I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
You guys had all the parts I needed at affordable cost and delivery was exceptional. You guys had parts in a day up to 2 days. That says a lot and means a lot. Thank You for having what was needed for the fix all in one place. Great job guys!
I chatted with one of their customer service reps to see if a part would fit my daughters car they said absolutely. When I got the part and took it to mechanic he said it would not fit. I called part geeks to get full refund they said that was not policy. But she would pay for return shipping. I asked to speak to manager got Gus he said that his chat did not show that part. I asked him to send a copy of the chat. He only sent one line said that is all he could send us. Could not send the full chat. I know I asked for the part number that was on their website. Gus said the number listed in the chat was not one of their parts. I told him that was not the part I inquired about. He still would not pay for shipping return. Will not order from part geeks again
I ordered a gas tank for a 1970 Ford F-100. I searched their catalog and it showed only one tank As my truck only has one tank then it must have been the correct one. I ordered it. Turns out it was the wrong tank. I asked for a call tag and they said they would not issue one because it was my mistake. Huh? Lousy service. Avoid at all cost
Parts Geek was not what I expected; I ordered parts for my Subaru and received two tracking numbers, both to be delivered the same day. The day came, and only one package was delivered; I contacted customer service to find out that the other tracking number had been canceled. Without asking me if I needed the part, the customer service representative re-ordered the part and sent me another tracking number, with waiting time of one week, I contacted them the same day to cancel the order and they told me it was too late, that I should refuse the delivery. FedEx delivery guy delivered the package anyways, and now Parts Geek would not cover the shipping cost to return the part. I will never order from this website again—an unfortunate way of doing business.
DO NOT buy here! Had to call credit card company and put a claim in for merchant dispute. Items missing from package. They claim that items lost in transit are not their responsibility. They did not get lost, they were never put in the box and the weight on the shipping label proves they were never put in the box. Terrible customer service.
They gave me the wrong part and I had to pay for the shipping back to them after I called them five times and even asked them if it covered the shipping back to them and they told me it did. This place is a joke get off Amazon or rock auto and they're not refunding my money back for the shipping back to them.
I ordered my parts through Santiago Muriel. I received a part that does not fit my car. I found out about this from a mechanic who had already installed brake pads for me, but the brake Rotors did not fit
I cant remove the brake pads now to send them back, I will have additional costs at the mechanic. It's not my fault the agent sent me the wrong parts. The agent asked me for the VIN number. I provided the VIN number and received the wrong parts anyway. Supervisor Valentina Zornosa was not helpful at all. Stay away from the company.
I ordered a flywheel and clutch kit. You would think a kit would come with hardware. It did not and they would not help me even with pointing me in the right direction. A kit implies you have everything in the kit to do repair/project. I will never do business with theses jokers again

Ask them to change my order before shipment. They refused. I did not open the package and returned it at my own cost, they even refuse to refund me even though they suggested to refund me if I would return the item.
BEWARE of this company
First off, I ordered wheel well liners for my truck, they lost the package in shipping. Then when I finally got my part, it's the wrong ones. So I called customer service and got hung up on three times. So I then placed a support ticket to return my part. They did send me an RMA to return the part, but they stated they do not pay for the label to send it back, so you have to pay out of your pocket to return something that they screwed up on. It was going to cost me $225 to ship it back when the part was $90. So now I'm stuck with a part that is wrong and out $90
I ordered a fuel pump for my specific car. The car requires 50-60 psi. I paid a mechanic for profession installation. Once installed the car wouldn't run properly. He checked the fuel pressure at the pump and it only put out 15 psi. Junk.
Ordered a kit that included filter cup, o-ring and filter. Got jus the filter cup and o-ring, no filter. Double checked the their website for the item I ordered. Sure enough, it said it "featured: filter cup, o-ring and filter. Called their customer service and the lady who answered was short with me. I asked them to just send me the missing filter. She seriously stated: "It is our policy NOT to send you the missing part." She wanted me to send the item back and reorder it. Ha. She submitted a support ticket for me. I got an email with an RMA instructing me to send the item back and to insure it and get tracking because they are NOT responsible for return shipping, damaged or lost items.
How does a company exist when they make a mistake and you have to spend your money to try and get back the money you spent already on their mistake.
I will not purchase from here again and I encourage you to get your parts elsewhere..
I ordered an intake manifold gasket for a '69 Olds Cutlass. It's boxed wrong, and will cost me more to return it than I paid. Had I bothered to read this site first, I could have saved $35 and not tied up my customer's car for another week. NEVER AGAIN!
I would give them zero stars if possible. I ordered a pair of headlights from them and they canceled one of the headlights and shipped the other headlight without giving me the option to cancel my order. Now they refuse to pay for return shipping on the headlight they sent. Now I won't have a matched set of headlights for my car. Stay away from this crooked company and maybe the pandemic will take them out with any luck.

After receiving my part i needed to return same. They sent the return label and I sent it back but never received a refund. Phone contact was not helpful, person did not speak English and couldn't or wouldn't help. No response on emails. They now have the part back and my money with no contact from them.
I ordered 6 items of which 2 arrived and they were damaged. I called and was told all were delivered. They used the same tracking # on all 6 box's. After the first box was delivered they considered all were delivered. Even that the second item came from a different address on a different day. I kept all box's and receipts. I also paid with a credit card. Good luck.
I have received wrong item by their mistake. I have ordered shock absorbers and received some pressure switch about a week ago. I'm located in NJ on the papers on packege everething is correct, but there was a shipping slip inside the package and it says that this part supposed to be shipped to NC. And of course wrong part. As for now I send wrong part to partsgeek, as thay asked to, but partsgeek refusing to send me correct items or give any refund. Instead of refund I received email that says that I may receive refund only when they receive wrong item and check its quality and it will take 10 to 14 days. Come on it's ridiculous. I need my parts yesterday. Don't recommend to order anything from these guys

They claim to have the items in stock. If so they should ship out the day after placing the order. They charge your account as soon as the order is placed.
It takes over a week for items to ship. Customer service is a joke!
I placed an order with the site and within the hour tried to cancel it. After speaking with customer service they told me that even though the order didn't ship, they could not cancel the order and stop it from shipping out days later. I had to wait for it to come to me and pay for shipping to return it.
I ordered 8 parts from Partsgeek. It was a $280. Order. Half of the parts were incorrect for my SUV. Not even close. So I got an RMA and shipped the four wrong parts back to them and paid for the shipping out of my own pocket of course. I got credit for 2 of the parts sent back but not the other 2. So don't get sucked in by what seems to be low pricing. You will spend/lose more money, more time, more frustration trying deal with these people. Never again.
I got onto rock auto website, and somehow it linked me to parts geek.com. I don't know how it happened but it doesn't sound legit to me. I ordered a tail light for my Kia Sedona and they sent me some gigantic thing for a truck. And when I called customer service, they couldn't do anything but send me an email that will ask me to send a picture to make sure that I got the wrong light. They sent me the wrong one and they want me to prove it. Bad business practices poor customer service located in Taiwan run to the Hills don't order ever from this company. The pictures below will show my small little light, and that they are gigantic monstrosity that they sent me.

It took 1 week to deliver within the US. (I typically get anything in 3 days)
The box was beat up and had labels removed, obviously it was sold to someone else before. I bought something "new."
The part in the box was not the right part, but the box was labeled as the part I needed.
I found that out after I completely tore the car apart.
Then, I tried to get customer service. I wrote the email that they had written to me, but it stated that they did not receive emails.
I went to their website and got a phone number, but it said that I had to use their ticketing system.
The ticketing system is down.
Bought some shocks from them thru eBay and they canceled the order: not in stock. And they said I canceled the order! Beware, these guys are drop shippers. And once they got you they spam you to death with huge bulk emails 3-4 times a week. I asked them to stop and no luck. EBay can't even get them to stop. Buy from them at your own risk!
I ordered a cruise release and didn't see one was for clutch and one for brake. I accused them for being at fault. Then I found out I didn't read the fine print that the part was for a clutch mount. Sorry part geek.
