Sent me the wrong watch and it was broken. Now have been waiting on replacement for 3 and a half weeks, was given a tracking number that can not be found by US Post Office which mean "Fake"! I wouldn't tell my Worst Enemy to shop with this company. My only recores is my credit card company. So make sure you use a credit card so you can get your money back or just don't be a "Sucker" like me!

My boyfriend ordered a very nice Audemars Piaget watch from them and it came 2 weeks later, just as expected... All good.
ONE WEEK LATER, I ordered a Rolex from them and after 2 weeks I got an email saying "we have an unexpected delay in our shipping - shouldn't take more than 2 weeks." Every time I called they insisted "the next 1-2 weeks..." They lied and said they were re-doing their website. Now the website is gone and pursevalley.com (their affiliate) was bopped / shut down for selling counterfeit. Scam;{

Herewith a quick review of perfectwatches.cn:

I placed my first rep watch order through perfectwatches.cn thinking this was the best rep watch dealer to go with. I have received all 3 watches. I paid $ 330.00 for 2 watches (Zenith and Mont Blanc) and received a third one free (Omega Seamaster). I must say they are poorly made and rather cheap. That is the reason they are able to offer so many discounts, like 20% when paying them through Western Union, 10% when buying 2 or more, a free watch when spending $300 or more, etc.

On top of that they sent me the incorrect watch MB watch. They now expect me to ship the incorrect watch back at my own expense as well as pay for a restocking fee OR a 20% discount on my next purchase. I'm really not pleased.

Long story short: Do not buy from them, they are crooks. Sign up at www.repgeek.com and find some TD's (trusted dealers).

Firstly this company is the same as Purse Valley so beware. Company advertises as Express shipping to Australia which I assume is 7-10 days. It was 3 days after I ordered and received email/ and a call to confirm delivery address and was told it would be 2-3 days before it would be shipped from China. 7 days later I got an email to say it had just been shipped. (10 days already up). I tried to contact company (? Californian phone number). I was disconnected several times and so left my number, several times, as a message promises they WILL get back to you. They never responded. Long story! They offered me a refund as the watch was returned to them... undeliverable. I cancelled and tried ordering thru Perfect Watches>>> SAME COMPANY. Finally the watch did arrive after 3 weeks. Looks like they have a serious problem with what the customer writes as their address and where they try to send it. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I placed an order conferred my order for $245 when they sent me the confirmation e mail it was $270. When I asked to be called the Indian on the phone said they were in California and the caller ID was WA. He would not listen to what I had to say. Said there was no manager working. I started getting loud and poof there was a manager. He told me it was on there and I have a screen shot of it. They did not want to hear it. This manager also designed the website and made it very clear it has been up for a few weeks there in no chance there is an issue because he designed it himself. I told them to place the order and they said because of my tone I can not place the order unless I do a money gram I can not use a credit card. This is because with a credit card you can dispute the transaction. This company is a fraud. Try calling the number they gave me to the manager *******452.

I don't know why are these all bad reviews here about this company. First of all the site clearly indicates everything they sell are replicas, to get a good replica is always hit and miss because there is hardly any quality control in what these people do.
Someone wrote here that the pics are stolen from real site :)) please take a closer look. I really believe that this all bad reviews are from the same person with different addresses.
If I was a pissed costumer I upload some pics with my $%^^# watch that everybody to see it The Disaster!. Also my order number maybe the company read this reviews and verify my order and they would like to contact me to resolve the problem.
So people don't believe in all those reviews!

Stay away! Ordered 3 watches from them. The payment completed. Then comes the BS. First they email you that your payment hit a snagged. Mind you it has been cleared and posted. Then they called you about reorder and using another form of payment. Stay far far away.

I purchased a Rolex Daytona for my husband three weeks ago from perfectwatches.co.za and received it today. When I asked them about closing the other website they mentioned they are not the same company as perfectwatches.cn. I received the watch in good order. Very good quality and the packaging was lovely. If you havnt been scammed by perfectwatches.cn yet and lost all your money then I would recommend buying from perfectwatches.co.za

These people are crooks! I agreed on a watch I wanted to buy and sent my money via a bank transfer using RBS and Bank of China. Despite the fact that Bank of China confirmed that the the money was deposited in Perfect Watches bank account they denied ever receiving the funds. When I told RBS to claim back my money bank of China said they refused to give them my money. This was a complete scam do not enter into any negotiations with these people under any circumstances. I am now down nearly $400 and seem to have no redress! How do you get money back from a bucket shop in Hong Kong or China!

Horrible customer service. I was called a "greedy son of a $#*!" by one of their customer service reps for canceling an order. This was after ordering several products from them, including one defective product, which they would not replace.

If you want to hear my story, I’ll say avoid them at any cost. They are good for nothing. I purchased a limited edition Hublot in almost $800 and I’ll say what a waste of money I did. First I received my watch many weeks late and when it came, it was a toy watch. It can be identified as a fake from a distance and I can’t even like to wear it at home. I am a watch collector and I’ll say it is the worst watch I ever got from someone. It will be wiser to avoid them and purchase from other available companies.

I ordered a replica Rolex from Perfect Watch and have been pleasantly surprised by the experience. I read a number of scathing reviews on this site so I want to share my more positive experience. The watch I ordered was a Rolex replica day date. It arrived in a timely manner and looks good for a $200 watch. In addition I've had it a few weeks now and it keeps time as well as my mid tier Oris watches that cost me considerably more. The one issue that occured was I ordered it in grey but got it in black. When I called customer service the agent was not very helpful but did explain I could return the watch for an exchange. I like it well enough I'll just keep it.

Bought a watch that did not meet expectations. Reported on reply in email that I wanted to returned and raise the purchase. It was no probleme and that the amount would be refunded. Has sent photo of receipt receipt for confirmation on the shipment. The strange thing is that I was asked not to write that the package contained a bracelet watch. It is now over a month since the package was returned, still no money is refunded. Receives an error message when I try and contact the email address, which has been the link on the order. I will Report to the police that this is Fraud. Stay away!

I ordered 2 watches, very bad quality not at all like the photo or description, so bad i have to put on the garbage
They ask me to return with tracking, they just try to complicate tou the things and spend more money

Perfectwatches.cn is top in the spam and bad quality. Beware of them they suck in every aspect of their business.

They are bad in customer support(after you pay them, they are excellent before the payment), quality of their product, delivery time and refund options. I'll say it is my bad I select them for the watch and that watch was intended to give as a gift to my friend for his birthday.

Now I can't give him this watch as a gift because it is so poor in the quality and now I'll have to arrange something else. I ordered this almost two month prior to his birthday and now I am in an awkward position due to these guys.

I ordered a watch but have not received it. I FINALLY received a tracking number from my perfectwatches order on 8/10, but nothing happend.
I tried to follow up by sending an E-Mail but no answer.
This is an angry norwegian watchless customer.

The quality of my Rolex surpassed my expectations

I bought 2 omega watches from this company. Very very poor quality. The time gets behind all the time. And the price is expensive for a replica and poor quality. I will never ever buy from this site again. Such a rip off!

Once you've chosen the watch and paid for it. They need to call you to confirm the billing address?
Then they will tell that the transaction will be in different name than Perfectwatch.cn???
Then you will wait for the approval?
I ordered then I cancelled my order.
I found cheaper watches in different Chinese website using the same pictures even for the man's hand!
I really don't recommend buying using credit cards or money transfer

If you want to chat using order number or cancellation word you may will not get answered
Type new order they will answer quickly.

We are in fact victims of perfectwatches.cn whom stolen our hard earned money. I encourage everyone to visit perfectwatches.cn and you'll discover the site is gone. I received my watch today. Took five weeks. I only saw the reviews after ordering. I thought I wasn't going to receive my watch but found out I had ordered from a different company www.perfectwatches.co.za and not perfectwatches.cn. Thank goodness. Happy with the watch

This is about couple of watches I ordered them for my boyfriend on his birthday and they ruined all of it. I'll declare them the worst company around and they are just frauds. I ordered them 3 different watches totaling $1k to have watches on time on birthday of my boyfriend and I ordered these almost a month ago before his birthday. After having my money, they thanked me and that's all. I requested them to send me watches early and if they have any fee for that I can pay it but all was gone in vain. I got the watches after 2 months and those are just looking toy watches. I arranged something else for my boyfriend and never told him about these frauds. I am writing this to save rest of the world from wasting their precious money and most important their special occasions.

Ordered 3 replica Patek Philippe watches. 2 shipped; 1 back ordered. The 2 watches were seized by US Customs. Hello Rolex, a related company, claims to know how to ship watches to get through US Customs. They then asked for $259 to reorder and try once again. They accepted NO responsibility for the confiscation of their shipment. They processed an additional change to my credit card. DO NOT DEAL WITH HELLO ROLEX.CN,. COM,. ME,. US, or any site with hellorolex or perfectwatches in its name.
