I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
Was looking for a fast service and delivery and out of do many online auto parts companies I chose parts geek. My delivery was on time and it was packed very well. Not to mention the fast service. Wonderful job guys. I will continue shopping with you and definitely recommending you to my friends and family.

I don't understand all the negative reviews, this company had a particularly hard to find part for my Chrysler Crossfire at an extremely reasonable price. Ordered on a Friday evening and it showed up Tuesday morning. Fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier.

Bearing and hub replacement kit. Bearing fits. Hub spline won't fit axle even though fitment states it will. Well, it won't! Can't return hub because I already installed bearing. Can return other kit but freight charges are 50% of what I already spent on the pair. Return Policy allows the geeks to ship anything with no downside or risk to them. They are not smart "geeks" about auto parts but are shrewd operator's about taking your money without having to work for it. It would have been cheaper and a better value to shop my local parts store or another online provider. NEVER AGAIN! One and done geeks!
Tip for consumers:
Very angry. Feel cheated. Makes me skeptical of online providers, a disgrace to all online purveyors.

They're car parts, if they don't fit you must omit.
FedEx Ground left the radiator on the dock. Upon inspection several days later found it was damaged beyond repair. Partsgeek says they will not pay for damage not reported within one day. FedEx says the package was not insured by the shipper and they will not pay for damage. Looks like I am getting screwed out of $374
Tip for consumers:
Do not delay in inspecting for damage.

If they sent you the wrong part they won't pay for return label. Matter of fact they are just brokers and read their disclaimer they put that in print so they can fight charge backs. Never buying from these people again. Dispute filled. Over 1200 complaint on them in one year. All available onlone
Replaced my struts just too find one of them is defective and end up paying double. Couple bucks that i decided to safe with partsgeek.com cost me much more at the end. Good leson why it's better too trust your mechanic with parts buying.

Awful support, problems with most orders. Ordered 2 items. Received 1 item. Requested help, had to supply pictures. RMA issued for the item I did not receive, instead of sending the product. Replies are unclear about what I am supposed to do: return nothing and get a refund?
Tip for consumers:
- Order one part per order
- email if 3 days pass without shipping info
We placed an order that was almost $1000 with Partsgeek. The items shipped we were provided 3 different tracking numbers for the items. With no clear way to tell which item would be with which tracking number. The delivery service they used contacted me to set up delivery for 2 of the three tracking numbers. The 3 tracking was with UPS and showed up without an issue. The delivery service for the 2 tracking numbers only delivered 2 of the 6 items that we were expecting from them and returned the others to Parts geek stated they could not reach me. Partsgeek refuses to refund the shipping cost which is over $300. I think it is a scam that they have set up to make extra money. We will never order from Partsgeek again. In fact we needed other parts and found other place to order from
Ordered hallo led lights from partsgeel... never had the part out of its container. Parts geek would not refund my money 260.00... dam shame. I will always talk bad about this scam artist parts place.
Really pissed me off

First-time online buyer and had nothing but trouble. Billing, credits, one return all complicated. Terrible company to buy from. Multiple phone calls for a return and I was told "they will email me an RMA in 48 hours. Save yourself the headache - buy somewhere else. I would attach a Word-File of the order as proof, but this website doesn't accept the file format.
Tip for consumers:
Online stock is NOT accurate. Customer service is based in India - expect a communication challenge. Asking for a Supervisor took more than 10-minutes.

About a month ago, the emblem fell off of my Mercedes. Instead of taking my car to the dealership I decided to take a chance online and see if anyone would sell them for cheap. One place I found was PartsGeek.com. The one I chose was an OEM Genuine brand emblem which was available for $39.33. I ordered a 1 year warranty plan since it was free, and with the shipping it ended up being $48.28 for standard shipping. Overall my experience with the website was not bad at all, so that is a plus. I also got my part yesterday—two weeks after I ordered it and it seems fine. I just hope it stays on there.
I'd ordered two connectors for a set of fog lights. I was only delivered one connector. Initially, they seemed helpful, though they later decided that since "shipping" claimed to have sent two, so there would need to be a full investigation before any action was taken and that that I could wait it out or order another. "Those are the only options." The full investigation wrapped up surprisingly quickly once I threatened to charge back the order, file a complaint with the BBB, and write this review. Unless you're willing to wait an unreasonable amount of time, and ultimately threaten the company, I'd look into purchasing products from other suppliers. It'll be much less of a headache.
Purchased car parts from this company and it turned out to be clearly defective within 2 days. Requested and received a RMA for return (at my cost) and refund. Sent the items back 6-17-14 and after 53 days as of Aug 9-2014 have not received my refund or any information. When contacting company all I get is a auto reply of "a support ticket has been initiated and someone will contact you". Company has now refused to contact me since my last request on Aug 6 and previous requests since July.
I'm out $81 so far and no satisfaction.
Ordered before & was happy. Ordered a mirror that won't fit & my experience is very frustrating! There's NO customer service #. You can't get a supervisor. Send an email & WAIT. Call the sales & get put on hold for 15 - 20 minutes & get another stupid email. Their site has customer reviews but they're submitted & approved by them & guess what... they're all glowing reviews.
I wouldn't buy amother part from these $#*!s if they were the only place to get it. BEWARE
States parts are in stock until you order them, then you only receive part of your order. Quit waiting for "customer service" after being on hold for 30 minutes. Finally got an email saying parts are backordered, try again in a week of two. Asked about getting my 2-day shipping money back since the parts that were backordered were the ones I needed quickly and was told basically tough for you, no refund. Will never do business with again.
I ordered a fuel pump for my truck on June 3 it took nine days to receive it through Fed-X. I could have got it in three days through the postal service by priority mail and cheaper. Oh by the way Fed-X dropped if off at the postal service to deliver it, as they did not complete the delivery but they got the money for it. It arrived at their facility within 8 miles of my house on June 8 and it took another 4 days for me to receive it. I wont use your service again. Sam H
This place is a scam. Their website claimed parts they were selling would work for my car, and the parts did not fit at all. The website is overly confusing for setting up returns and they will not fully refund me for parts I sent back. Spend your money elsewhere and don't waste time with this untrustworthy company.

In October I bought a strut assembly kit, installed in November by my mechanic. Only for my struts to go out not even 5 months later. I contacted customer service and explained the situation and that I would like the part to be replaced or a refund back- I did in fact purchase warranty along with the part when I bought it. Everything was approved, I even complied with the warehouse requirements. They asked for a work order from my mechanic, I sent it in. Only to be told, it's invalid and there is nothing they can do. So now, I'm $#*! out of luck and have completely useless struts. But hey that's what you get when you purchase cheap $#*!. Better off buying the real deal at your nearest Autozone or Oreillys. Screw you Parts Geek.

I ordered a very vehicle specific trailer wiring conversion set from these goof balls. Of, course, it was for the wrong year version of my car. I called to return it, left messages cuz customer service is non existent. After a month of calls for a return number, I finally did get a call back. So I sent it back with the required RA number, verified that it was delivered, and another month of wasted unanswered phone messages never got a refund or the right part. They basically stole $50 from me. Find what you need elsewhere or just burn your money.
Sent me a rebuild Steering rack. Showed up with a damaged fitting and hydraulic tubing was crushed. Had to repair it myself because of time constraints. If that wasn't bad enough, they stiffed me for the core charge. They will keep your core money. This is the worst parts company ever. Customer service is even worse. You will be dismissed as soon as they hear they owe you something.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Pretty much what the headline describes. I did not find out about "regardless of fault" clause until I needed to submit for an RMA number. Absolute BS because they will resell the unused part. I will NEVER do business with them again.\m/
Purchased Dodge Journey Headlight and received the wrong headlight. After contacting customer service on 4 different occasions, being put on hold multiple times and being told someone would get back to me in 24hrs I received nothing! Did get a email wanting pictures of the box and headlamp not sure why? I was told I can not return it as it is beyond the 30 days. The absolute worst customer service! Also found replacement lamp at www.carparts.com $100 less which adds insult to injury! Don't do business with the company.
Bought a Brake booster for my Toyota from Parts Geek. Took 8 days to get it when they state "Ships in 1-2 days". When part does show up (4 times longer then they advertise)I get a undamaged box with a damaged brake booster inside. NowParts Geek offers a return program. It states " no matter who's at fault, customer pays return shipping " then they they add "recommend insuring item to be returned" Seriously. You mother F__kers.
Brake booster is smashed on one side & one of two attachment bolts is bent.
Tip for consumers:
Very bad shipping and handling of parts you order. Expect damaged and you pay to return. Also well over a week for them to ship.

I ordered a master cylinder with reservoir and cap, as shown on the Parts Geek website photo, and after talking with a Parts Geek employee to make sure they were included with the master cylinder. The part arrived with no reservoir or cap. Parts Geek refused to issue a credit for the missing pieces. They now say those parts are not included. Will not order from them again.
