I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all

This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.

I called PartsGeek on the phone for clarification of a potential replacement left fender liner and the customer service representative was helpful and ordered the part. Unfortunately he did not inform me that the UPS ground delivery of the $25 part was going to cost $80! I only found this out after the invoice was sent to me several hours later which was too late to alter the order. Trust me I would never pay $80 for UPS ground delivery of a 3 lb part. I talked with Steve at Customer Service when I received the invoice and he worked diligently to help me. While the order could not be altered he negotiated a reasonable UPS ground delivery rate for the part which made the 40-50% savings advertised on their site more of a reality. The part arrived quickly and was a good fit. Thank you Steve and PartsGeek!

Long story short:

Partsgeek sent me the wrong turn-signal bulb, so I had to send the bulb back since, as my invoice said, the part was for a mercedes, not the VW I drive.

Instead of resend the right bulb, their policy is to refund the price of the part, not reimburse shipping. So I was out $10 for shipping (yes, $10 to ship a bulb about the size of a pencil eraser), $3 to send it back, and then they don't send the right bulb, even though it was their fault!

As for customer service? If you do have a problem, don't expect a timely response let alone one that appears to be generated by an actual person.

But hey, if you're in the mood for an aggravating experience that will probably cost you more money that it's worth? Shop at PartsGeek.

Parts Geek shipped me the wrong part, and I was very concerned because their website states that buyers have to pay for return shipping no matter who was at fault. When I clicked through their website to request a refund, the email did state that I had to pay for shipping, however I contacted them a second time via the website and this time I clicked the option stating that my item never arrived, and in the comments said that I received the wrong part. They then emailed asking for a photo of the incorrect item and the next day emailed a prepaid shipping label, then refunded my credit card the full amount paid. So, I am glad they refunded my money, but am leery of ordering from them again since they never did ship the correct part and do not make it easy to get a refund.

Ordered my part on a Monday I was told my shipment would arrive to me on a Thursday,it sat in their warehouse (with a shipping label created)tell late late thursday(the day it was suppose to arrive) now it's not to be here tell the following Monday so it's been a major inconvenience. It was not worth the savings as it cost me two weeks without a car because I only have weekends to install it

Ordered a part from them and they delayed shipping it for almost a week until I threatened them with fraud charges. Finally got the part and it was the for the wrong generation vehicle because they have the application completely wrong (still do even after it being pointed out to them). Finally got authorization to return the part at their expense and now they won't respond to my messages in regards to the refund. So now I'm working with my bank to get the charge reversed due to their fraudulent practices. Also speaking to an attorney about what can be done legally.

I ordered power window and fuel parts for a 66 Charger. Power window motor and regulator were wrong parts. No where close to what would fit a 66 Charger.

They WILL NOT ever answer the phone to talk to any sort of Customer Service. If you put the phone on speaker and do other things while waiting, their system will eventually hang up on you.

They finally replied to an email where I advised they sent wrong part and requested return instructions. Here is their policy:
1. Customer pays for return shipment.
2. Must be shipped back insured.
3. They keep 15% restocking fee.
4. You will wait 30 days for your credit.

They sent the wrong parts! Doing business with them cost me 15% of my order, shipping fee back and a long delay in locating the parts from a reputable dealer.

Nice business model.
1. Send wrong parts
2. Charge customer for shipping
3. Pocket $15 of every S100
4. Refuse to pay for return shipping.

Not a bad scam.

I purchase a part from part geek and it's taken forever to get my money back. They hold your money hostage. They lie and I sent proof they have there item and refuse to give me my money back. Don't never do business with them. A bad place to purchase anything from.

I ordered parts on a Wednesday I paid for second day shipping air. 4 days later I still do not have my parts. I called customer service and explain to them... there's nothing they can do for me and they do not want to refund my shipping. This is a very unprofessional call center and in my opinion a hack parts website do not waste your money on this site. As soon as I receive my parts many days late I will be returning them for a full refund hopefully and I'll just go to the dealer and get the parts that I could have gotten for the same price.

I'm not using any of the products and returning them all since I paid for two day shipping and 4 days later I did not have my purchase.

Before even pulling from the package mine began working due to a loose connection. Tried from 1 week after receiving for about 45 days to get someone to send me an RMA so I could return for a refund. Never even got so much as a response. Very Poor Customer Service!

I ordered an intake manifold gasket set and a full set of valve lifters for my 8.1 liter Vortec motor at the same time. I received the intake gaskets in 3 days but it took 8 days to get the lifters. When they arrived they were all just thrown in a box with nothing separating them and keeping them from bouncing around on each other and there were only 11 of them instead of 16. When I talked to customer service they said I would have to mail the lifters back, they would then issue a refund and I could re-order another set. This process, they say, could take 10 or more days. This is totally unacceptable but they say they have no option to overnight me either the rest of the lifters or a complete new set! First and last time I will be ordering from them. Only reason I did not give them a 1 star is because they handled the intake gasket kit very well.

Sent the timing kit with missing parts. All my expense to send back. Will not send out the missing parts separately. There seem to be no place on their site to leave reviews or comments. All reviews I read before I purchase seem to be writes by themselves. No number to contact, have to goes online to generate ticket and wait for them. I will call my credit card company to hold the money. They should contact me if they want the money.

Ordered exact fit parts for vehicle. Parts did not fit. Spent over an hour on hold on phone. Did online chat and service rep responded with a laughing smily face? Really, then to send back I had to send the vehicle VIN and take pictures showing it didn't fit when the kit literally stated 2011-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Control Arm Ball Joint Tie Rod and Sway Bar Link Kit - Front - Replacement 498-429. What's the purpose of sending the VIN? I've never had this much problems with any other company that I've ordered from. Now I have to wait for a return shipping label, ship it back then wait for a refund. Never had this problem with JC Whitney or Carparts.com. I don't recommend using partsgeek at ALL.

Stay away! Worth company every! I am planning sue them by end of this month. I have order parts online, and they sent me wrong parts. I have requested return label they are not replying. Worth customer service ever!

This website has to be the most unprofessional website i have seen.
They told me to return my part for my mercury tracer and they received it 3 days ago, i have not gotten my money back at all. I call them but i'm put on hold for ever.
No1 buy anything from this site its untrusted.

Part geek had the same part for drastically less then big box auto parts stores, and shipped my part the same day I ordered it. Very satisfied with their service and will order from them again in the future.

I am dissapointed and dissatisfied with my experience on this site. I have ordered twice in a row with both purchases being wrong, yet I am blamed for ordering. I understand vehicle specific parts. Just please use another site.

I tried to order a part i clicked purchase hoping everything was good than got a email later saying they couldnt complete my purchase tell i sent them a picture ID. To me that seems really weird so i decided not to go through with the purchase. They sent me another email saying i had to email again to confirm i wanted to cancel my order so i did. Than an couple hrs later i got a charge on my credit card for the full purchase price. I hope this gets resolved quick considering its a 1200 dollar price. Not happy at all with this company.

Sent part back in time and still waiting over 30 days for refund, now their telling me they never received part, i have proof i sent it and now the want my all my e-mails about transaction. Will never buy from again.

Immediately after placing an order I realized I did not want it any longer due to bad reviews. I tried to leave a message, since it was after hours, but got stuck on an endless loop message. Fine. So, I called as soon as they opened the next morning asking them to please cancel the order. I understand this is against their policy, but it is a complete mess. You shouldn't have to pay for an order if it is not yet shipped. Now, I'm stuck here paying for the shipping to my house just to pay again to ship it back. Plus the customer service people are flat-out rude! One even hung up on me immediately after I asked to cancel my order. Don't give this company your business--they don't deserve it.

They are incompetent and create a labyrinth of complexity when you try to return the wrong part that they have inevitably sent you. In my experience, they know nothing of service or automobiles. I regret that I couldn't give them less than one star.

I placed an order in mid- February, they send me one of the items wrong; then Covid-19 started and 30 days passed and they won't accept the part they sent wrongly even though is on the original box. Not even store credit was offered.

They offer free refunds and send the wrong postage. I sent the part back and never have received the refund. The same automated email is sent. This company is bogus! Don't buy from them they need to be put out of business!

I bought some hatch shocks for my Jeep the package tube arrived with nothing in it. The customer service was horrible they said I had the return the parts to get a refund that I never received. Nothing but an empty package. They didn't listen to me at all. The customer service then sent an email saying they were sorry but if I returned the parts or took a picture of them broken they would return my money. Again I got an empty package so they got my money and I got nothing. Never again will I use them

Ordered a part for my 2001 camary, motor for window, part came, no motor, I have called since Aug 2, was not what I ordered they told me they don't update their website, been waiting for my return label and nothing? Then guy on phone said that this is the part you need so I ordered that one? And again wrong part, still no return label.and now stuck with parts that are useless? I'm out 110.00 for parts I don't need, and the kicker is if I return it my self will cost me 60.00. I will never order from these jerks, scammers!
