My only two complaints are the price and the fact that if you only want one page out of a file with a lot of pages... it seems the only way to "quickly" do it is to go in and individually delete each unwanted page. Otherwise, it does most of what I want.
Product is really good, but customer service is great. I had an issues with printing after spending a couple of hours editing a documents and quickly became frustrated. I contacted customer service, they responded within a few hours with a solid solution that worked.
I am finding it helpful indeed. I haven't utilized all of the options yet. So far I like it. The mobile app is far more difficult to use than the website. Doesn't quite sync with the different cloud websites for transfers into the app.
Became aware of PDFFiller in March 2018 and learning how to use. Would like to attend the Webinar ASAP. I cannot open a document because you asked for a pin code sent to me by email. I have not received any pan please re-sand pin code.
I'm so glad that I found with service. It makes getting paperwork completed without leaving the office. I signed up to use if for free. You only get a couple of free times to use the service. Then you have to pay for your account. I paid for it mainly because I can use it anytime I want to. No Stress of whether or not it's going to work or be correct. It Always Is Both.
Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.
The only dislike is finding upon sending to a client is that they must establish an account. This requirement became a game killer for the client and thus me. I'm looking at EchoSign now. I am disappointed because I liked everything else about PDFiller.
I am searching for forms and am not finding anything that I can use. I just started using this, so its probably user error
I thought the program would be much more user friendly and I thought it would be simple to find the fillable CA Real Estate documents that I was interested in using. It has taken me far too long and has been very inefficient for me. I am thinking about cancelling my subscription, but haven't yet. I work in a small office and a broad scope of responsibilities. I thought this was going to be a time saver for me and it hasn't worked out that way.
I have been hand writing my proposals and invoices for my landscape business for 30 years. It was time for me to create a neater and more professional means of presenting proposals to clients. PDFfiller meets all of my needs and is quite simple to use.
It was a little difficult to navigate at first, but has allowed me to begin to file paper claims with insurance companies for a small medical company. Help was quick when I asked. Alignment is a little off, but it gave me a good, cheap start.
I have needed something like this to fill out legal forms instead of using a typewriter. I searched online and found this, then our attorney said this is what their office uses so we bought it. It is exactly what I needed. So thankful for it.
PDFfiller lets me print out a nice looking form for school physical exam. It is harder to use than manually writing on a school physical form. However, there are fewer mistakes on a printed version from a computer than sometimes I found when I had to manually fill out a previous version of a school physical form. Thank you.
I still hold true to initial comment. Initially when I asked for help (via phone), the person was very unfriendly/rude. This doesn't change. Not only that, I couldn't get the GA forms I needed, obviously not available.
Great; better than it used to be. Used it many times in my pursuit of Real Estate. Write the contract, print and scan to the seller. Really Nice; economical; my attorney even asked about it; he's addicted to it now, too.
Its, not as convenient, as I thought it was going to be...I honestly, don't like the program, but I subscribed for a year...it takes forever to load.it's not my connection because my other apps work...I know others find it useful, unfortunately it's not what I thought it be...
Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.
Horrible thus far. Encountered problem(s) with Send to IRS of PDFfiller's 941 2019 form on 04/22/2019 and you have still not resolved the errors in the transaction edit processing during setup to send the data to the IRS as of 05/17/2019 at 23:32 MST. It never got fixed and was giving the wrong errors. The software behind the forms is garbage. I cancelled the subscription so they better not bill me again in a year or ever or I will sue them into the stone age. I don't have time for my business and employees to waste on an organization which does not respond to subscribers requests for pdfiller to fix their incomplete and/or error programming. We successfully submitted a 1099 for 2018 but they do not provide support for NOW which is critical to most companies. We need the products to work as advertised when we try to use them.
First time I've ever used it. It was simple enough for me. I love it! I was stuck filling out my w-2's & w-3's. I had purchased what I needed & was looking for a great program to film them out online & print. And PDF made it possible. Thanks
Very difficult to get the program and all of the features started and becomes very frustrated. I am new to the PDF program and feel lost. The only reason I purchased it was because the finished product seemed very professional.
My comments listed above remain current. I cannot research the instructions using all of my time and have made very little progress. Just figured how to log in even though the program recognized me when I opened it without log in. I don't even know how to create a file or sub file and save my work. Very confusing! Still like the finished product.
Would like to know how to change the font size for the fill in templates that I am using. Can you use different size templates for different lines or entries?
It does important essential legal functions in ways that work but are somewhat visually disorienting and that are provided through a user-insensitive, extortive pricing model.
The fact that PayPal has removed you from their approved subscription list may be entirely technical but it does not inspire confidence.
Answer: NO! Any company that would lure veterans to use their service, then try to charge them to print or save their documents after filling them out iss a RIPOFF!
Answer: Tharun hi! Many thanks for your interest and question! No, our 30-day free trial period is entirely free, no hidden fees, no fine print. The first charge goes on the first day of the second month (and you can surely cancel prior to that, again, no charges). Hope this helps!
Answer: Many thanks for your question! There are two answers here, actually. First of all, nobody in pdfFiller Team has access to the documents you store inside your account. Our Support and Statistics can see the number of uploads and sendings, but NOT the contents of your documents. That's confidential information. Regarding your payments details: If you are paying for our services by a credit card, we see: ***********1234. That is, only the last four digits of your card, the date of transaction and the amount paid. If you are paying via PayPal, we obviously see the email linked to your PayPal account. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Susan, many thanks for your question! And yes, you can do that. Two things are important here. First, you need to register a password-protected account to make sure all your sensitive data is stored securely in our private cloud. Secondly - please, note that PDFfiller does not have any sort of official agreement with medicare, thus, your form cannot be automatically delivered to the needed office. In other words, you can surely fill the form with us, edit it later, print, save, email etc. But keep in mind that you are responsible for document delivery, this is NOT automated. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Bibek, many thanks for your question. And no, you will not, free trial is free :) But please, mind the deadline. Charging is automatic straight after these 30 days are over.
