Payoneer offers great service. I love what they do and how they help many independent consultants. However, their policies are the worst ever! Ask any of their employees and they won't know why certain policies are there except that it's company policy. You can have money in your account, but can't pay out to anyone until you make an unknown number and transactions! They also want you to use freelancer services like Fiverr. Well, apparently not every freelancer uses those services. I will say this: Payoneer is currently functional because there is no alternative for many of it's users. The day an alternative shows up, Payoneer will go out of business.
John was patient, calm and attentive to my complaints! Then He took his time to access my uploaded document and referred me to the document verification team. I love it!
