I had a better review for you guys, but you guys messed it all up. I updated all my information and you guys still manage to mess it up now I have to wait two more weeks in order to get what I need at this point I don't even want it anymore.
Some things have been ok others not so much. They don't go by word of shipping, they make ya pay way before you even have your product. Some things don't even get shipped. I paid for 2 fans for almost a month and never got them and they didn't adjust it in my account. There good for things you can't afford to pay outright for. This is how I bought new tires for my jeep. Sometimes they do come in handy but I sure wouldn't give them 5 stars.

Product is of good quality, but the prices are a tad bit high.
This past Christmas I was in a bind, still needing to get my girls that 1 special gift from Santa. I saw an ad in the mailbox for Perpay along with a catalog so a took a moment to check it out. It turned out to be the best thing as I was able to find a Perfect pink laptop for 1 daughter and an Xbox for my youngest daughter. The looks on their faces when they opened Santa's gift was priceless for me, it was the perfect present I wanted to see my girls filled with Joy. The payments were extremely reasonable and by April I had paid off both. Thanks Perpay for making Christmas time shopping so easy, and affordable.
I chose Perpay because the products looked good, the pay plan was just right and the effort was as easy as a few clicks on the PC.

Easy payments. Awesome products. Got a brand new Xbox series X and it was brand new as stated. Fast shipping. Then went and got a king size gel memory foam king mattress and it's absolutely amazing! Will continue to buy from them because it's so simple and convenient

Because I needed a new game console
I was very skeptical about Perpay at first, but I'm glad I took the chance and used them. I have a limited budget and terrible credit. Perpay gives me access to items and things that I need now without making my financial situation worse. I was able to replace my kids bed set and get them their own ac unit to survive the summer heat wave. I just set up my direct deposit to cover my payments and keep living my life.
I received an item that was defective. I immediately contacted Perpay. I was asked to send photos of the item and was sent a shipping label. Once they received the item, they credited my account. Because I had other purchased items, I just used the credit towards my overall balance. The process was swift and easy.
I bought a pair of Oakley polarized plak 2.0 xl sunglasses. That didn't fit. And you PerPay made impossible for me to return. Now I'm stuck with them. They are still in the original packaging. Thanks for nothing.

No seriously this is an amazing concept and shopping experience. You can split the payments into 4,8, and even 10 pay periods. I love that there's a variety of options from toilet paper to furniture to Xboxes. Amazing amazing. Only down side is stuff is a bit more expensive than if you got it in the store but the conveniency makes up for the prices.

I found Perpay around the first of Dec. 2023 while I was trying to figure out how to get the "bigger" ticket items my kids wanted (not expected, wanted). I was nervous that I had to set it as an actual payroll deduction, well more like a deposit acct for part of my payroll. Anyways I gave it a go and sure enough after my first payment my order shipped and I received it within I think 3-4 days. Having it come directly out of my check actually ended up working well, since I didn't see it in my checking acct on payday it was like I didn't even miss that money. On top of getting my kids what they wanted it also raised my credit score over 30 points AND I was approved for the Perpay credit card! Sure the items were a little more expensive than most retail stores but when you have challenged credit you pay the price. Ive since paid off my first marketplace order and Im maintaining my credit card which is paid the same way. Perpay gave me a chance when a lot of others denied me.

My sister referred me to Perpay to see Sign up was simple and straight forward. I couldn't believe I was approved.

This was a purchase I've been waiting to make.
I love the idea of Perpay. It's the only way I've been able to buy big cost items. The only issues I have with it are: I wish each item had more pictures to them. It's hard to see the full use of the product since there's only on picture for each item. Also, sometimes the button features don't work right. If you press the back button it will back out to the home button instead of going back just one page. And if you order more than one item, it comes in multiple shipments which is fine, but it doesn't always give you clear direction on which item is being shipped and when. It just says it was delivered when only one item was.
I chose Perpay because of the idea of it. I love that I can buy stuff from direct deposit method. I wouldn’t be able to afford items I need otherwise. I also love that it helps your credit.

Prepay has the most respectful customer service out there they answer any questions or concerns about any problems you may have. The time frame for your problems or your concerns will be answered in a timely fashion. I love Prepay I stop using Afterpay and only use Prepay. Trust me when I say that you can't go wrong with Prepay they are the best by far

I have had nothing but the best experience with perpay. The only thing is that I don't like is the fact that everything is overpriced and having a bigger quantity of items as far as certain sizes but other than that I will continue to be a customer.
The payment plan works for me
.I knew that they would be available.
One thing I ordered I am not happy with at all.
And they droop my credit score by decreasing my credit limit because I was waiting for my direct deposit to go through. Annnd I get paid weekly and their payment schedule shows biweekly payments so I actually pay more than I am expected and they still dropped my credit limit which lowered my credit score.
To help build credit which is backfiring.
Supposed to be affordable payments even though they charge 2-3 times what the product sells for at regular places.

I love it that it already taken out of my paycheck or direct deposit. It's like I don't have to worry about the payment because it's already done but the products is limited and expensive. I bought ps5 and it's like I have to pay double of what it's worth.

I choose Perpay because I couldn't afford to buy the products I wanted straight out! And I came across perpay it made it simple and affordable for me to the products I wanted.
I choose those products because they were for my kids Christmas gifts and Perpay made that possible so I'm thankful! I'm also in process for ordering my next order and I could've went and saved up the money to get them but it just seems more affordable for me to pay smaller amounts through prepay! Those products where a lawn mower, air conditioner, and a weed feeder that comes with a leaf blower! Now there was no way I would be able to get that as quickly as I needed them! But going through prepay that is possible!
I was told what i ordered was out of stock after they already got my direct deposit and was only offered either something else on the site that was cheaper or store credit and then was ghosted by customer service when i asked for something $100 more and offered to just pay the difference up front.

Perpay is great if you need to make a payment plan to acquire items you would like to have and or need. Payments come out of your check every week so there is no need to worry about keeping up with an extra bill. Also you have a chance to gain ownership of a credit card them also. And they also report to the major credit bureaus on your behalf for both the card and all your purchases at perpy

I think that you guys should be more transparent about the customer having to change the amount paid to you after cancellation. If I do not make changes to my payroll then the money will still be taken out of my check. You let us know up front.
