I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
Ordered a steering rack. Website said it fit me car. It did not. It was too short. The main barrel was too short to take the yoke for the second mount. Rod ends were too large diameter to accept the tie rod ends. I got a return authorization no problem but have to pay shipping, probably about 50 dollars. It was not my mistake! It was their mistake. You can find all the parts you need on amazon or your local parts store and not have any return problems. Avoid this business!
I ordered two sets of brake pads from Parts Geek. I only got 3 pads is the shipment in a shipping bag. The bag was torn and was wrapped with clear shipping tape.
But there were no boxes in the bag that would have held the pads. It dawned on me that the individual pads "could" have slipped through the hole, but the boxes wouldn't have fit through the taped over hole.
It was obvious that Parts Geek just threw a few loose brake pads in a ripped bag, wrapped it in tape and shipped it.
I tried calling them 8-10 times without anyone picking up the phone. Then sent emails. They never responded.
I feel bad for all the other people that use them without checking them out first - just like me.
They run a scam. They don't sell auto parts.
This company has NO customer service, and when you are able to speak to someone, it sounds like a stoned moron drinking a Budweiser. They sent me the wrong part, because they listed it wrong. I told them if they went to the actual part maker's website, they would be able to see the part the sent me is for a completely different car, but they still want me to pay return shipping, and wait up to 30 days for a refund? Screw this!
Also, calling them is hell. You wait on hold for 10 minutes while this awful generic guitar riff plays on a loop with a congested dude repeating the same "thank you for holding" message over and over again. Then, your call is automatically disconnected after they redirect you to the website to wait up to 48 hours for a general response to your inquiry.
Tip for consumers:
Order from Amazon or another vendor. The 1% savings isn't worth the hassle.
I bought a liner for my Audi A4 and paid for it is a wrong part there web showed it is the right part but it does not fit I send them email they told me to send it back but it will cost about $32.00 to send it back for the part of $28.00 I had send them over 10+ email they are telling me it is my problem that part does it fit I will never buy any parts from this company they are not honest and they not just honest people to work I know I saw it on web there are a ton of unsatisfied buyer If everyone stop buying from them they will learn
I was sold a pair of struts, after providing the year make and model. Thats what i was sold, my mechanic came over they are too short. I called up and they tried to sell me the same pair, i said you not listening. The car is a sedan base model not 4matic. He said oh sorry we don't have that part. I was taught if something is too good to be true it is garbage
VERY disappointed in PartsGeek customer service. The radiator I ordered came in a damaged box, but PartsGeek said I would have to pay the return shipping. So I opened the box to inspect it, and found that they had shipped a cheaper substitute part from what I ordered, but they would not refund the difference between the cost of the cheaper part vs what I paid. Email exchanges with customer service were short and abrupt, and it took several calls to get in touch with a manager, who would not back down. Will not be ordering from them again.
Ordered a denso reman alternator for 09 vibe 2.7 as soon as I put it on it whines just like the one I sent to them major pain in the butt having to send the alternator back calling them now I do not trust this company cost me labor and time..
I ordered a heater core and Evaporator core for my Lexus es350. Heater core leaked right after it was installed but I could not ask for a refund because it was over the 30 day purchase date of August 4th when I installed. I will never order from them again!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy from them!!

Ordered brake kit - pads and rotors for my 12 year old truck. Rear rotors and all pads correct. Front rotors for wrong vehicle. Had to purchase locally for safety and inspection. The CS rep wanted me to return everything. After 4 days of back and forth emails got an RMA but they wanted pads and rotors. 2 more days they finally relented and got new RMA for just the rotors. Had to pay for shipping return even though it was their error. I need more parts for upkeep but won't be buying from PartsGeek. Too expensive.
They clearly sent the wrong part. Ordered a fender for the right side, they sent the left side. They will not pay for return shipping on their own mistake. How they get away with being a shady company. That would be over $320 in freight costs both ways for me to pay. Box said it was the right part, but inside was the wrong part. Conformation said the correct part but wrong part sent. You need to read their policies before buying anything from them. And when you do read it, you won't want to buy anything from them. You can't talk to anyone they don't answer the phone. We won't send back because of freight cost, and who knows if I'll even get my money back on the part cost.
In the fine print it states, "I got a wrong part, who pays for return shipping?
We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer." When they send the wrong part, YOU pay for return shipping. Go elsewhere, as they repeatedly send the wrong part several times in a row.
They sent me the wrong parts even after i supplied vin number and they put together a part package. They wouldn't swap them out for the correct ones and i'll never use them again for anything. Absolutely horrifying customer service, never encountered anything like it before. Good luck.
I ordered three parts for my car, i was sent the tracking numbers (which were all the same) i received one box that contained the hood and called them saying i didn't receive 2 parts. I spoke with the supervisors Joe and Gabe and all they told me was "there is nothing we can do about it" i didn't now get my money back ($300) for the 2 parts so they stole from me. This is not a good website.
Do not do business with these people. We purchased a part from them and was sent the wrong part. We made multiple calls to attempt to return it. I finally got in touch with them and they said we were one day past the return date of 30 days. They would not refund our money even though they sent the wrong part.
Ordered tailgate latch said it would have both left and right
Order showed up it has one latch
Tried put in my email and order number says unable to find my order
Will not be ordering from here any more
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use it
Called and ordered over the phone, the guy read the order back and it was correct. When I received my order it was wrong! The problem is Geek Auto parts is at fault but I have to spend $350 to send it back by freight because its the wrong $#*!ing bumper they sent! I only paid $110 originally but double to send it back! I'm pissed and still no bumper i may as well took my car to the $#*!ing dealership. I hope you go the $#*! out of business! Never again! You guys are so full of $#*!!
Absolutely agree with the worst reviews! Would give 0 if I could. Ordered a break pads for my Acura TL. The invoice stated correct part. However upon delivery was surprised to see pads for Honda Civic. Customer service absolutely horrible, unresponsive. A few months later decided to give another shot and ordered another set of pads from them. Order got canceled without any notification. Wouldn't risk dealing with them again and definitely don't recommend anyone else. If you already had, I would suggest all unsatisfied customers just dispute the charges with their credit cards. That's the best way to affect such a sham businesses who don't give a $#*! about customers. Just do it quick as there's a time limit on that.
I give it a one star bcs there is no ZERO!
2000 Camry LE does NOT have a cabin air filter. I found that out looking at U-Tube for replacement 'how to instructions. They sold it to me anyway as quote "2000 Camry Cabin Air Filter"
Cost was reasonable: $15.07, but customer is required to pay return shipping, which based on weight and size of the box, is $13.60! Ridiculous! Cabin Air Filters did not come along until much later. SFP! PartsGeek you are not a Geek bcs we true Geeks have integrity, are honest and strive for perfection. Take a hike, eh, you hoser!
I ordered my parts on May 1st from Pico rivera CA. My house is 45 miles east of their and they sent my parts to independence Kentucky 2168 mile past my house and now 14 days later still waiting. To see if it will show up and I paid for fast shipping haven't been able to work cause of this 2 week delay so that $108.part ended up costing me $1200. 00 in lost pay thanks parts geek hope you and your family's gets covid-19 enjoy rapping every dumb $#*! who buys a part from you cause you rapped me and it hurts karmas a $#*! and she's coming for you. And I gave only 1 star cause there isn't a negative star rating. So eat a box of $#*! parts geeks
I ordered car parts which never arrived and I was never notified of a problem. I reported the problem and was told the parts can't be shipped, that I would have to wait for the refund- two weeks minimum, and some reviewers never received their items, which would not surprise me. The phone line is peopled by the usual cast of ill informed and rude persons. This is the second time out of two that they have done this- I advise you to spend a few dollars more and use another supplier. This one needs to fail.
Tip for consumers:
The company agent initially sent me to UPS, claiming they shipped it but the carrier sent it back.

I ordered a power steering pressure hose that was supposed to be in stock and delivered to me within 3 business days. As it turns out it wasn't in stock and they sent me an updated email stating I would get the part in 7 to 10 days, by this time I already had the vehicle fixed and on its way so before the part ever made it to my home I refuse delivery of it with the mailman. Over a month later PartsGeek claims they never received the part back from usps or FedEx or whoever shipped it back to them and no refund no nothing. So now I'll just let my credit card company handle it because I'm tired of calling these people and getting absolutely nowhere. Don't waste your time there are plenty of websites to get parts from besides these clowns.
I would never buy from again and I would never recommend, They never shipped my parts and after a phone call I had to call them back to see where my parts were the next day they couldn't even give me that courtesy. It has been 4 weeks no money back and no part. Work truck sitting waiting for part lost more money by far then what the part is worth. Poorly run company. Just so you know this is not made up here is my order # *******714
Parts Geek sent me the wrong catalytic convertor then when I contacted them about the issue they tried to blame it on me. Going by the part description and the picture they were wrong. I contacted them about a return. They approved the return and emailed me a return code and instructions. Did everything they asked to the T for this return and I'm getting bull crap responses about getting my refund. Never ordering from them again. Terrible system
Tip for consumers:
Better cross your fingers and hope they send you the right part because you will spend weeks attempting to get a refund after they recieve the item back
I order a part from geek parts geek parts used FedEx to ship the part to me. Well to make a long story short Geek parts/FedEx stated the package was delivered on a Tuesday 8/23/2016, but my first email from geek parts said it would be delivered on Thursday 8/25/2016. Well the packaged was never located not I am having to go between geek parts and FedEx to locate or find out what happen to my order. But the only thing Geek parts would say is I can order another part. (Really) (?) I don't have money like that. I went to the web sight because I was told the parts are cheaper. But if I order a new one I would be paying what the part cost at AutoZone and other places. Please I need a little help and understanding. I don't have the extra money to just keep buying parts that are lost by the shipping that Geek parts chose
I ordered a transmission overhaul kit for a 1991 sl 500 Mercedes from parts geek. I was shipped a set of chevy 3.0 valve cover gaskets. I had to return the shipment in order to get a refund for the transmission overhaul kit I did not receive. When I received the refund for the transmission over haul kit I was charged tax and shipping due to their error. I contacted customer service and they denied the refund for shipping. World Pac fulfills the order under the name Parts Geek and uses third party fulfillment centers to ship. I will never buy anything from Parts Geek again.
Tip for consumers:
Buy from a brick and mortar store and save yourself the grief.
