I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
They send me the wrong part that does not even match the in invoice, they did to so many people, their a condition for return is to have the part number matching the invoice! How? If they sent you the wrong part! So they will never refund you the money. I disputed the amount with my credit card. Stay away from them.

I ordered a part for my vehicle that ended up being the wrong part. I am active duty military and was deployed last minute for 30 days just after the part arrived. When I got back I attempted to return the product and was told they will not take it back because it was past 30 days. I explained my situation (active duty military & deployed) and explained it was not possible for me to make that deadline. I was rudely told there are no exceptions. The product is brand new and in the original box. I don't understand why it would be a burden to them to take it back. Way to go PartsGeek. I will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Ordered three Backracks for three new Ford F250 trucks we purchased for are Colorado job.
Needless to say these people think it is high credit card risk to have sent to Colorado and will only ship to billing address in KY.

These morons had my order to be delivered by Friday the 11th. I ordered a Brake Kit, all rotors, and pads. Take a Wild Guess what was packed in the box? 3 Rotors and Pads, You can't make this up. How STUPID are you!
So now the job I NEED desperately and had scheduled for the weekend Cannot be done, because i'm not to get the other Rotor Until Monday.
Know how some Co's will work to make it right and fix their Stupidity? NOT THIS ONE!

I purchased calipers, rotors and idlar arm for my 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 from PartsGeek.com. My rotors arrived completely wrong even though the "check fit" said they were correct. PartsGeek.com gave me some line of cr... that I ordered heavy duty rotors, which I did for my 1500 series. They sent rotors for a 2500 series which were too wide, too thick and had 8 lugs and I'm charged with the freight to return them. They're approx 50 lbs so the shipping will probably be more than the price of the rotors. Beware of using them. Try Rock Auto
I purchased a Spectra fuel tank with the fuel pump assembled, the fuel pump is defective, will only get 18 psi. Instead of returning just the bad pump, parts g wants me to drop the tank, clean out the fuel and pay for the return. They are absolutely not helpful, or will they work with you to return the parts. If you purchase from them, be ready to be frustrated if you need to return anything. As I review other online parts stores, it does seem that most online parts stores are out to scam the customers. From now on, I am willing to pay a little more and get parts from local parts stores. They will have to lie to your face instead of lying to you on the phone or through email.
Ordered right and left fender for a 62 Chevy Impala 8/3. Delivery service showed up with a hood for a 87-93 Mustang on 8/5. Did not accept part due to it being wrong. Called and talked a guy and he said they would refund withing in 7-14 business days of receiving the part. Fast forward to 8/17 called because I have not heard anything etc. they still do not have the part and it has to be inspected to make sure it was not used etc... Refund info will be sent to my email and money will be refunded 7 to 14 business days after that. This company is a scam. Why couldn't they just send me the right parts insead of jumping through hoops. They have even said they have seen where I denied acceptance. Stay away from them they are horrible to deal with on day 13 and still say they do not have the part back.
My order was supposed to arrive Aug 1st. After numerous emails a missing package claim was filed Aug 8th. I was told within 30 days I'll get a refund or receive my package. No immediate refund or offer for a replacement part. After posting a review was told it would be handled by the end of the day. Still waiting. AVOID PARTSGEEK.COM at all costs.
I ordered a power steering pump that was listed on the site as the correct one for my vehicle. The unit is completely different from what is on the vehicle. The tube input and output are in the wrong spots and the shaft (you know, the one where the pulley sits for the serpentine belt) is too short thus making it unusable. I contacted the company and can return the item for a refund but I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING. This is an error on the company side, not mine. I should not be penalized for their mistakes
I would not do business with this company ever again I ordered parts they have a packing list they shipped the wrong Parts turning around now I am going through one great big hassle as far as returns go and everything goes with it
I was sent the correct part BOXES, unfortunately there were different parts inside the box. They refuse to acknowledge they sent the wrong parts and I would have to send the parts back at my own cost, pay a 15% restocking fee and reorder the parts... with no guarantee that it wont happen again. There is not an option to talk to a person and after you "open a ticket" they send you a generic email back with their address saying you should get insurance and a tracking number when shipping parts back because they are not responsible if it gets lost. AWFUL COMPANY... I do not recommend them at all. Go somewhere else and save yourself the money and the headache.
This marketplace sold brakes and rotors on Walmart website that were a bad and damaged product. Became unusable and failed to brake while the vehicle was driving & actually caused a car accident. I am extremely disappointed. They don't even offer warranty on the product. I advise to not purchase product from parts geek marketplace or TRQ products (as that is where the brakes and rotors were actually manufactured from).
This company does not stand behind their products and dealing with their "Customer Service" is like communicating via carrier pigeon. Submit a case... wait a couple of days... get a canned response... submit the SAME information again... wait a couple of days get a quick curt answer basically saying "You're screwed!"... reply asking for clarification... wait a couple of days... get a canned answer. Do not buy anything from partsgeek. I ordered over $400.00 in parts, front suspension kit, they sent half with ups and the other half with fedex. I never received anything. Fedex refused to deliver the package and took it somewhere far away, bunch of jerks, if the parts had been shipped by regular mail usps i would have my parts and i would not have to go through the hassle of reordering them and waisting time. Also prices at partsgeek are a big rippofffff, ebay is way way cheaper, faster and better. I am disputing the charges with my cc.

I bought a pair of shocks from their site. The shocks were wrong. I called to get return shipping paid for, since it was their mistake. They told me my car must be "modified" and wouldn't admit they were wrong. This is the first and last time I do business with them. The screenshot I provided is what they listed for my 2001 Saturn L200. They are wrong.
Ordered parts and never received. Took my money plus shipping of their choice.
Now am told that it will take at least 30 days for a claim that they put through on MY behalf. They take no responsibility for the process. Hidding behind the fact that they are a Limited Liability Corp. THEN they invite me to reorder, and of course take my money AGAIN but are so kind to waive the shipping charges. WHAT a SHAM. I think they're listing items they dont have sold me the wrong master brake cylinder in the past, ate that money too! Total CRIMINALS! Called and verified parts before ordering they told me I need an extra seal because it did not come with ether of the other parts ( sending unit/lock ring) well the seal did come with both parts actually. And even though they told me I needed it I still have to pay shipping back to them. There policy is not matter who's at fault customer pays shipping back. Pretty ridiculous policy.
Bought a strut kit and was sent the incorrect rear struts. After being on hold for about 20 minutes. I finally spoke to Gustavo the supervisor. Who told me I ordered the wrong kit and I would have to return the whole kit for a refund, when all I wanted was the correct rear struts. I was told that they are just middle men. The guy gave me the worst attitude and was talking over me. How do you have someone as a customer support supervisor that isn't willing to help the customer. I was also told to buy a whole other kit and then return the incorrect ones. What sense does that make? Why not just send me the correct rear struts and have me return the wrong rear struts?

Welp here I am, another unsatisfied customer. Ordered from the website a brake kit for my vehicle from their drop down menu to the exact specs. Mechanic tells me flat out these are the wrong parts and even if they weren't I would be back in a few weeks because parts or so cheaply made. Who is hiring the customer service reps? I'm convinced they're all gang members from the aggressive behavior they displayed towards me. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW to never use them for anything. Of course just like the other 955 reviewers I'm out of money now because I had to pay for my return. Last but not least Gustavo and Hector you both can eat a you know what…You give El Paso a bad name.

I wish I could gave them no star had to return a part and the shipping was a much as the part they have better rates shipping it to you but if you have to send it back you don't get them rates and they want send you a ups label to you at there rates to return the part they told me sorry nothing we can do about that it's your responsibility on returns not there's never again will I use them believe in the star don't use them
I call and talk to the same person usually... He says the same things... I will call her (didi) and she will get right back to you, or the one I liked from today is this... I just spoke to her and she is waiting on your emails... am almost 60 days in to this bull$#*! and it just keeps getting dragged out longer... I just want my refund or product...
After I placed a phone order for a part that was described incorrectly as a "roof rack for a spare tire" by an employee, I called back an only 1 hour later to cancel the order when I realized it was the wrong part. The employee said he was working on cancelling the order. When I called back a few hours later to check the status, the next customer service rep I spoke to told me that the previous employee did NOTHING to cancel the order. I was then stuck having to pay to ship back the product after the company told me tough luck. I have an email from the customer service rep stating that the first employee did nothing to cancel the order and that it was their fault. I was told someone would reach out to me but was never contacted. Shame that some companies conduct business like this..
