The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level.
So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.

No r al complaints. Did find out that the forms in your database that I was interested had been superceeded by new forms back in Jan of 2016 a year ago. This meant I had to downloaded ad new forms t fill out. You could strive to be more up to date.

I was refunded the automatic annual renewal charge by customer service representative after stating my frustration that I was paying for a service that I no longer needed.

Wanting to save to a specific file was confusing. It asked if I wanted to replace a specific folder. Erring on the safe side I saved to desktop and then moved to desired folder. 2 steps to take what should have been 1.

Easy to navigate, great to work with. This program really suits our needs!

I have found that PDFfiller is very simple to use and offers quite the range of options. Matter of fact, to date, I have yet to figure out anything they don't offer that I would ask to be added. Quite a happy client!

I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.

After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

The forms are easy to find with the search tool, and very easy to use. There are even pop-ups to tell you what type of information to enter in the different fill-in fields. I'm sure I will be using more forms in the future here.

I had trouble with printing but being the stubborn person I am, I did not request help. I did manage to print after a while. When I did complain, they listened and made a correction on the bill. I'm quite happy with the program now.

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

So far... your chat feature to get support is great. I seem to be moving along just fine. I uploaded a document and completed areas of "fillable" information. I only did 4 STARS as I have not published this to my site and tested the form.

It's really just average pdf editing tool like nitro pdf or panda. But the library of templates is just amazing.

Every time I try to advance my document that I converted to a template it looks to establish a secure connection and never gets there. So go out and log back in and the same problem happens. Very very very frustrating. Guess I will have to go back to Adobe Pro.

My biggest problem is saving and the finding it again. If I am saving a document, then need to do another document just like the previous one but changing one or two items I have trouble saving the one already done and then redoing it. I usually lose one of them.

The filing function is too difficult to transmit. It is not clear how to do it.
I only need to file one document once a year. I do not want to pay the filing fee every month of one file
A year. Please adjust your service fees to meet the needs for small operators.

Easy to use...but...make so forms can be shrunk so they aren't huge all the time when open, when they are huge and cannot be shrunk it can give you a headache...templates for forms ( or any often-used form) should stay at the top, to find them easy, instead of sinking down the list...you have to hit at least 5 buttons to print, and that is horrible...

Tried other products and this one worked faster and better without any BS or training needed. It is fast and simple for those computer challenged. Easy to use in court or out of court and easy access to all judicial council forms. Hats off to pdffilir!

It should be more intuitive its not and I don't expect to buy something like this and then have to to school for it
