Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
I recently purchased an ornament for each of my sons. 1 was the engagement double sided ornament, the picture I used was 1 I had taken. Both sides of the ornament were beautiful. The other ornament had a picture on each side. I was delighted with the finished product, the pictures were so clear & perfect. I will most certainly order from this company again!
I ordered custom printed guitar picks. The product I received looks nothing like the "Sample Image" on the website. They basically told me how much they appreciate my business but TOO BAD! NEVER buy anything from this site!
I ordered a VERY special gift for my partner on 12/11/2020. Site says ships in 2-3 business days and please 5-7 days for transit. Ive contacted FedEx who says a label was made 12/12/2020 but DOES NOT have the package. HOWEVER, i have an email from Personalization Mall that says it was shipped on 12/12/2020. Soooo where is my order? If my items havent been even made yet please just refund my money! If its not been shipped be honest! I want answers. IS this a legit business? Or was I scammed? If so so i need to contact my bank and report it to get my funds back? I understand its Christmas and things take longer to receive, but this is ridiculous

I ordered my dad a mug for Christmas that has my kids (his grandsons pictures and names on it. He no sooner got it out of the box and the bottom fell off of it. For $22 I would expect it to be of a little better quality. I was embarrassed to have even given it to him. He of course was still happy with it because it was a gift from his grandsons. But I am NOT.
I was terrified when I placed my order. I didn't read the reviews until after the fact. It's almost Christmas and I placed an order for gifts for the grandparents with special engravings on everything. I had never used the site before and after seeing the reviews, I was extremely worried. I paid extra for the 2 day shipping. Totally worth it! Everything was delivered in perfect shape and exactly how I hoped it would be! I will definitely be using this site again and recommending them to others!
I am very upset. I ordered a product and was guaranteed that it would be here by a specific date. After a week or so of no updates, I called and was told that my product, coincidentally, would be shipping that day. The NEXT day I get an email that my product had shipped. I tracked my package and it showed that my package sat and was not picked up for 15 HOURS. Now my package will arrive a day after I need it. Too late to give as a gift. I will not be ordering from this company ever again.
Wish I had seen this site before ordering from Personalization Mall! My item has some defects that I see as defects in the printing or was scuffed in transit. They said that is how it is supposed to look and sent me the computer generated preview which their email reminded me that I approved. That preview doesn't show the spots and scuffs. So the advice, your item probably won't look exactly like the preview and Pmall really doesn't care if it doesn't. Their Quality Assurance Team stands behind that verdict. Buyer beware.
Terrible customer service! Do not send my purchase and I asked, please, send with signature required because the gift cost $150. They did not do that because it is responsibility who is buying that (what?)... no comments. It was first and last purchase. Do not recommend!

I have been sending our in-laws, these photo ornaments of their grandkids for many years, and they absolutely love them! They have six grandkids, and it's always a labor of love to find good pictures. But once I find the pictures, they make great gifts!

I order socks for my father for Christmas. I made sure I made my order one month before knowing, that a custom oder would take longer. I was relieved when I got my tracking number on November 30. So I knew it would be here on time. So I have been waited two weeks wondering where my shipment is. I looked up my tracking number there was nothing on the USPS website. I called the company had to wait 45 minutes to talk to anyone and they said it was lost I will not be buying anything again from this company again. Now I have to go to the stores and find something else.

I ordered an item but never got an email confirmation. I called the next day and was told there was no order on record and even though PayPal indicated it went through, they said it didn't and I should reorder, which I did.
Lo and behold I got a confirmation later that day that the first-order had been processed. I called to tell them the story and to cancel the second order and they said it was too late and I had to pay for the duplicate items. The lady I spoke to was the nastiest and intransigent customer service agents I have ever encountered and I will never consider ordering from them again.
I was told my order would be delivered via FedEx in about 10 days. Twenty days later I still had not received my order. I emailed and was told it would be there in just a few more days. Three days later still no delivery. I had ordered a present for a party that was now past.
I requested a refund for the shipping fee I paid and if I had not received my order by the end of the week I wanted a full refund. They said no to both. I finally did get the order about 30 days late and it was not delivered by FedEx, but rather the US Postal Service. For what I paid for shipping fee they could have sent it Priority Mail second day and I would have had it very timely. Rather they sent it FedEx, who then handed it off to the US Postal Service.
I will never use them again.
Ordered eight personalized stockings. The quality of two of the stockings were sub par- the seam of the stocking appeared on the front of the stockinf next to the embroidered names and looked awful. When I contacted PersonalizationMall they insisted on full size photos and then reviewed them and said that there was no defect. My other 6 stockings do not have this defect. I will never order or recommend this company to anyone. Rude customer service and poor attention to detail.
Just got my plaque and the inside of package was wet. Some of the letters were smeared on plaque, I assume b/c of the water. It was supposed to be a gift, but now I'm stuck with it. Too late to get it corrected by Christmas. Bummed out!
I placed an order for a total of a little more than $100. It looked great and I liked the quality. Even though it was a little pricey, I liked it because it was specific. I got the items but when I placed a second order items did not ship for more than a week. I called customer service and I told them that it has been a week but the lady said that it would not get to me until after Christmas. With that said it meant it would not get to me for another extra week. I was very polite and trying to find a solution but the lady cut me off saying, "well just like you are busy, we are busy too. Have a good day and hung up on me." I guess I have no solution. She said that I could not cancel because it was already in the process but at first she told me it was not. I was very confused.
I have placed several orders from personlization mall. I have been very pleased with the merchandise even when I did not receive the order in a timely manner I needed it. But I did not make a complaint. I have placed another order in which one order was by mistake due to my phone has a sensitive touch screen and placed one order by mistake. And the no cancel or return policy was not shown until after I placed the order. I sent an email to cancel the order. No one has responded. My mistake should not be held against me. If I'm not approved to cancel this order needless to say this will be the last time order from this company. Please be careful placing an order from this company! Please make sure you do research on the no refund and return policy before placing your order! Not a reliable company.
I ordered three commemorative Christmas Ornaments with an image of my recently deceased mother as a gift to my sisters. The image they showed on the site for my purchase was very clean and bright and in focus - just like the photo I uploaded, a photo that I had worked on in Photoshop to ensure it was crisp, clear and bright. When I got it, it was discolored, dark and faded. Upon contacting their customer service, I was told the photo was correctly printed and there was nothing else they would do for me except offer me 20% off my next purchase - something I will never use because I will never buy from them again. They said my mother's face was blurry in the photo. It was not. This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. The photo is of one of the ornaments they sent me. Poor, blurry and dark quality.

I recently bought a hockey stick for my cousin who is a huge blackhawks fane... on the photo everything looked good but when it was delivered the "L" in blackhawks was none existent and the "E" in Kane was half off the stick... they wouldn't replace it and said there was nothing they could do for me... so I am out $20 And left with a gift I cannot give to my cousin... Horrible experience I will never shop from them again!

The product and shipping was good, the quality is terrible. The glasses are hand wash only and since they are gifts how would anyone know that? I wrote to the company and asked if they could start putting a little card or something in with the glasses that states they are hand wash only and they responded that they could not do that, the recipient would need to go on the website to learn that they are hand wash only. The glass I got for a coach was ruined after one wash and how would anyone know to check the website for care instructions of a glass? I have a big collection of pint glasses and that havelogos and writing and I have never had this issue before.
I ordered a personalized doormat. I did not receive it. I called and emailed several times without resolution. When I called, I was told someone would call me back. I did not receive a call back. I emailed several times and got no response. I tried calling again, and this time was told it was delivered, but delivered to an old address. I asked if they could deliver it to where I lived. I was told the only thing they could do was give me a 50% discount on another order. I ran into this problem with other companies and they have shipped me the product with no problem. I will not use this company again.
To my surprise they called me and said that they would refund one of the charges! They also said they were both charged on PayPal which I know I entered my charge card info so not sure what really happened. Just Happy to receive a call and a REFUND. Thank you!
They do not want to refund... I ordered 2 items and the first time the processing did not complete and I tried to use PayPal so I waited over an hour as it stated not to leave this page So because it didn't complete --- I did not go through with accepted PayPal but They processed the order and I had no way of knowing so I ordered again and paid with CC. I left for my vacation and when I came back there were 2 boxes waiting for me at home! I called and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Finally I will get a store credit if I pay to ship it back. I will not be ordering from them again. I would advise others to go somewhere else
My husband sent a gift to me while overseas, gift never came. They tried to tell me it was because the address was incorrect or because I wasn't there. (it is a PO box, and plenty of other things from the states arrived!) Plus after a month of no show my husband changed the address, but it never came. Now 3 months later I am home having to call and figure it out. They will give no refund, or discount, but claim they will ship it again and it will be here within a few weeks. Right!
I purchased coasters with the brides pictures on it and a holder for The Coasters. I never received a receipt to my email address confirming that I was charged for my purchase. Nor did I ever receive any communication that my purchase was shipped and received. This was a gift for a bride and groom and I was left up in the air not knowing whether the recipient receive my gift or not.
I ordered a gift for Valentine's day and selected (and paid extra) the option that would be "guaranteed delivery by Valentine's Day!" This order was placed over 1 week before Valentine's day, also.
The gift did NOT arrive on time, and when I contacted the company about it, there was not even an apology for missing the delivery date. Instead, the representative just blamed the delay on "adverse weather conditions." The UPS site had never indicated a delivery delay (which they usually do) due to adverse weather conditions.
I mean, I understand that adverse weather conditions happen, but come on, the delivery destination was in San Francisco Bay Area. On their website, they claim that if the guaranteed date was missed, they would fully refund the shipping/handling fees. HOWEVER, the person I talked to only was willing to offer me a PARTIAL refund for my delivery fee!
Still haven't received the shipment yet, so no comment on the quality of their merchandise.
I ordered 4 statue/trophies for coaches for our wrestling team. I printed the confirmation, which shows exactly what was to be inscribed on it. When I got the trophies, they had a misspelled word. I contacted the online chat right away to let them know and let her know that I would be able to show proof of the mishap being on their end. She then accused me of lying and saying I was going to make a new order and screen shot it, just to send to her to get a discount (since they are due today - I wasn't asking for new ones) and how I am basically trying to scam them. I then asked her for her information so when I called to speak to someone I can reference back to her and she got even more snippy with me and became increasingly rude. I am appalled by this behavior and handling of the problem. I will never shop with them again, and will make sure any and everyone I know will not use them either.
