The folder sharing link is great. The folder can be shared in the email as well, once persons are invited but i hope that persons who are not invited can still access my folder in their email too, in the future via a link through email and social media apps
I am not subscribed for anything other than the free plan. No way to cancel anything that I'm not subscribed to, but they keep billing my Credit card $144/month. Even after canceling the card, they are still able to keep charging me anyway? Subscribe if you think they are worth it, but FORGET ABOUT FREE. I do not have proof as my bank already flagged it as a fraudulent charge.
I am using this product for a year and I can say that I had quite good experience with pdfiler editor. But I must say that it works perfectly on web version only. I am a bit sad that mobile versions are not reliable enough, but still I can say that it is one of the best editors I have ever used.
Their site masqueraded as a US government site I inadvertantly used to fill out a passport renewal form. After filling out considerable personal info it turned out there was a fee to download the form. I cancelled, but what are they going to do with all my personal data?
Nothing good that's for sure.
1 star because -5 is not an option. Spent a fair amount of time researching data needed for a military retirement form; then was held hostage for a mandatory monthly enrollment before allowing to save work!
There are P L E N T Y of other pdf form fill software options... KEEP LOOKING before using this one.

I was looking for some tools for my pdf documents. I had a need to sign and edit my tax forms and really was bored to make it with pen and paper.
Searches gave me pdfiler and said that it is free. I really liked it but after editing they said that editor iis paid. And it was noted at their website.
This is honestly a good service, albeit a little pricy. As long as you are paying attention to what you are agreeing to, none of this should be a surprise. I started using this as a means to make resumes after I finished school, and continue to use it for my current job submitting letters and forms, as well as helping other employees. No regrets!
Tip for consumers:
Make sure to read everything before agreeing. They state everything clearly, but it's easy to miss in the wall of text. They have great customer service, so if you get charged wrongly contact them!
Is anyone else concerned that this website is set up to steal your personal information? I sent them and e-mail with this inquiry when I became angry that I was tricked into thinking this was the IRS website and when I mentioned fraud, I got no response. Is this legitimate business?
Tip for consumers:
DON'T USE THIS SITE
I am in business for 4 years and 5 months ago started use this solution to save some time for filing forms, sending invoces, completing and signing proposals.
I must to say that saved time I used for my work and it dramatically increased my productivity. And my staff.
This is fraud. Million time fraud and misleading website, firstly, they tell you to write your email, only then you wil be able to tranfer your word file to pdf, then they tel you you, have sign for a year or monthly basic, they should have told us that in order to transfer file, you need to give your email and sign up for a year or month. Toal scam, avoid,

Ali hi! We are sorry for any confusion caused!
Account registration is indeed required in pdfFiller. Having a paid plan is not a must though.
Please note that prior to any of our paid plans there is also a 30-day free trial period.
If you need PDF editing and eSigning for a bunch of documents only, not on a regular basis -- our free trial would totally do the job, no charges applied whatsoever.
Hope this helps!
I thought it was a great website. Very easy to use, great tools, great software. Until I finished and found out that I had to pay just to turn in my assignment to google classroom. I couldn't even copy the link to the document without it asking for my card
I which I have read all the reviews and done some research. This site is a SCAM and False Advertisement. Paid the annual fee of 120 because I thought is was the better deal however, I could not view the form I received from my customer. Therefore, I was told I need to upgrade to the 180 dollar Plan I did. Just to view the form. Now, I was told that they don't provide any forms even though their site says "Search for Fillable Documents Search PDFfiller's library of over 10 Million forms by name or description and begin editing, signing, and sharing the documents you need!"
Dear user, we apologize for your unpleasant experience with PDFfiller. We have 3 tiers of services and it appears that the feature that you were looking for required a business level subscription, while you had initially purchased the professional level access. Our service levels with feature sets can be found at the checkout page here: http://www.pdffiller.com/en/services.htm
Also, PDFfiller has an index of over 10 Million forms. I apologize that the form that you were looking for was not listed. We have gone ahead and issued a full refund and we are sorry for this inconvenience.
Regards,
PDFfiller Team!
I needed something that allowed me to fill in pdf forms. Through googling I found PDFfiller. It allowed me to drag and drop my files in under a minute. And I used their huge database to find other forms I needed. I am impressed by how simple it is to use. And the 5.99 monthly fee doesn't hurt my wallet either. Now I use it all the time.
I use pdffiller daily as a sales manager. I can have my customer sign the contract anywhere as long as they can access their e-mail or use their mobile phone. I also use the pdffiller API inside my management system and receive a signs, notifications when pdfs are viewed or completed. Very useful!
I have been pleased with PDFfiller. It not only helps me to sign documents, but to mail or fax them while I am traveling the globe. Also, when I don't have the program to open some files, PDFfiller can open them and saves the day!
I needed a W-2 form quickly. The filling-in took awhile. Once I completed the document, their "print" program kept listing a printer I have never owned and I could not change the default printer it selected. It would not use any other printer. Tried it on a friends computer and it did the same thing. Also, I was never advised that I would have to pay a fee until the document was completed. So, I paid the fee and then it wouldn't print. Free?
I am owner of small business and work with tons of papers and other services. Their integrations and API greatly increased performance of my business. My clients also pleased that they can avoid using papers for contracts and bills.
So I was able to edit a document and couldn't save it without signing up. So I signed up. Wanted to make additional changes to the document and now it's telling me I have to upgrade to the next level. That is just WRONG and very bad business practices.

Do not try this app! I wanted to use the 7-day FREE trial and had to give my credit card number. I then cancelled within 24 hours. HOWEVER, they charged me for a FULL YEAR. I filed a case but they would NOT refund me! What a scam!
Tip for consumers:
Don't use free trial unless you intend to pay for it! It's NOT free!!

Cindy, hi again! Like we've already mentioned on another site, since you've purchased our app on App Store by Apple, you need to claim refund through Apple. We are very sorry if this is inconvenient or bothering, but this is how it work with all mobile apps on Apple devices, we can't really go against this rule.
Please find our subscription in your Apple account and proceed from there. Claiming refund is super simple and takes literally a minute. The money is normally refunded within 24-48h.
I spent a few hours completing a fillable form. The online program kept indicating that is was being saved. When finished, I clicked on Done, which saved it earlier (I completed a portion of the form before lunch and then returned to completing it) but this time when I went to open the form, it was the blank template that I had originally seen. Everything I had entered was gone. When I contacted online support, the representative kindly tried to find it for me by sending me a couple of links, but the filled form was still gone. I'm surprised that one of the older saved documents wasn't available somewhere in the company's system. So very frustrating!
You do have to give your credit card to use their service. And then you get a free trial. I forgot to cancel it and surprised to find a $96 charge - my fault. Online it appears that, of course, I could cancel, but it would be effective one year from my initial billing! I went through the online cancellation, which at that point, they offered me to stay at a rate of approx. $24. It actually seemed like a good price, but the wording was a little strange. I wasn't sure if they meant they would reverse the $96 charge, then charge me $24. Or did they mean $24 at the renewal next year. Anyway, I continued with the cancellation and then a customer service pop-up came on. I explained I forgot to cancel and I would like a refund with a pro-rated cancellation. They wrote back to me instantly and said they would refund my money! I received a credit on my Visa a short while later. I couldn't believe the customer service and would 100% recommend them.
I just spent half an hour completing a long PDF that was advertised by PDF Filler to be a free service. Then, when I got to the end, the only way to do anything with the PDF is to pay them. Avoid this service like the plague. Absolute scam artists and a company I've reported to Google Chrome and asked them to remove it from their service.
Dear Michelle, we are sorry to hear you are so upset! Obviously, there is some confusion here. First of all, if you are trying to use our Chrome add-on, you need to have an already registered account with pdfFiller, then it will be free for you. We are sorry if this is not obvious!
Secondly, for all first-time users, there is ALWAYS a free trial. We NEVER ask for payments on Day 1, you have plenty of time to test and make sure you need our service. BUT yes, you need to register a personal account with us. This is done for documents' security only.
Hope this clarifies!
I was trying to find and fill out a particular IRS form. I clicked on a link which looked like it was related to the IRS and up popped the form to be filled out. NOTHING said it was actually just a tease. When I went to print the form suddenly a subscription page popped up. There was no way to print or screen save the form. I feel this was a bait and switch. People spend hours on government forms and PDFfiller takes advantage of their need for the thing they spent so much time filling out.
I have no idea if the software is good or not, but such tactics have turned me off to the company. I went to the IRS site and found the actual form which can be filled out for free and simply redid it, but it meant I spent a lot more time on it than I should have thanks to PDFfiller.
For those who don't know, there are many different ways to fill out a pdf for free instead of paying 20 dollars a month for something as trivial as a tool to fill out PDF's, for the record that is only the BASIC plan.
Consider using sejda if you want the same tools for free. I am not opposed to paying for software, though 20$ for a basic plan is upwards of 3 netflix subscriptions just to fill out PDF's.
Not to mention their shady tactics in which they only restrict access to premium users once you've completed the PDF, leaving you with the decision of "do I pay for it" or "do I find another site and start over".

Apologies if any confusion incurred while trying to use our service, Sam!
You are absolutely right about the market segment overall, actually. There is quite a wide variety of both free and for-a-fee PDF editors out there. Please note however that each of these PDF editor has both general/standard features as well as quite unique one. And every user chooses something what's best fit for their specific purposes. This is totally up to the user, and we are never aggressive in our marketing, nothing of the kind.
Our monthly is 20$ if one chooses to pay month by month, and only 8$ per month in case of an annual commitment. This is more than acceptable for thousands of our business users who need PDF editing and eSigning on literally daily basis.
On a separate note, please mind that if you are first-timer in pdfFiller, there is always a free trial period of full 30 days. You would need to register an account, correct, but having a paid Basic or Premium is not a must at all. Especially if you need PDF editing for several documents only. The free trial would totally do the job.
Hope this helps!
Only after I filled my passport renewal form ds82, did PDFfiller let it be known it is not a free service. I refused to be scammed, but now they have all my private information. If I am made aware of that I have sufffered an identity theft incident, I will certainly point my finger first to PDFfiller. I tried to retrieve the form I filled, but I am still waiting for the "verification number" they indicated was sent to my email address. I don't know if they still hold a copy of the form I filled with all my information in it.
As other many reviewers I feel that I've been scammed by PDFfiller, by their recourse to deceptive advertising. Beware.
Looking for a California DMV form, PDFFiller was listed several levels above the dmv.ca.gov site and it had a link to "fill out form online". No where did they mention that all they would allow would be to fill it out; not to save, send, or print. Only when I had gone to the trouble of filling it out completely did they bother to mention that I couldn't do anything with it without paying them. This is blatant false advertising. No one needs PDFFiller. The free and reputable PDFXchange viewer does everything PDFFiller does and also lets you do anything you want with the result. For the same price as PDFFiller PDFXchange editor is a far more complete and capable program.
PDF filler offers a free trial service for a month. I cancelled before the month ended and after a month they charged my credit card for a FULL YEAR subscription. My bank caught it (thank goodness) and marked it as fraudulent and cancelled my card. DO NOT use this site.
