“Parts you can trust and be happy with”

I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all

This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.

Was going to purchase a Rear Step Bumper Pad for a 2002 Ford E150 Van. The price listed for this item was $27.98. When I added this item to my shopping cart the final price jumped to $92.93. $64.95 for shipping and "handling"! I have attached a photo because I know I wouldn't have believed it either.

I received an email from the PartsGeek saying that I needed to update my address (which was NOT even an address I'm familiar with so why would I put that?), and I couldn't change it, so I called UPS, they told me that they can't change it and to call the shipper (PartsGeek), so I call them. And guess what? They can't change the shipping address either! And what's more? The customer service man says that it's my fault for not putting the correct address! He actually says that. So I call UPS and again and tell them what they said, and now I need to pick it up at the holding facility on Monday, an hour and a half out of my way. What the heck.

They would get zero stars if this review would let me do that. Please just shop for your parts elsewhere.

Ordered left side muffler for Kia and my installer had to modify to install. Ok alright no damage done. However when I ordered right side and is was approx 150.00 more I Calle d and asked why and the representative had no answer other than he was not a mechanic. So I ordered so it would match the left side and what I got was a complete right side welded to a Y pipe and 4' of pipe to a flange going to the engine. Certainly not was described on the site. Now they will not give me the full refund. BAD SITE DO NOT USE!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PARTSGEEK! I ordered a strut assembly. Box was previously opened, one part missing, part not as depicted in online photo. Returns, forget it. They don't send a shipping label (even when it's their error) and it was going to cost me more to ship it back than I paid for the part. $65.00 lesson learned. I'd give then zero stars, but it wasn't an option!

I ordered CHEVY parts, got sent FORD parts. I double checked my order before I submitted it, and after it arrived checked again to make sure I didn't goof up. Filled out a form for the RMA #, it came in an email the next day. I thought, well this isn't too bad. WRONG! $162 to ship back an $118 dollar part. What kind of Legit Business refuses to pay for return shipping? NO ONE - that's who. Never, and I mean NEVER order from this place.

Never delivered my brakes and after three weeks of waiting, I finally called and they told me that the only way I could get my money back was for me to call FedEx and tell them I wanted to refuse delivery. Angrily I did so, which I believe is their job not mine, and FedEx told me to tell them that the package was lost. When I informed them of this on my second call, I was told they would have to investigate and that it would take 3 to 5 business days. Once the investigation was over then they said it would take an additional 10 days to try to locate the package and that if I needed the product sooner then I would have to pay for it again. Having never gotten the first package I'm not interested in paying for it again and likely having the same experience. So I ordered it from somewhere else and got it in two days.

Tip for consumers:
Go somewhere else.

Supervisor BILL at partsgeek is the worst person to deal with sending defected parts back that are less than 30 in service with an 1 year warranty. Irather go the the junk yard for better quality parts and service. ALL parts were installed by ASE auto shop this company should be renamed partsjunk! Thank you Mr BILL for your complete waste of time and money. God Bless you. Shelton Seal

Part arrives broken. Went to website and it instructs you to fill out the sites form which I did. They sent me a RMA number. Took it to UPS to ship back and had to pay 44 dollars in shipping charges for a 75 dollar part.
Called partsgeek and was told they would not reimburse me for shipping. So I will no longer use Parts Break
And warn all that you are on your own with Parts RIP OFF Geeks.

Just beware. Risky business... customer service should be give another name. Truly not a service. First order said 2-3 days. Never received a tracking email and they couldn't track it. Came 10 days later.

Second order. I made the order on a Saturday. The original billing was changed. I tried to cancel within 10 minutes. Guess what? They say their system will not allow cancellations. Even if the order had not made it through the system. Or the part shipped.
They specifically note they do not ship on weekends.

When I spoke to my credit card company. This shipper has not signef up for cancellation. I would have to file a dispute. But shipper can take 90 days to answer. And based on my credit card company. This company can just refute any claim.

So even if they change order values. You cannot cancel within 10 minutes. Because they "work so fast". Buyer beware clearly fits this compamy

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a passenger side tail lamp assembly for an '06 Ford F150. When I went to install, it was a driver side (L) tail lamp assembly. I called Partsgeek to arrange a return and they said I would need to do the return online and wait for the credit to my card. I ordered a replacement on the phone when explaining what they had done. The manufacturer (TYC) part number shows 11-5934-01-1, which is driver side (L). Partsgeek label shows 11-5933-01-1, which is for the passenger side (R) tail lamp. Partsgeek put the right label on the wrong box. I received the replacement and it was the same problem. They sent me an RMA to return the item, but get this. They wanted me to pay the return shipping charges for their screw up. Unbelievable! I'll never purchase from this company again and suggest you reconsider your purchase, or just hope you get the right part the first time.

I bought a part for 106 dollars. I found one cheaper elsewhere and wanted to return it. They said I was responsible for return shipping which is bull$#*!. Then when they refunded me they shorted me the shipping on what I paid initially through them. I was refunded 96 dollars? I will never use them again.

Beware of this company. They sell generic parts that they claim to specifically fit your vehicle and they do not. Case in point. I bought 4 bump stop / bellows kits for my Miata. Their description said they were for my vehicle. However, after getting them and tearing my car apart... they are not. Specifically, the outside diameter of the Miata bump stop is the same size as the interior of the coil spring. And the strut top is flat so it does not center the coil spring. What centers the spring on the strut top is the bump stop. Their bump stop (which is supposed to fit my car) is about an inch smaller in diameter. Therefore, the coil spring slides side to side. So I reached out to Parts Geek to return them and they told me I bought them too long ago (about 34 days). So do not buy anything from them... they commit fraud & lie to entice you into buying from them. And if they deny your return, just call your credit card company and stop payment. Shop RockAuto instead.

I purchased a grille and grille emblem from PartsGeek. I called customer service to make sure I ordered the correct parts and they told me what to order. When the parts came in, the emblem was too small for the grille and hence did not fit! I immediately called and they emailed me a RMA. I returned the items, but only received part of my money back, they did not return the shipping which was $100.00, even though they told me what to order and then after it did not fit, I was told they did not have the right size emblem. So instead of contacting me to tell me this so that I could cancel the order, they just sent it and beat me out of $100.00, because they say they do not return shipping no matter what the circumstances, even if it is there own incompetence! Great way to do business!.

Hi there! I purchased an item which (my fault) was the wrong item. I have it boxed and placed the RMA number on the outside of the box. Where can I bring it to mail it back to its address and will it be free to return this product and getting the part I originally needed?

I ordered a part and was sent an email saying as a first time Buyer that it was on hold since I was getting the part sent to another address that differed from my Credit card. I was told to add an alternate address to my credit card which I did and was told the order was processed. The company did IMMEDIATELY charge my credit card. The part was ordered and 13 days later i had not received it nor received a tracking order. The only way to reach them is through email. I finally get a call saying that they want a photo of my driver's licence. 13 DAYS LATER! What a waste of time. The car part which I needed was not sent, nor did they bother to contact me until I contacted them but they had no problem charging my credit card. I'd never use their services again.

I ordered a 1996 Ford F150 tank and pump. This was a supposed kit sent separately. The tank arrived and was installed successfully while waiting for the pump. The pump arrived, but was not for a 1996 Ford F150. After contacting Parts Geek, they will not take the pump back (even though this is their error) without the tank. Since the tank has been installed, they wont take the tank back leaving me with a pump for an unknown vehicle. I'm expected to pay for another pump which I have zero faith that the correct part will come since this is not my first experience with Parts Geek sending the wrong part and dealing with return issues. Seems folks should be warned to assume Parts Geek will Always send the wrong part and give folks a very hard time with returns. Sad business model and lack of customer care. I've spent thousands of dollars with Parts Geek to be treated like this is very disappointing.

$#*! these guys. Sold me a part that wouldn't fit. Threw the manufacturer under the bus, said they aren't good and to avoid their products. Its on your $#*!ing website! Customer service will hang up on you. There should be zero tolerance for parts that don't fit for customers. Sets your project back a week waiting for a part that fits. Selling parts that don't fit should be a death nail for online parts retailers. Don't buy from these jokers.

Unbelivable! I ordered a molded hose for $8 (*******1060) that cost me $9 to ship. They sent me a $3 hose (*******7275). Read thier return policy that regardless of "whose fault it is" they do not refund shipping. Hence, I assume I will have to pay to send the part back, and probably be expected to pay for shipping the correct item back to me. I called customer service since they "pride ourselves (sic) in providing the best customer service on the Internet" to see if we can work something out and just got hung up on! Stay classy Parts Geek. It's a 17 dollar lesson for me and I got a hose I don't need. I stick to Pelican Parts thanks!

Ordered parts from these people. They didn't come. I reached out and they said they would create a ticket. They got back and said... Oh, it's all been delivered. I asked for the tracking number with USPS, and they gave it.
USPS confirms it was not delivered. Packages were returned to sender when it was discovered the addressing was wrong.
So, USPS has returned the packages sent to the wrong address.
Yet, PartsGeek still want to argue they performed even though the parts have been returned to them and they still have our money. They WONT reply to requests for our money back or admit they have the parts that USPS records having returned to them... Can you say MAIL FRAUD!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you use a credit card company that can do an independent investigation so you'll get your money back when they try to rip you off

Ordered a part for my 2017 Silverado (front bumper air deflector) and they sent one for a 2015 Tahoe. They claimed it was my mistake and would not take it back or exchange it. Never been treated so rudely in my life. With them customer service is an oxymoron with the emphasis on Moron.
NEVER AGAIN!

Partsgeek does not provide customer support! When I paid for my part via PayPal, the payment was flagged because they could not find an address for PartsGeek. A few hours later the transaction did go through, but when I tried to cancel it through PartsGeek, I received a computer generated response stating that because they move so fast that orders can not be cancelled. How strange that the part didn't ship from somebodies warehouse for several days after the order was placed. It is almost impossible to get a RMA number to return the part and when I did finally figure out how to get a RMA, I never heard from them. They do not answer phone calls and as far as I can tell don't want to have part returned to them. I also was asked by PartsGeek (via a computer) to submit a review of their service, but since it was negative, it never has shown up. I will never do business with this company again.

Tip for consumers:
If you try to return a part to them, they might never get back to you!

They clearly state on their website that the customer ALWAYS pays for shipping, even if the company is at fault. Unfortunately, I didn't see that until after they sent me a box with incomplete parts and their response was to have me pay to ship it back for them as a return, even though it's clearly due to their error.

Tip for consumers:
we found the parts cheaper on Amazon, anyway. Since we'll have to return the item anyway, to compensate for their error, we will be purchasing the needed parts from Amazon.

I contacted them about a return for one part of 2 I ordered. I contacted them on the 14th which was within the 30 days. However their response was delayed and they invoked their 30 day return policy. What a joke! The part was only $26, but it's the principle. I didn't have access to the vehicle I was installing the antenna on due to supply chain issues affecting my garage guys. Once I had my vehicle I installed the part I needed, determined I didn't need the other and contacted them the same day. Every company has latitude to work around policy in an effort to accommodate their customers. I guess they need the $26 more than a repeat customer. I'll never use them again and will be sure to spread the word to those I know restoring vehicles. Wake up Parts Geek! At a customer rating of less than 1.5 I would think you consider amending your intransigent approach to check stompers.
