Apart from the natural trees in my garden, I felt like I needed something more and the greatest ideas were actually installing this umbrella in my garden. It just makes my garden be the cool garden that one can ever have. The green color canvas is just amazing for the garden

I received it as a mothers day present and believe me I think my kids knew exactly what I want. I installed it on my patio and it's just incredible having it. Its sturdy and the choice of color was also superb.

When compared to the price then this is exactly what I wanted for sure it worth it. The durability of this product just tells it all through the material that was used to make it. Its the first product that I have acquired from you and believe me its just the best.

The size that I selected was just awesome and it fitted my small patio. The product was also of high quality and the stainless steel spoke a lot about the durability of the product since it does not rust. Because of a defect in the umbrella we received from this company, we requested to return it for a refund. They responded we would have to ship the umbrella to their Warranty Division in Canada at our own expense ($75 shipping cost!). We refused this & they offered to give us a 20% discount to keep the umbrella instead. We refused this also. They requested a photo of the defect in the umbrella, and we sent this about 3 months ago. Never heard back from them since, so we are stuck for the price of $89 that we paid for this defective merchandise. We warn you not to order from this company. Their warranties and return policy are complete fiction as they state them in their website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 of the 9 ft. Umbrellas. I received them quickly but discovered one was red instead of the two blue that I ordered. We emailed back and forth and they are sending me another blue one and I don't even have to return the red one. Very easy process and terrific customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to ever order from this company!

I received a defective umbrella but when I contacted customer service with the issue they promptly replied and are replacing the umbrella at no charge to me. Very satisfied with my purchase (love my new umbrella) and with the resolution of the issue. Thank you!

Received a damaged (multiple holes) product after waiting over a week for the order to arrive. Now I have to wait a day just for a response on how this will be resolved. This is my first order and will be my last. I will be submitting a review to the BBB next.

This company advertises great customer service. It provides a "24/7" customer service phone number. It provides a "live" chat option. Neither approach actually works. My umbrella cord frayed after 2 and 1/2 months use. I emailed the company and sent photos as requested. They agreed that the umbrella would be replaced, but first I had to pay $40 to ship the new umbrella. I was told to pay this charge using the customer service number. No one actually answers the phone and no one actually responds to voicemail messages. This company should be considered a scam. Do not buy anything from this company if you expect to need customer service. I personally have never had this experience before. I see other reviews that echo my experience, Stay away!

They shipped the wrong color. They told me to return it but they won't pay the shipping charge. $62.00. Then they refused it when ups tried to deliver and returned it to me. They are the worst people to deal with. No return calls. NEVER AGAIN.

I actually bought 3 of these and for sure I have no regret. I have a huge patio and for me to get a big umbrella then I had to get 3 of these. It was not had to install since it had few requirements such as tools. It also does not flake or rip.

Do Not Order from them! We used the umbrella twice ~ any slight wind and its like a kite blowing in the wind and even knocked people in the head. We called and they said we could return it. However, to return it you have to ship it to Canada and the cost is $300 to return a $180 umbrella, so there really is NO return. So we are stuck with an umbrella that we cannot use!

The people who post here with terrible reviews are legitimate. The others are fake reviews from the company. This company has been reported to the Better Buisness Bureau multiple times! These are cheap overstock from WALMART. Ours fell apart after two months. Buyer beware!

I was ok with the price because it goes hand in hand with the quality of the product. The materials that made this product are actually thick and durable and they are not cheap ones. The stainless steel that the metals are made from make it sturdy and surprisingly no wind could blow it away.

This umbrella works well for me cause it's actually the best umbrella that one can actually have for the patio. The umbrella does not fade and for that case, I usually cover it on the patio from time to time not even folding it at any time.

I ordered an umbrella and because of an emergency I was unable to accept delivery from FedEx. I contacted FedEx when I returned, which was one day after the 3rd attempt. I figured it would not be a problem since FedEx policy is to hold the item for 7 business days. When I called FedEx to schedule a delivery they said that they had already returned the package. I asked why and they said it was Patio Umbrellas Policy.
I contacted the company to have the umbrella rescheduled for delivery and was told it would cost $40.00. I asked if their 3 attempt and then return policy was in their web page. Dave, the supervisor, said no. I asked why should I pay the delivery fee if their policy was different than the policy of the carrier they were using and was not stated as such. The supervisor didn't know and made know attempt to find out and get back to me. They apparently do not want my business or any future business from me or anyone who will ask me about PatioSunUmbrellas.

I had been looking for an umbrella for a while and when I came across Patio Sun Umbrellas it seemed like a no brainer to buy one because of the reviews and the warranty. When I received my umbrella there was a minor issue. That issue was reconciled beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to buy another umbrella from them!

We were initially drawn to PatioSunUmbrellas by the price and the selection. Our umbrella arrived 5 days after we placed our order. We were very happy with it. We had it less than a month when the lift mechanism failed. We couldn't raise the umbrella. I emailed the company, explained the problem, and sent a picture as requested. I expected hassles, but the process was entirely hassle-free. I was sent a new umbrella to replace the faulty one. Exactly one week after I initiated the complaint, I had a new working umbrella on my patio. Here is a company that stands behind its product, and puts customer service at the top of its business model.

All of the Umbrellas that I had them installed on my Patio have always been carried away by the wind. I thanks I got the perfect solution to that. It was able to withstand all the strong winds that are used to swiping away all the Umbrellas that are I used to install them on my Patio

I bought an aluminum umbrella from this company and they sent me a steel umbrella. I bought it to be used in my salt water pool, and it RUSTED after the first 2 days of use! I contacted the company and sent them pictures, and they INSISTED it was "as described online", even though aluminum DOES NOT RUST!

They said I could return the item, but I would have to pay return shipping to their address in CANADA - I live in Florida. I submitted a chargeback with my credit card company and it is currently being investigated. Stay away from these guys! They are falsely advertising "aluminum" umbrellas to boost their sales!

Their cheap steel umbrella also put a nice rust stain on my new deck too! Look at the pictures below.

I ordered an umbrella from this company on March 17th, 2021. On March 22nd I received an email stating that my order had shipped. After one week of not seeing any tracking information even though I was given a tracking number I called and was told that the reason there was no tracking number was that they had run out of the item. At no point during my ordering process was I ever told these were out of stock or I would have gone elsewhere. I was assured that the item would ship out this week. I sent an email to the company expressing my displeasure with the situation and nobody ever answered me. Today, March 31st, I receive a very short and clipped email that simply says "We are currently out of stock it will ship on the second week of April". So apparently the person I talked to on the phone lied when she said it would go out this week. I am so disgusted with this company. I DO NOT recommend anyone deal with them. I will be surprised if I EVER receive my item.

Staying on my patio is one of the moments that I usually cherish and all of this is due to the white round Patio Offset Cantilever Umbrella that I had installed. The push-button feature that makes me tilt the umbrella just makes my patio nothing less than a beach.

Handle was broken on my first order and they send me a new umbrella within 2 days. Very happy with this company and their customer service.
