The folder sharing link is great. The folder can be shared in the email as well, once persons are invited but i hope that persons who are not invited can still access my folder in their email too, in the future via a link through email and social media apps
I am not subscribed for anything other than the free plan. No way to cancel anything that I'm not subscribed to, but they keep billing my Credit card $144/month. Even after canceling the card, they are still able to keep charging me anyway? Subscribe if you think they are worth it, but FORGET ABOUT FREE. I do not have proof as my bank already flagged it as a fraudulent charge.
Downloaded because it said "free" bit wasn't: I wasn't expecting that it would be "free" totally but expected to be nagged or have limitations (ie watermarked prints). In fact you cannot even try it for a single printout/download without paying $6 a month. So much better on the market that actually are free to use, edit, print or send with a better interface. Looks niceish though bit there again, other that actually are free look and feel better. All in, look elsewhere than this with it's false advertising as free.
I am using pdf filler in my legal business and seems like I don't need papers anymore. Well, sending papers by e-mail is not everywhere available but I can print it (and it is completely filled) and send by snail mail.
After filling in document and saving, I've waited 20 min. For processing to stop. Is this normal? Overall, I like the software and the ease in filling in information. Waiting for the software to save so that I can print is a bummer. It's slowing down my productivity.
PDFfiller is a great application. It's easy to use, the interface is intuitive and it does exactly what it says it will. Some people are coming her and giving low reviews because the app isn't free but it doesn't claim to be and, for the price, it's a great deal.
Sure it wasn't free but the cost was as cheap as could be expected when you're getting such an excellent service. Uploaded my documents and was filling them out within minutes. Zero hassle, zero errors and once I was finished everything looked perfect! I've recommended them to my family and friends to use and they haven't had any complaints either.
They will advertise their services as free, but they are NOT free! They will manipulate you into believing you can edit your pdf for free, but when you attempt to save all of your hard work, you are forced to pay $8 a month. The fee of $8 a month needs to be immediately and clearly advertised everywhere on the website as transparently aspossilble. They pretend the service is free and do not tell you about the surprise $8 fee until the last possible second on purpose, it's a gross business tactic that I will not stand behind. Think that their scam tactics are really disgusting, I will never use any products or service from this company again.
Site is misleading. They lead you into the site by appearing to be an official government website. When you fill in the form and try to print it you're redirected to purchase the software. Now they have your personal info and now you feel had.
I'm sorry that you feel mislead and have had a bad experience with PDFfiller. We’d like to make it up to you by offering you a 1 month of PDFfiller service for free to compensate you for the frustration. You can reach out to me directly at neha@pdffiller.com, so that I can add a free subscription for you.
Please let me know if there is anything else that I can do for you. You can also join our live chat support here http://www.pdffiller.com/en/support.htm or give us a quick call at 6178704200 for any questions or concerns.
Thank you for the feedback, and we hope you’ll give us another chance.
PDFfiller Team!
The website tells you it's "free" and has you fill out your pdf, but once you want to save it they make you register and enter your credit card number or you lose all your work. This completely wastes your time if you don't want to enter your credit card number to edit one pdf. I don't care that they want to make you pay for the service, but they advertise it as free when it isn't and try to get your credit card number so you forget to cancel the trial. Very scummy behavior.
Michael hi! We are sorry if any confusion experienced with pdfFiller! Our site (and all ads) actually says "free trial", not just "free". You indeed would need to register an account and set up a password first, before using pdfFiller. However, you do NOT need to pay anything during the free trial period.
Since you are mentioning one PDF file only, this free trial option should be completely sufficient. You can edit, e-sign, send, download and more! Just do not forget to cancel and unsubscribe once you are done, that's it. Hope this helps!
I had something like 2 months of using pdffiler for making esign on my contracts. Have decided what people think about it and I was really surprised by reviews! I see a lot "scam alerts" but didn't see any solid evidence about that. Not really sure that such reviews are worth of trust.
The website works ok, but I have cancelled my subscription and yet I got charged anyway, which is why I will only give one star. Not cool to get charged when I clearly cancelled my subscription before.
Tip for consumers:
make sure to take screenshots when you cancel your subscriptions so you won't have surprises.
Maria hi! Did you get your refund by now? Do you need our help arranging that? Let us know, thank you.
And sorry for any confusion caused!
Program allows you to fill in a PDF nicely and is very user-firendly. Why the 1 star? Because it blocks you from downloading or printing the PDF (i. E. anything that would make it usable) unless you PAY A FEE and sign up. Also, before they inform you that you must pay, you are forced to sign in with FB, Google, or create a new account with them.
This is a bad business model for legitimate business. In short pdf filler is terrible and I wish I were a hacker so I could rid the world of this blemish on it.
It seems like a free site with no sign-up required and it lets you spend time editing a pdf. But, when you try to save the document, a pop up tells you that saving requires you to have an account. Once you create an account, however, you are told that you still can't save the pdf unless you sign up for a paid plan.
We are sorry to hear about such a confusion, Gabe! Yes, we indeed insist each user creates an account for storing documents. This is done for security purposes, in the first place. Many people are doing taxes with us and/or fill in court and other important documents. We just want to make sure all your files are password-protected. Secondly, a choice of several paid plans is offered after a free trial, actually. The free trial lasts 30 days since the day of your registration at PDFfiller platform. Hope this clarifies!
I had to fill out a bunch of forms and was looking for an easier way to do it. My friend linked me to PDFFiller and suggested I give them a try. After uploading my pdf I was able to edit it easily and once I was satisfied with my work it was as easy as downloading it and printing it out. It was so much easier than other services I've used in the past and it was a lot cheaper too. Will definitely be recommending this to my friends in the future and am definitely going to be thanking my friend next time we hit the town by buying him a round or two.
I can't say anything good about their marketing policy and behavior with customers, but it's definitely handy editor for making stuff paperless.
I understand bad reviews and complaints, but read the PRICING section before using it.
The website claims to offer a free trial, yet it won't let you save or send a single document. Worst of all, you won't learn this until you have finished editing your document, then it lets you know you must susbcribe to be able to download it. This kind of bait and hook practices are absolutely disgusting, and the website should be ashamed of putting "free trial" ads.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid it at all costs. There are many free alternatives to editing PDFs that don't rely in deceptive ads.

Martha hi! We are very sorry if any confusion caused!
We DO have a free trial period. It lasts full 30 days, no pre-charges, no frozen amounts, nothing of that kind.
All you need to do is register a personal account.
Please note that difference between having an account and having a paid plan.
Once you register an account as first-timer, you will be automatically redirected to our free trial (as I said, full 30 days, one month).
The paid plan is activated on the second month only.
If you stop using pdfFiller during the free trial, cancel and unsubscribe -- there won't be any charges whatsoever.
Hope this helps!
As with a couple of others I found this site to be BOGUS! They lead you into the site by appearing to be an official government website. When you fill in the form and try to print it you're redirected to purchase the software. The form is actually downloadable at:
http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/*******.pdf.
There are MANY free ways to make the form 'typeable'.
Again, this site is BOGUS!
Dear User,
I am sorry about the misunderstanding. We would like to inform you that we clearly show the pricing on our website and in all our Google ads as well. We never charge our users without their permission and also provides 100% money-back guarantee if the users are dissatisfied and request a refund within 30 days of their subscription.
Also, if you ever need to use our service in the future, please send us an email and you will receive 30 days of free service. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
-Regards,
PDFfiller Team
Once I was charged by online service (not pdffiller) due to rollout basis of my account. I was ripped off and angry. I had a feeling that I was robbed... until I read the terms of the service.
So when I started to use PDFfiller.com I was ready for this. It seems like this is just a model of accounts management.
Now about the service itself: I've spent about 2 hours trying to find and fill out my W-2 form until I've tried to use PDFfiller. I've filled, signed and sent my form in 20 minutes and for $10. So is this expensive? Dont be so niggling, be more attentive!
When I first decided to go with this product, I was questioning it the whole way around. I was not sure if it would be worth it. But to my surprise it was. I was very happy with the way I could edit PDF's. I never saw a program that ran so smoothly and was so easy to use. There really is not anything that I do not like about this product! I would definitely recommend this product to my co-workers and also to my family. It is easy to use and almost anyone can learn how to use it!
I never have problems using my card online, until today. Right after i used my card in this website my bank called me with issues in my account. I have not authorized any payment in my account and yet the bank says there is something there from PDF Filler.
Lina hi! Many thanks for reporting this, and we are very sorry for the unfortunate experience! To investigate and settle this, we would need slightly more info though. Please chat with our Billing Support over here: https://www.pdffiller.com/en/billing?sl=support In advance, thank you for your cooperation on settling this. We hope to see a quick resolution here!
One thing I didn't like - their marketing. It really seems like ripoff. But number of tools and service really worth of expenses. It helps save time, nerves and main thing - no need to use paper in my documents.
They make you believe the software is Free. But it is not. Don't get fooled. After filling up your form, they would ask for email and password as they say you need to have an account and after that they would ask for your credit card. Most people after spending 30 mins would want to proceed. Have the company told them they have to pay, they probably wouldn't have used this software. These marketing tactics are SCAM! Be transparent with people and let them know you are going to charge them.
What can I say? The service worked flawlessly and it was well worth the money. It was much easier than I thought it would be, and the price was well worth the convenience of having to leave the house. I'll definitely be using them in the future.
No one likes filling out forms in pen and ink. PDFfiller offers a better alternative - a complete and versatile way of filling out almost any PDF on your screen. It will even convert PDFs to Word, Excel, or Power Point and save the files on your PC.
However, to convert your work, save it locally, or print it you will first need to pay, and PDFfiller makes no effort to tell you this in advance. There is no, repeat no, text anywhere that says, "These features are available to paid subscribers" or anything like it. Nor is there a side by side comparison of features in the free version and the paid versions. I'm not outraged but I am disappointed. I paid for a one month subscription ($20) because I was in too deep to start over but I doubt I'll renew it.
My coworker recommended me PDFfiller, when I had a need to complete my tax forms and this thing really did everything I need for one hour. Usually it takes much more efforts, papers and etc.
But I need same solution for working with docx, rtf documents because I file some other stuff in my small business with these formats.
Tip for consumers:
Paid, but worth of funds
Edit PDFs, Create Forms, Collect Data, Collaborate, Sign, and Fax Documents, and so much more. And you can do it all from anywhere on any device for a fraction of the cost.
Marge hi! Very sorry if any confusion caused!
We actually advertise our free trial PERIOD, which is, yes, very different from a free plan.
And we do have this as publicly open information on our website. Once you go to pdffiller.com, there is tab Pricing in the top bar, and this Pricing page describes all the conditions very thoroughly.
On the other hand, please also note that our free trial period lasts full 30 days (a month, basically). And there are zero charges involved while you are on our free trial.
If you need PDF editing for several documents only (for tax purposes, for example, or for a university application), our free trial would totally do the job, no payments whatsoever.
Hope this helps!
