipping from these websites
We have started a tracer claim investigation for you.
When a customer claims they have not received a part, and the shipping provider claims they delivered the part, OR is lost in transit, the only thing we can do is start a tracer claim investigation.
Please be advised that tracer claim investigations may take 7-14 Business days to complete.
Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
If you can not wait for the investigation, you will need to place a new order now or wait on the claim to be resolved.
Those are the only options. We will work to resolve these issues.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this web side, if parts get lost, they will tell you to wait or buy new parts you already did. Bad experience. From now on dealer is the place to go at lease no shipping involved,

I ordered a compressor and dryer from this company and paid a mechanic to put them on only to find out both parts were defective. Now I have to go through hell for the return and partsgeek does not reimburse labor so now i have a loss of 297 dollars. Buyers beware! It's better to buy from your local parts store and have the warranty than to order online and be screwed out of labor for faulty parts the admit they sell.
Their customer service is totally inexperienced and unwilling to help. I asked for the supplier number and spoke to apparently the highest supervisor there is and he didn't know a number to any supplier or warehouse and told me if i wanted the information then I'd have to go find it myself. I have no idea how he came to be in that position and I can assure you that this place is a scam. Do not order form this company.
Terrible customer service. Ordered valve covers that came in opened and rusted. They only had the one set in stock and wouldn't discount the damaged set. So full price for damaged parts or no parts at all. Never again with these guys
Tip for consumers:
No replacements. If something is missing or damaged, you need to order a new one and then they'll refund your money. They hold your money 2x when they mess up

This sucks to fix will take two weeks way to go parts geek. Not sure who prepares order but something as simple as an order recap with option to fix anything that looks wrong would help avoid this dumb $#*! from happening
I was assured a full refund for my part and shipping I have photo copies of the text conversation with customer service. I went ahead and sent the part back based on their promise I have a full refund. When they received the part they applied only a partial refund and did not respond to the full amount as promised. When I contacted customer service again by text they told me I had been misinformed by the agent and there was nothing they could do about it so I ended up paying twice for shipping it only getting a small amount of a refund for the part alone. I do not recommend anyone use Parts Geek if they are worried that their part will not be needed or will be incorrect their customer service lies and and their company takes advantage of their customers I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Tip for consumers:
They do not follow through on their refund promise

Recently I was in the market for some replacement headlights. My vehicle is in the shop being repainted so I considered this a time sensitive order. I found what I needed on PartsGeek and placed an order. I received an email that my order was being processed. About 4 days later I received an email that my order was cancelled. I called and Parts Geek stated that they wanted my driver's license for "security" reasons. I've never been asked for a DL for an online credit card order. All of the credit card information, including billing address was correct but the representative kept repeating "its for security, its for security", I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said "we do not have supervisors". I think I was talking to an off shore representative and parts geek is a questionable company at best.
Tip for consumers:
buy your car parts elsewhere where they don't attempt to get your driver's license info

I'm very confused.the price for my part was $35.11,after taxes it came to $52.98, that was my first order you guys messed up so I ordered again, everyone makes mistakes right? So I ordered the same part for $26.98, after taxes $44.21. YES, they messed up again. So I have to return both of these items guess how much I'm getting back. Then they ate talking about the original box, you guys are worried about reselling the product more than making sure the correct product is shipped out. WHY MAKE IT SO DIFFICULT WHEN YOU GUYS MESSED UP?
Tip for consumers:
This is how they make money also,of your returns

In January 2022, I purchased replacement headlights for my Cadillac CTS-V to the tune of $842. The car is kept outside, ALWAYS protected by a very high quality car cover. I'd estimate I've got fewer than 3,000 since the headlight installation. After removing the cover recently, I discovered a multitude of internal cracks / craze lines to the clear portion of the housing. In speaking with customer service, basically got "So sad, too bad" response since they are adamant that the warranty period has been exceeded by a few months. CLEARLY, a defective part. What a rip!
Even if the parts that you order show to be correct but actually do not fit because of manufacturing wrong, you get to pay the shipping in order to receive your refund. OR SO I THOUGHT... I did contact Parts Geek and they listened to my concerns. They provided me with a postage paid return shipping label.
That is the way to conduct a business, in my opinion. Now, Parts Geek has a respected place in my searches when I am looking for parts for customer cars.
***Thank You Parts Geek!***

This bunch are listing items that they do not have and they will either send you nothing or the wrong part and my guess is that they just want to charge your credit card and make a little interest off of it or just make a sale, I wasted two weeks with this company for a part, screw them!
This place is a freaking JOKE. Never, never, again and plus they don't have customer service. Calling for two days and they said they will call back never did, it have been 48 hours. So I emailed them, they reply with the same message. And it crazy I can't even get my money back for something I didn't order.
I thought they were a reputable company. Unfortunately any sort of customer service fails to exist. The ability to place a ticket for research does not exist. I am so sorry I depended upon this firm. First and last of my $ they will get.
Big dent in one of my sidesteps when it arrived. They told me that because the package was accepted and had been opened, they will not replace the item. How was I supposed to know it was damaged?... It was inside a box! Total Crap!
Purchased a part from PartsGeet because they advertised as having multiple units in stock. Five (5) days later and part still has not shipped. Also, the first email you receive after the order is placed is that the order cannot be cancelled. Scam. Do not order from PartsGeek.
