Your process is very complicated. A whole month and still counting for an account to be fully functional. Why approve a bank statement then reject it afterwards?! Why must I create a new account to be able to receive payments just because I didn't provide a URL that describes my type of business in the registration process?! The technical department has not been able to solve my problem for 6 months so that I can receive and send payments within the network. I contact the support service every week for 6 months. They cannot solve my issue. I only receive messages with words of apology for the current situation and to wait for an answer to my email, but for 6 months I have not received a single message. It is very sad that Payoneer cannot help its client so that I can send payments within your system.
