The service was excellent and settled all my concerns, I was much disturbed for a day or two trying to forward my documents and by just making a call and all my issued was settled in the most shortest order

I suspected a hacking attempt because I coudn't get access to my account and even the reset through email didn't work. I sent them a message and instantly got a reply that asks me to call them in order to secure my account immediately. I called them and the service was just fast, efficient wiht a friendly welcoming.
Payoneer is getting very aggressive in withholding payments and shutting down accounts. Freelancers are in fear about their career and do not have a guaranteed if their account is gonna stay or get shut off. They are withholding payments and keeps asking for unnecessary documents even if they have everything to verify identity and payments.
I am an Individual Freelancer and they have withheld my payments for about a month. I am fearful of not able to support my family as they fully depend on me. They keep asking documents every week and do not get back to me before the next week.
Freelancers in Bangladesh has lost its trust in Payoneer and I am guessing Payoneer will fall as soon as any new company comes in and start giving better service.

I find the payoneer service very easy to monitor and use. The only only problem I have found is that last night at 10pm I couldn't get in contact with anyone in customer services when I had a query and was very concerned.
At first I love how payoneer works especially that it has

Was sent and until now I still haven't received my payment.
I have an emergency at home which I find this case very disappointing.
I would rather pay a higher fee at least I could get my payment right away.
But i wonder why my colleague received his payment in just 2 hours after the process that why he refer payoneer with us his co worker and mine originally 48hrs and now it been 2 wks and I still didn't received my payment.

I normally receive overseas payments through other payment methods but they are very slow time consuming and extra fees, Since i have joined Payoneer services, It could not be easier and cheaper.
Transactions in matter of minutes and instant withdrawal through its prepaid/debit card VIA atm.
