I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
I used the website to order a radiator and when I received the radiator it was the wrong one. I was told I had to pay for shipping and that I should have paid attention to what I was ordering. So I boxed the radiator back up and shipped it back. The website if awful because it doesn't direct you to the right parts. When I called the 1-800 number the people were VERY rude and made it a point to tell me it was my error when it clearly was an error of the website. The customer service rep. Asked me send pictures but I was trying to explain I had already sent it back. They even hung up on me as I was trying to explain things. Now I have to pay to ship the item back and wait 2 more weeks to have my money returned. They offered no help for a refund for shipping. I feel robbed and I will never order from such RUDE people!
The part I ordered a muffler and tailpipe for 1992 4x4 Toyota pickup swb 2.4 engine came within 3 days which was great except the part was for a 2wd truck. It was going to cost me more to send the part back than I was willing to pay. All return shipping to parts geek is on the consumer no mater who"s fault it is, this is their policy. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had, consumer beware this company will rip you off.
I have ordered from parts geek and every part I ordered was either the wrong part or detective. The last straw was the purchase of an a/c condenser. First one had a hole in it. I had to pay return shipping, and was assured a refund on shipping if I purchased another one. To date I have not received that refund. The second a/c condenser was welded closed at the return spout. No refund on shipping. That was enough for me. They ARE the worst online parts dealer.
I ordered a third brake light back on 2Feb 2018 and as of today 2Apr2018, I never received my part... much more my refund on this particular part. Your company is very rude... would not assist me in trying to find a solution to this problem... as mentioned in many of the reviews I've already read, your company should have been buried a very long time ago! Do not purchase from these low life scums, they are total thieves and scammers, they will send you parts that does not work and refuse to take it back. Do not ever purchase from them. Take your money elsewhere

Bought parts from these guys and it got lost in the mail and was signed out by someone other than me so what partsgeek did was blame me for loosing the package and refuses to return my money because they said I was responsible for the part the moment it left their warehouse. Any company that is looking to buy parts from these guys beware as they practice bad business and you are better off looking for another parts company to purchase parts from. They will not help you and will not assist you in any way.

Do not do business with Partsgeek.com. Their customer services is absolutely horrible. If you call their 800 number no one answers and eventually you can leave a message. Don't bother because they don't call you back. You can send an email, again, don't bother because they don't respond back. Take your business elsewhere... don't be fooled by their prices, it's not worth doing business with them
Ordered a part based on photo and received different part. Idiot in terrible customer service department named Mark told me not to go by the photo (why have a photo then). Incredibly stupid that the part in the photo is only a stock photo and is NOT what you will receive. A pre-paid shipping label is far less cost than the business you will lose from me.
Parts Geek sent me the wrong part and I had to pay the return shipping of almost $30. I contacted them an explained they sent the wrong part and I wanted to be refunded my shipping cost but they stated they would not refund the shipping cost. I highly suggest ordering a product from a more reputable company to avoid issues like this.
My order never made it to my house and it was automatically returned to shipper. The FedEx tracking number stopped tracking it once it was labeled as return to shipper and when I reached out to them, they indicated I needed to reach out to the company that shipped it.
I tried reaching out to Parts Geek multiple times via email and via phone to figure out what happened/if I could get it resent or refunded. Both phone calls ended with being hung up on and I have yet to receive a response via email. The customer service is a joke. I just want my part or a refund, I don't understand why it needs to be this complicated.
Ordered a A/C compressor, paid $450 for installation. Compressor is defective and won't hold Freon. Tried to get a replacement and they will not replace it. They say return it for a refund. I now have to go buy another compressor, pay another $450 to have it installed and return the one parts geek sold me for a refund. Customer service couldn't care less and offer absolutely no compensation. Will never order anything from them again.

I placed an order with these guys at about 5:50am Eastern time. I called them at exactly 9:00am Eastern time (when they open) because I ordered the wrong part and needed to cancel my order. I was told "sorry, since you placed your order more than an hour ago we can not cancel your order". This is a terrible way to do business. These guys will never get another order from me again.
Partsgeek.com sent me the wrong parts. I ordered front rotors, they sent me rear rotors. Hey, easy to fix, right? Let me send them back and send me the right ones. That would be ethical and good business. BUT THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING! Now I am looking at buying another set locally and paying for shipping. Oh and my car is in the shop already. Terrible customer service. Terrible policy, Partsgeek.com!
Ordered a part advertised to fit my car. Part didn't fit and would cost three times price to ship back. I left a review on their website and they altered it from a one star to a five star.
Unethical business
I bought 2 shock absorbers and only received one! They will not respond to my emails or refund half my money for the part I did not get! I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone! Not happy!
I ordered a Ball Joint for my Chevy Trailblazer. It was being sold on PartsGeek.com for under $20 which is really awesome. I also ordered a 3-year warranty plan for a cheap price and I can't wait to get my part! I wish I could have got more than Ground Shipping for my part, but that is okay. Thanks, anyway.
Recently ordered a blower motor from PartsGeek and they sold me an item saying it fit and it physically doesn't fit. Returning it and I'm forced to pay shipping to return it. Why is the consumer responsible for paying return shipping when they send a part that doesn't fit model ordered?
Ordered two Raybestos loaded calipers for my 2013 Tundra. Returned the cores as directed with the RMA number on the box, on the UPS label and on a note inside he box. One core went to Arkansas and the other to New York. Arkansas facility received and credited my core return within days. Still waiting for New York facility to credit core. It was received and signed for by their employee but is still listed as "Return Not Received" Emailed customer service and got response that just outlined their return policy and that they considered the case to be closed. If this is how they conduct business and won't help you with an issue, I'll shop elsewhere. Still out $65 for the core and the cost of shipping back to them.

I went here before buying from parts geek and wasn't super excited about buying from them but the part I wanted was only $20 whereas on other sites it was $80 or higher. Everything went along just fine. I got the part I needed and it fit perfectly. I don't know anything about the return process however and that's where I saw the problems for others.

I made a purchase. I didn't fit. I returned said purchase after having to spend 20 dollars to ship it back. The person that answered the phone, was biggest prick ever. I was just calling to make sure they received the part. He said he couldn"t look my account up. That it says 7 to 14 days for reason and use my patience. And he could feel me getting mad over the phone. I legit thought I was being pranked. I will never order anything from them. They also have several stores on eBay. I will not be purchasing from them either. I will also give negative reviews to anyone company affiliated with their address.
Ordered parts on 12/31. Today is 1/7 and they still have not shipped. I contacted them to ask that they cancel the order as they have not shipped the parts. They stated that the process was too far along and they would (at some unknown time) ship the parts and that I would return them. What a joke...
We ordered struts for a Chevy Impala. We called because it was a model with a special wheel size of 18 in. The manager on the phone guarantee that it would fit our car. When they arrived we had a Certified mechanic install the struts. It almost ruined our tire because it did not fit! When we tried to return the parts they wouldn't let us even though it was their mistake. If you talk to them these specific struts are still advertised as fitting 18 in! They wouldn't let us talk to a manager or anybody that could help us. They were rude and we will never use them again!
I received a damaged radiator that obviously was damamaged in transit. Other with dealing with lack of live phone support and communicating only thru emails, I have nothing bad to say. My credit card was refunded the entire amount in a matter of days. I have ordered several other parts from them for both of my vehicles with no other problems. I do not work for them in any fashion nor do I have any other connection outside of being a consumer.
Send me the wrong part, request refund. They only refund the part, lost $28.85 in shipping, not counting the mechanic. Write to them, now they aid I order the wrong part use the wrong engine type. The web page NEVER ASK for engine type. DO not purchase from them, return policy not god. You end loosing money in ALL RETURN.
