I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
Be very careful with Partsgeek. Sometimes the image shown is not what you will receive. The image showed 2 but I only received one. They said tough.

Parts were in stock online, I ordered them, 3 days later get a email saying parts are not in stock and they cancelled and refunded my credit card.
Inventory control is just awful,#neveragain
I ordered a Ford shift tube assembly and received a Timing Chain Tensioner instead and I then was forced to pay return shipping. These idiots don't know what the hell their doing!
Seems like I'm not alone in getting ripped off by this company! I spoke with a "Parts Specialist" before placing an order and he assured me the part was OEM and definitely came with the gasket seal so I ordered and had my mechanic replace the Solenoid on my car. The Mechanic noticed that the parts that I received was missing the gasket and Mesh screen, but he installed the part and sent me pictures so that I can get back on the road. When I reached out to inform them that they sent me a fake part even though the box and paperwork inside had the exact image of the part, what's inside did not match! I asked for some form of refund as my mechanic told me they sent me a cheap part and not OEM. They said that I could return the part, in order to get a refund, but it was already installed and I would have to pay double for it to be removed again which leaves me with a non-working car!. Then Partsgeek rep had the nerve to tell me to source the missing mesh screen/gasket locally and provide them with a receipt for the missing parts? How can you be a parts store and not have the missing part and then ask your customer to go out and find it?
Do not order from Partsgeek.com! I will be posting negative reviews and reporting to BBB/Consumer Protection agency/FTC for sure!
I requested a supervisor to review my order and indeed he agreed with me that the website errored in confirming that their part would fit my car. I was instructed to use one of their experts from now. The supervisor took no responsibility for the mistakes made by their website. I paid in error for the wrong part, shipping and i had to ship it back at my expense. I will still be out of pocket over $46 for their mistake. I did ask for a credit, one they thought was for fair under the circumstances,The supervisor refused citing policy, I reminded him that Parts Geek claims to have 30 day hassle free return policy and this was anything but. I told him I still wanted to do business with Parts Geek believing they could resolve this with a simple credit, anything would have been acceptable, nothing at all just isn't! Along with the child like responses from a supervisor with me constantly repeating the problem. Parts Geek is not at all concerned in Customer satisfaction, Parts Geek does not care in doing the right thing. Parts Geek does not have a 30 day hassle free return policy. Parts Geek just does not care about their mistakes. The supervisor went on tell me that, I would get same answer from his superiors. Parts geek is very unprofessional, the overall impression i got from the supervisor was that i was dealing with a child that just did not care to bothered by their website's mistake
You mfers suck cancel my order for no reason what so ever I guess I should have read all the $#*!ty reviews first no wonder yall only have a 1 star rating. Idiots

Wrong parts and missing parts
Ordered Fuel Pump Hanger assembly for my 1999 Ford Ranger. As advertised and pictured says and shows the entire unit including the fuel pressure sensor. Upon receipt the fuel pressure sensor is missing but a tag attached says I must use my old one. Parts Geek will not make this right. Says I can return the part but I pay shipping which will cost close to half the product purchase price. What a process they have going for themselves getting rich off of trusting customers. NEVER USE PARTS GEEK.
Homer with Partsgeek called me and wanted to know about my problem. When I informed him that the part I received was not as advertised he informed me that " Partsgeek does not have the time to open and check all packages supplied by their distributors". Excuse Me, I thought I was buying from Partsgeek. When I suggested that they send me the pressure sensor to solve the problem, i was quickly told " we cannot do that". I wonder why? It would be cheaper than them picking up and returning the part, that they agreed they would do. Still leaves me with nothing and having to start the process all over. At this point, I'll just suck it up and order the pressure sensor and as stated NEVER USE Partsgeek AGAIN.
I ordered twice from PartsGeek.com. I called Customer Service and was given all kinds of options to go online and fill out a support form. After many tries and guesses. I wanted a copy of the full bill (shipping, insurance and taxes) for the first order as I was not able to locate it. I finally got to a human who was eventually able to send me an email with the total amount. I will not be ordering from them again because if I had a more significant issue - not being able to get a hold of a person except by filling out a form is unacceptable.
Also, they gave me coupon code for $5 off next order of $200 or more, but when I placed the order (for $275) there was not place to enter the coupon code. I don't think it is smart to generate bad-will over such a small amount; Don't offer a coupon code if you have no intention of honoring it. Yes, I did call to discuss this as well and they insist there was a place to enter the code. If so, it was well hidden. Subsequent to posting my original review, I received an email from their "customer support" indicating the only coupon they had was for $15 for orders over $300. I forwarded them the email they sent with the coupon code indicating it was for orders over $200(which mine was, before shipping, taxes, etc).
I ordered three parts. All three parts arrived in one box. Only one of the parts was correct. The second was a generic knock off of the brand name they advertised. I was still charged full price for the knock off brand. The third item was completely wrong. I called and like everyone else, no answer and the voice mail was full so it just hung up on me. I submitted a ticket but they have a policy. We require the customer to pay for shipping no matter who is at fault. Think about that before ordering, some knuckle head in a warehouse who could care less, grabs any item and throws it in a box saying shipment complete. When you get the wrong item you have to pay to ship it back plus a 15% restocking fee. WTF! No legit company does this. This is a total scam. I will never order from them again. Please do not risk spending your hard earned money and such a terrible company with no accountability. I am only out $40 bucks but still hate to see other people also lose money. Please save yourself the feeling of being ripped off if nothing else Order from someone else or go see your local auto store. This is basically fraud by sending generic parts and not honoring the correct parts being sent.
RECOMMENDATION - FIND ANOTHER PARTS DEALER (Rock Auto, Advance Auto Parts, Pep Boys, NAPA, CarQuest).
I can affirm the comments that Parts Geek (http://partsgeek.com) provides the absolute minimum in customer service. Be forewarned - the company has a bulk shipper rate for parts they send you. They shipped me a large pipe for $27, next-day. When I needed to return the pipe the lowest consumer rate to return it was $184. That's nearly 6x the cost they paid. I contacted PG to see if they would allow me to pay them for return shipping and postage to send me the shipping label. Their response was a single sentence, "We are sorry but we can not do anything about the return shipping for your part." When I tried to call them the line went to Hold and no-one ever picked up although I left the line connected on speaker for more than 15 minutes on multiple calls.
My roommate ordered a gas tank. They took her money, and they sent the part to somebody else in another city who took possession personally. My roommate found this out and sent them a message saying hey you got my money but I didn't get my gas tank. They've sent a message back telling her they would send her a return label. She then sent them another message saying why would I need to return label for something I didn't receive. Their response to everything is the same answer every time. After the last one they wouldn't even get in contact with her. EBay gave her money back. I messaged them four times today asking if she ordered again if you would get the damn thing delivered to her. Their answer again was the same response every time which was all their parts information is correct to the best of their ability and they stand by everything. Has absolutely nothing to do with the question that was asked. I told them then I would give them a very crappy review and we would never order anything ever again from them and not recommend anyone else ever did either
They lied and said the issued my money back on my card and i never received it the customer service is bad they hung up in my face multiple times hung they are a total rip off
Ordered 3 different parts 2 of 3 did not fit
Ordered front Driveshaft for 3/4 ton truck, not externally splined as original. Not heavy duty at all shipped driveline did not fit as their website said. If you cross reference other manufactures of drivelines on Parts Geek website they show same fitment but different lengths. Upon returning part they sent a picture of a scratch in the paint that looks like a razer knife touched it while unpacking it at their warehouse. Refund refused and part not returned. Money is not refunded part not returned to me im out ~$300 plus return shipping. The pic they sent at warehouse clearly showed fresh paint chips at scratch site. These would not have been on there after 1000 miles shipping so its obvious it happened at their warehouse. Shady return policy do not risk doing business with these guys. Unless you are buying brand name parts they are selling Chinese junk.
If you return a Part with a RMA# and they find any defect they will not refund nor will they send the part back you are SOL.
Tip for consumers:
Horrible cust serv.
Delayed shipping, refused credit after return with RMA# no credit given part not returned

3 weeks prior to a vacation my wife and I had been planning for a year for our anniversary, a road trip from Ohio to Cocoa Beach FL where we got married. I took my car in for an oil change and check. I knew the brakes were close to needing attention, and the garage I took it to confirmed my suspicions that I need new rotors and pads all the way around: they quoted me a price for the fix & alignment for just south of $1500.
If you've done break jobs before and have the right tools and parts, it's a fairly easy fix so I decided to do it myself and order the parts from PartsGeek. To ensure I would have them in time, I confirmed with their website that delivery would be "3-7 business days." On Day 8, I emailed them after tracking the package with FedEx. Fed Ex had no record of the package. Informing PartsGeek of the issue, they said they would "get back to me.'
Their next communication was to inform me that they were issuing me a refund?
No other "you're package seems to be lost," or anything like that. Just an email with the refund.
I had to rent a car, taking me $1000 over our vacation budget when a $300 fix would've sufficed. DWhile I appreciate not having to ask for a refund, this is horrible customer service and a way to do business.
0-10. Do NOT reccomend.
Tip for consumers:
Don't.
I purchased a part for my audi which is a daily driver and used to get back and forth from work. Everything with this company is wait 24-48 hrs for a response, time waster, and after waiting the order was lost. It took a week to locate it. The part was defective, each time I attempted to contact the company I got a generated response that the support staff would be contacted. Two weeks later after providing a phone number to contact me directly I am still waiting for the return instructions. I attempted to contact them to let them know I want to exchange the part and the response Hello we do not offer exchanges or replacements, if a part is faulty please ship the part back for a refund and reorder a new unit. To have help reordering please contact a sales agent at *******352 9am-6pm EST Monday-Friday.
Sincerely,
Returns Department
AND STILL NO RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Don't bother to call either its useless NO STARS IF I COULD

Ordered online. Now there. Hung up on me took my payment and received no parts. Scam for money. I took a recipt of purchase where I ordered and it billed me.
The worst,
I ordered a front and rear shock and strut package for my CTS 2008 Cadillac 3.6L rear wheel drive. When I went to my mechanic he said they sent me the right shock absorbers for the back but the wrong struts for the front which was the AWD. He already put the shocks already on my car so when he went to put the struts on in the front is when he told me they couldn't fit. Remember I ordered the rear end drive package not the AWD but they made that mistake I didn't want the money back plus they are in the same plastic and box I received them in and I only asked for it to be replaced with the rear end drive struts. They said NO return because it wasn't the whole package so now since it wasn't my fault now I'm stuck with struts that doesn't fit
Tip for consumers:
Even though it’s cheaper to get a kit, don’t because if one part or part’s doesn’t fit you can’t replace nor get your money back

I used the shocks but couldn’t get them to replace my struts
I called in and ordered a mirror for my traverse. I specifically stated it needed to be a white mirror with black base that connects to the car. The salesman assured me that was correct. I asked for some parts numbers to look up when I got home for other parts for my car (bumper front end). When I got to my computer I looked up the other part to make sure if I ordered them That they were the same as my car. That is when I noticed the parts were black. I looked up my order that they guy had sold me over the phone and it showed black. I called back immediately and they were closed because the time change, they closed an hour earlier. I emailed immediately stating they sold me the wrong one. The next morning I called in saying that I stated it had to be white, that I specifically asked for white. The extension I called was 1007 the guy I talked to was Dennis. He specifically just wanted to sell me, whatever crooked tactic he needed to use. I don't normally complain, but when I called in to dispute that I don't want to pay for the shipping back because it was not my fault, the other sales rep was extremely rude and said there was nothing he could do. Absolutely ridiculous. If you state you need a specific color, they should tell you they don't carry colors. Don't ever do business with this company!
Ordered part for a 2008 Escape Geeks shipped part for 2012-2017 Escape didn't fit.
5 emails later I get a return authorization but I have to PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING for their mistake! This is not a reputable vendor!
Dissastisfied that they shipped the wrong part. Customer pays freight if they send wrong part.
May not seem like much, unless you order something heavy. Like a rack and pinion I ordered...
They just grab your money, i placed an order, and tried to cancel 10 minutes after, when i realized i ordered the wrong part, they refuse to cancel the order, even that i placed the right parts order with them again, their customer service is a joke, they just grab your money and let you hanging there, now they going to send me a part a don't have use for and keep my money, I WILL NEVER deal with them again.
They don't even shipped the part but refused to cancel the order.

Took SEVEN months and two weeks to get a core credit from these people, and that was only after having to resort to the threat of charging back the entire credit card charge. Never again.
