Received an umbrella that was damaged when received. Patio Umbrella Company responded in a timely manner and promised to send another one. I was very pleased with the response since I did not have hope that it would be resolved so quickly.

Ever since I installed the umbrella on the patio that has been the coolest place where you can actually just sit relax and enjoy though ut the summer weather. It actually fitted well in the backyard. I highly recommend you guys for your delivery it was just awesome and quick as a matter of fact. Great working with you looking forward to your services again.

The umbrellas we ordered were just what we needed. We did have an issue, but it was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We would order again from PatioSunUmbrellas when the need arises. Would definitely recommend them for your umbrella needs.

One of the umbrellas we purchased unfortunately broke but getting a new one in its place was super easy with PatioSunUmbrellas. I did a lot of research on a company to buy pool umbrellas from because I didn't want to invest the money in something that would break or if it broke, it would be a hassle or costly to get another one. I have a new umbrella arriving any day now to replace the broken one at no expense to me and with little time invested in the return process. Needless to say, I am a happy customer!

Most of my umbrellas have always been blown away from my patios but when I got this I never regret any moment. Its sturdy and works great with my patio. The canopies do not fade thus I highly recommend it for the patios

Tilt umbrella would not stay straight. I emailed them with a picture of the problem. They said they would send me a replacement umbrella right away, and they did. Very happy that there were no hassles. Great customer service.

We ordered a large Blue umbrella w/weights for base! It some extra time, but after being sent the wrong colored umbrella (white) & no weights! (Apparently shipping company lost our weights), we're being sent the correct colored umbrella & weights for Free & get to keep the white 11' Square Offset Umbrella! A Very Pleasant Surprise after upsetting my wife a great deal! Sometimes, ya just gotta remain calm & let the process take care of itself!

I ordered an umbrella from PatioSunUmbrellas and my umbrella came in without the canopy. When I called customer service to ask if this was coming in another box he said no, to please take a picture of the umbrella and send it to them. So I sent in the photos, they said it may take 24 hours to review. Well the next day I received confirmation that they were sending out a new one. The service was fast, no hassle, no returns, and my new umbrella arrived 2 days later. Very pleasant company to work with... I will be recommending PatioSunUmbrellas to all my family and friends! I just had to wait for a month of using it before making a post in here. This is absolutely what I have been looking for. With its superior protection from the UV Rays and durability against strong wind just makes this one of the amazing products that I can have for my patio.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone or contacted by e-mail were very helpful and kind. It's harder and harder these days to find a business who has as much pride in their products as your company obviously has and it shows in the respect you have for your customers. Ordered two umbrellas that arrived damaged. Contacted customer service through website. Exchange a couple of emails with pictures. PatioSunUmbrellas replaced both of the umbrellas. Couldn't be more satisfied!

We received a new patio umbrella with a broken piece. They are replacing it with a brand new one and we do not have to send the other one back which saves a lot of time. Thank you so much for your quick response

I purchased and received my yellow cantilever umbrella quickly.
Upon assembly (trivial) I discovered that one of the two support pole tension knobs did not enter into the support shaft to secure the (inner) umbrella pole.The screw hole had not been drilled all the way through and/or the outer nut that was welded on to add hole depth was a tiny bit off center.
I emailed the company and explained the situation and offered to mail back the 20 inch vertical support pole. They asked for pictures of the 3/4 inch nut/hole to better understand my written explanation. I complied. After a very short interim they informed me that they would send a new umbrella. I thought the email had a typo and they meant just the support pole. They sent a complete umbrella (with a fully functioning support pole this time)!

Customer service was amazing and fixed my situation without a problem. I will continue to buy products from Patiosunumbrellas. I'll tell everyone I know about their excellent service and quality of the products.

We received our tilt umbrella - looks great, works perfectly and at a great price. We noticed a cord extending thru a pulley - which is apparently not supposed to be there. We contacted the company and were told that we would be receiving a brand new umbrella. This company has exceptional customer service. We received a prompt response to our inquiry and are more than satisfied with their service. Would recommend them to everyone.

I bought this umbrella and installed it in my gazebo and believe me its one of the best places that I never want to get away from during the weekends. It provides incredible relaxation points in my garden. Highly recommended.

I recently ordered a cantilevered umbrella from Patio Sun Umbrellas. It arrived in less than a week after I ordered it. I found a cracked plastic cap open opening the box. I snapped a picture of it and called the company. At their request, I e-mailed the picture to them. I expected they would send a replacement part but instead, they apologized for the inconvenience and sent me another umbrella! I would do business with this company again and recommend them!

Beautiful umbrellas along with awesome customer service. The support bar on my umbrella broke, I contacted customer service sent them pictures and immediately got an email that I was entitled to a brand new umbrella. It is very rare to have that kind of customer service that fast this company is highly highly recommended

I ordered two different colors of tilt umbrellas one evening. The next morning, I received an email that my order for both umbrellas had been shipped. I could track my order through Fed Ex. I did that and found out that my order would be at my house in a few days and I would need to sign for it. I was home that day so it was not a problem. My husband was so excited that he put them up first thing when he got home from work! They are beautiful! They crank easily and provide nice shade when they are up! I can't wait until the other three umbrellas we have fall apart so I can replace them with matching ones to the new ones!

I actually never knew that it was water proof. For that reason, I can use my Patio in all weather. This is absolutely one of the patios that I have ever dreamt to have the whole of my life. It's durable and has no dust.
