I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
Headline says it all. I ordered a lower control arm set that their website said would fit my vehicle, when they arrived and I finally got a chance to swap out the parts, they had no chance at fitting. I ended up having to get the parts locally in a pinch which cost hundreds of dollars more than I needed to pay. Tried to hide behind a policy when I called them out on it and wouldn't approve a return.
Tip for consumers:
Go somewhere else. Don't buy from Partsgeek.

No products that they sent matched the description online. Total waste of hundreds of dollars.
Just like most other reviews here, I ordered a part for my car that Part Geek's website said would match. It didn't. It was the wrong part. Calling customer service is not possible, so I opened a trouble ticket. They want me to pay my original shipping, my return shipping and a possible 15% restocking fee. Every time I go back to them explaining that this was their fault, I get the same boiler plate email instructing me how to return the item. If I follow their instructions, this mistake by THEM will end up costing me about $20. I finally had to call my credit card company and ask them to deal with it. Positively the worse online company I have EVER dealt with. RUN AWAY!
I did not get my parts called customer service they started a teacher which is still going on a month later and the customer service are so rude if you don't believe me call for yourself they are actually the worst part of this situation
Part was not made to oem specs. Bolt holes would not line up. Parts geek wanted me to pay return shipping on their mis-made part. As a doctor I know ethical vs unethical. I would never do business with them again.
I bought 2 headlights for a 2004 Toyota Tundra. They say it fits. It doesn't! When I returned it they claimed it was used, damaged beyond resale and they refused to refund my purchase and they did not return the "damaged" goods as I requested. So they kept payment and merchandise. I tried to install one; when it didn't fit I repackaged both, in the original boxes, and returned. This they claimed was irreparably damaged. I'll never use them again.
Ordered Hood Has Struts for my car 90 days ago and they failed attempted many times to get a way to help with this. The site only was for returning New not defective so I called the order desk because that's the only number shown and they told me go to the Web site I tried to explain it doesn't work for my reason and was hung up on. So I ordered using PayPal after numerous back and forth emails and phone this was beyond what they can do because the part failed not that it was wrong! Never ever use Parts Geek! Unfortunately I ordered from Amazon had new in a few days and in the past they would have taken care of this no problem!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy from Parts Geek!!

The part failed within 90 days and it was impossible to get it resolved by Parts Geek and PayPal wasn’t able to help.
Received damaged part due to negligence at Part Geek. Was to have received credit upon proof of return that they wanted me to pay for. Was lied to from a supervisor that credit would be issued. Still no credit. Was told it was the weekend. There open for sales and not refunds!?!? Please buy from anywhere but here!'

Will purchase from reputable dealer
Ordered a fan assembly for a 2015 Nissan pathfinder on 10-22-17. When the part arrived it was a condenser for an F-series pickup. After repeated phone calls (around 5), and waiting on hold, I was finally granted a return authorization. I immediately shipped the part back to them UPS and the received it on 11-16-17. Here we are 2 months later and several phone calls and I still have not received a refund. They keep giving me the run around that their "warehouse" has not authorized the refund yet even though it violates their 7-10 day refund policy. I suppose if you order a part and it arrives correctly, your experience would be a good one, however if there are any problems you are not going to get anywhere with their customer service. I guess I'll have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
Horrible customer service. Impossible to communicate with this company. They simply ignore you after they get your money. Got incorrect part (listed incorrectly on their website) and then was informed I would need to pay for return even though this was their fault. Terrible way to do business and I will work to inform as many people as possible to stay away from this business. The reviews they show on their website are completely bogus.
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT order from this business. You will be sorry.
They sent me the wrong ignition coil and said that the only way to rectify it was to send it back and re-buy it. I bought 6 of a different brand and they sent me 5. This pattern combined with the 1000+ negative reviews should be more than enough evidence that this company ships the wrong things on purpose and is predatory.
Tip for consumers:
This site will cheat you
I ordered a side mirror glass and is was shipped and sent back to sender, I never received the product. To this day I have not received a refund as well, I don't know if 10 days is longer than I can imagine, almost 7 weeks ago. I would like to receive a refund so I can order another part from a different site.
Tip for consumers:
Be sure which shipping company they are using, FedEx and UPS are always the best, US mail is not so good

First of all always check Amazon first as you will usually find it cheaper there. Don't depend on the customer service over the phone to get your order right. And say good by to your refund as it's almost impossible to get. Rudest customer service I've ever experienced.
Tip for consumers:
The mark up on their prices and how bad their refund policies and customer service are.

My two sons gave me the same gift for father's day. Oldest in Seattle, young one in south Florida.
One kit came complete, partsgeek was incomplete. Guess what? Partsgeek does not pay for return freight. The cost of shipping it back was 75% cost of item. Ok I will keep it and try to sell it locally. Partsgeek never again.
PartsGeek admitted they shipped the wrong part - but would not make it right. The correct process would be to expedite the correct product, then refund amount when old product received back. Instead, they wanted to treat it as a defective part - ship the old one back and wait for the replacement. This was a fuel pump, and I needed the car to be working instead of waiting for their process.
Signed up for express delivery (2 days). 13 days later and still no parts. Yes they charged me for this delivery. Before you say "did you contact them?". I have tried but try getting them on their website. It so hard to navigate that they had to design it like this on purpose. Well they got me once, never again.
Yesterday, I've received a box with a few car parts from Parts Geek. Sadly, one part was missing. However, according to an invoice inside the box all parts were there. I contact their customer service and ask to either send me a missing part or issue a refund. The reply was 'we're so sorry to hear that, but there is nothing we can do. We can open an investigation with a carrier and it will take from 7 to 20 days or even more. In the meantime, you can order the missing part at its original price'.
I am so disappointed with such reply. If I had gotten all parts for which I paid my hard earned money, would I even have written to you?!
I supposed to go ahead with the my car repair today, but now I have to buy this part from another store. By the way, the coast of the part is $120 before taxes.
I recommend Parts Geek to absolutely nobody. Choose another car parts dealer and save you time and money.

Part inside the box was not what was supposed to be in there, the only solution offered was return item... order again
Then second shipment was mailed with "insufficient address" so post office returned nox to sender. Only solution offered. Guess what.
After item is returned, you get refund ( minus shipping charge they screwed up) and order agan...
Well there will be no more orders from me, ever, so thats my solution..
Tip for consumers:
Go somewhere else
Anywhere !
The return process is lengthy and has caused me a 2 week set back for returning the customer's vehicle and getting payed for my labor.
The parts was poorly packed and more than likely was handled rough causing damage to the part.
Tip for consumers:
The product packaging is poor causing damage while shipping.
The refund policy is lengthy causing additional 2 weeks .

Called and asked them to make a small change to my order minutes after placing it online. Waited 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone then the extremely rude young man I talked to refused to make the change and said I was s. O. l. And I'd have to pay to have items returned after they are shipped. It's easy to assume that the Partsgeek warehouse is mismanaged and there needs to be a drastic change in their hiring process and training procedures.
PartsGeek sent me the wrong Parts, took for ever to process return the wrong part part& took for ever to get partial credit. This Brake rotors, were still in the box, I had to pay for their mistake. Do not believe the ratings they post in their website, they are made up look at sitejabber.co and you will what Partsgeek is all about. A terrible place to do business with, the worst customer service.
Tip for consumers:
look this site for real review. I wish I did before dealing with PartsGeek

definately not PartsGeek. I ended using Advance Auto for a better a price
I got the wrong Struts and needed to exchange them. Parts Geek did not want me to return them. UPS and Fedex prices were about the same to ship back. They told me to ask Parts Geek for a return label or an account number for that shipping discount. I did and customer service got angry siting "our policy". I tried to save $10 by buying online and ended up spending a fortune. Never again. Bad business practice.
The returns process is a total nightmare.
Use someone else who doesn't rip you off at every turn.
These guys are pulling every trick in the book not to issue a refund on parts you don't need or don't want.
I ordered a BMW TMS Module for my F10 series. When the package arrived, it said "Made in China." I should have taken that warning sign. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it anyway, of course it didn't work. Went to try to return it but they have a "no opened electronics able to be returned" policy which is ridiculous. Reference the pics attached to see the difference in quality. DO NOT trust your money to PartsGeek. Honestly, had it been more money, I'd be looking for a lawyer for false advertising.

Purchased brake drums for my 1951 Chevy truck with assistance from customer service. Was told I would receive a 100% refund if parts or fitment was incorrect. I fought with customer service to get a return label to later learn they deducted the freight cost from my return amount. No longer a Parts Geek customer, never again.
Tip for consumers:
You will pay for return shipping even if it’s their mistake.
