I have never been good at managing my credit. I have to monitor my spending, and I am trying to work on building my payments up and spending less on the card. Having my payment automatically taken out of my checking account is very convenient.
Prepay is great! They allow me to make affordable payments on high ticket items. I have not had any issues with delivery and my items come in a timely manner.
I've been ordering from perpay now for 2 years and never any issues until now. I have placed my order on 10/25/2025 and I ordered 4 items, I have received 3 items but not my headphones. They have never been shipped!
According to their website UPS has received the info but never my package and info was received 10/29/2025.
I have put in a request for chat 3 times to get help with my order and each time no help and it closes my ticket and my order still hasn't shipped and they are still taking payments for this item.
Only reason I am doing a review is to hope perpay will see this and help me resolve my issue so I can go back to giving them 5 stars. As before I never has this issue until now.

Orders come in good timing. Directly from your paycheck. Order whatever you want within your limit. I just paid my first purchase off and I've referred friends and gotten extra credits added. This is a great way to shop in a budget or buying things for your home etc.
Had an issue because I changed my number but customer service had me settled in no time at all. Prices are a bit high but that's to be expected haven't had any issues with product. I've ordered a ps5, oculus, even a generator great quality fast shipping.
Is good stuff is little more expensive that just straight buy it in full payment but if u need something right away don't have all the money to pay for it you can get it here in payment plans pay it in time back delivery are sometimes quick other time takes till you paycheck comes in that your product goes out to shipping that is the only thing it takes time sometimes.

Choosing per pay to get certain items has been the best decision I have made. The amount you pay is reasonable and you don't have to worry about it since it comes out of your check automatically. I am just waiting for per pay to get the Nintendo Switch 2 in stock so I can purchase one of those from Perpay. Because of per pay, I've been able to get a brand new vacuum a PlayStation five a pro controller for my Xbox series, X and a few games for my switch and not sweat at all. Thank you Perpay for helping me.

So far it has been good. However the initial shipping takes a long time. There should be a way to pay the 1st payment before direct deposit starts to speed up shipment

Love how comes outa your check each week so don't have to worry about making payments on time and the more add to it higher credit limit they give u over time
I have ordered several items from electronics to furniture on several occasions. The items were shipped quickly and as described overall completly satisfied.
Customer service is great! I love the convenience of shipping to my home and direct deposit payments. The quality of merchandise is top-notch.
I'm very grateful for this platform because it makes expensive items, like electronics, accessible to those who cannot pay the full amount upfront. Although compatibility with direct deposit platforms could be improved, the tedious setup is more than worth it given the results.
Everyone keeps lies why has my order not shipped yet and you will not give my money back thats theft and it will not stand i will sue this company
