I've been using PDFfiller for over a year. It's a great tool that made my life a little easier. Great customer service. Quick response and very helpful. Highly recommend.
I have seen some editors like this but I didn't see the real all-in-one editing software.
I can say that Pdfiler provides complete solution for making workflow paperless.
Complete Scam- AVOID LIKE PLAGUE
My wife subscribed for a trial period and provided credit card details. We are now still within the 30 day period and can see two transactions (each around £130). Good thing that I checked my account and found this. Getting the bank to mark these as fraudulent transactions. There are many complaints about this company charging you and hoping that you dont notice it. It also seems in various complaints that simply cancellation doesnt suffice. You need to request refund via chat or email.
AVOIDDDDDDDDD AT ALL Costs!
As with many other I was led to believe this was an official government website to file my taxes. After entering social security and other personal information they stole all of my information and hold it hostage. It immediately Said "saved" and there is no way to delete the information. The IRS NEED TO BE CONTACTED TO SHUT THIS SHADY COMPANY DOWN.
I am working with this tool for 7 months and it looks like real time saver. I don't understand why people don't like them. Trustworthy service, good support and big amount of tools!
Finished filling in a form that took over an hour only to be told right at the end that I need to pay $20 to save it. Absolutely disgraceful, avoid at all costs.
Guys, your product is a really nice things for making operations with PDF. But it is really complicated to understand some options sometimes. Do something with that, please.
I am using their services for 2 years and find it suitable and very useful. No need to stop at the office and print forms and fill out or sign to return.
I like how it works and their integrations are very useful for my documents. I can sign, fill and edit lot of stuff not only from desktop app.
Very good service.
These people robbed me without a gun or mask. I went on this site to meet a deadline that was fast approaching involving the turn in of a document called "Statement of Information that business owners in California must have turned in within 90 days of formation of an LLC. I downloaded and filled out document on pdffillers.com.
As I was coming out of program I a thank you for joining pdffiller and it cost me $119.87. I never agreed or see anything remotely to joining, anything with this entity.
I emailed their customer support team and explained the situation, and I received a reply stating I will be charged for the document I used, and will be refunded $100 plus dollars.
Well I was never given a refund and sent countless emails to try and recoup my funds.
In a nutshell I was charged almost $120.00 for one document.
Tried reaching out, calling, but no phone number available for these thieves.
If your planning on using this company for a year, I can't say how business is done on that level, but "do not" go to this site thinking your going to download and fill out a single form without you unknowing started a r year long unwanted fee of $120.00 with a side of frustration cause your unable to talk to anyone due to no phone number on line for pdffiller. That should raise a red flag to anyone thinking of using this group. No phone number? Hmmm!
I was expecting that it will be worse because I have seen a lot of weird and bad reviews. Especially in their Google extension market.
But it works not bad, actually. I can recommend it.
Saw advert on their site whereby offered $5.99 for a month to month subscription. Then they hit you for $19.99 after you click OK...(accept)
Nice. Just cancelled.
Hi Lisa,
I apologize for the confusion. The pricing page says the following:
1 Year Subscription - $5.99 Per Month
Save 65% off regular price
$71.88 Billed Annually.
If you sign up for monthly plan, you pay $19.99/month. However if you want to sign up for 1 year right away, the price is $71.88 for all 12 months. This works out to $5.99 a month instead of the $19.99 - a 65% discount per month! The full 12 months is billed right away. Please check these screenshots:

I apologize once again for the misunderstanding. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you. Feel free to drop your concerns at support@pdffiller.com.
Thank you!
PDFfiller Team
Very simple and really important tool in my life. I really value their attention to my issues I faced during making some documents. Support is just awesome.
I need just fill and send my forms. Why I must use other options? I just want remove tools from tool board. I am not going use them now and in future.
Besides that it works as advertised.
They debited money without asking when i tried to contact them there is no phone number email nothing no contact details. If anyone have please help me to get money back
Great application! Very happy about it having a trial period. I definitely would purchase the application after exploring further into it and seeing how helpful it is and worth every penny.
My search was for SocialSecurity.gov; Form SS5 and PDFfiller popped up, looking like it is associated with the SS. The top of the page states "Find Essential US Government Forms". However, after filling out the form, nothing is saved or printed because you must first PAY a fee. You don't know this until you are at the end of the process. WHAT A HUGE CROCK! There should be a disclaimer at the BEGINNING that states that they are NOT a part of the US Govt, that you are required to create an account, AND that a fee must be paid.
This company deceives right from the start by saying "It's Free"'. That is not a professional way to lure someonei n to use this program.
Secondly, this program IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. Worked with computer programs for 32 years and this one stinks. VERY DIFFICULT to manipulate.
Like many others, I edited a pdf because the site advertised that I could "try" the service for free. It turns out this literally only includes editing- no saving, no exporting, no printing, no anything. Obviously, there is no reason to edit a pdf that one wishes to never save, export, email, print, or do anything else to ever again, except perhaps continue to edit it in a recursive loop of futility.
In my case, I wasted at least an hour on this site preparing an important document, only to find I would have to pay at least $20 to use the document.
I am now gritting my teeth and exhausted doing the whole thing over again on an actually free site, but I am not going to give this bait-and-switch, extremely misleading "business" a penny. It is not ethical to create these traps for customers to fall into, and it seems unlikely to be profitable for very long either.
I am not interested in any future dealings with this site, nor in any compensation except perhaps my exported, edited pdf in the next few minutes-- I only want to add my voice to the chorus of warnings to NOT USE THIS SITE.
Spent time filling out a Bill of Lading only to find that I had to purchase a subscription to print the form. Don't waste your time unless you need this type of service regularly.
Answer: NO! Any company that would lure veterans to use their service, then try to charge them to print or save their documents after filling them out iss a RIPOFF!
Answer: Tharun hi! Many thanks for your interest and question! No, our 30-day free trial period is entirely free, no hidden fees, no fine print. The first charge goes on the first day of the second month (and you can surely cancel prior to that, again, no charges). Hope this helps!
Answer: Many thanks for your question! There are two answers here, actually. First of all, nobody in pdfFiller Team has access to the documents you store inside your account. Our Support and Statistics can see the number of uploads and sendings, but NOT the contents of your documents. That's confidential information. Regarding your payments details: If you are paying for our services by a credit card, we see: ***********1234. That is, only the last four digits of your card, the date of transaction and the amount paid. If you are paying via PayPal, we obviously see the email linked to your PayPal account. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Susan, many thanks for your question! And yes, you can do that. Two things are important here. First, you need to register a password-protected account to make sure all your sensitive data is stored securely in our private cloud. Secondly - please, note that PDFfiller does not have any sort of official agreement with medicare, thus, your form cannot be automatically delivered to the needed office. In other words, you can surely fill the form with us, edit it later, print, save, email etc. But keep in mind that you are responsible for document delivery, this is NOT automated. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Bibek, many thanks for your question. And no, you will not, free trial is free :) But please, mind the deadline. Charging is automatic straight after these 30 days are over.
Dear Amit, many thanks for contacting us and we are sorry to hear about such a confusion. Two transactions might have happened if you started two free trials from two different email accounts maybe? In any case, please, contact us ASAP here: https://www.pdffiller.com/en/support.htm The live chat support agent would need the dates of both transactions and the 4 last digits of your credit card. Thank you in advance!
