Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
This place is a disgrace! They DO NOT stand behind their products! I purchased a make-up bag for my mom for Christmas. I submitted the initials correctly, but it was printed wrong when I got my bag. After calling this place to let them know of their mistake, somehow, someway, this became my fault! What company does not stand behind their products? Oh, this scamming one. Covid mask was ordered, picture was approved for a personal mask. The one they sent was totally off center, lips were on cheek and part of nose was gone. They sent me a picture of the approved mask which I sent back to them along with a picture of the Mask I received so they could compare and see the mistake and they have never made it right. My daughter ordered this for me and she ordered about 25 or 30 masks. They still will not make this right. Very disappointed I would never ever order things from this company. Their customer service does not happen. If I could I would give this a minus five stars.
I am very unhappy with personalized mall this year. I have been ordering from them for four years now, and this year I have so many things that haven't been delivered yet, when they say it will be here by Christmas so I'm so very Disappointed in them I probably will not be using them again.

When you pay so much for shipping so it’ll get here before Christmas that’s what you hope for. I deal with a lot of other places that have free shipping and coupons but not this place.

I'm sorry to read so many negative reviews for this company. I have ordered from them many time and had always been satisfied. My last order, however, was not quality by any means. It was a customized orgnament and when it arrived it looked nothing like the way the preview photo looked. I emailed customer service right away and they asked for a photo to check for quality. By that point I had lost track of where I put it but did find it recently and figured why not give it a try. I emailed a photo directly to a customer service agent who was wonderful. She got back to me asap that they agreed the ornament was not up to their standards and would replace it for me free of charge. This was months after I had originally emailed them and they still honored it. Hopefully they have stepped up their customer service in light of the previous poor reviews. I was very happy with the experience.
I had photos taken of my daughter for graduation and was looking for a way to have multiple images printed on a canvas, Personaliztionmall.com had many options for collage canvases at a great price! I was able to have a beautiful 3 photo canvas made, and the quality was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful way for me to display my daughter's gorgeous graduation photos!
I tried to order $62 gifts. The site offered me $5 off as a new customer (emailed me the code) and later said my order was eligible for free shipping. At check-out they added a $2.99 shipping surcharge, rejected my free shipping code, rejected my $% off code and offered me shipping $9 to get it in a month, $14 to get it in two months! It reminds me of record clubs - the prices just keeps getting higher and higher and higher.
I was ordering wedding gifts for groomsman. I loved the personalized beer cartons. I started to design it and had questions about removing wording and adding my own wording. I called the company and the gal I talked with told me to do it a certain way which I did and so I ordered 8 sets and 8 sets of the same bottle labels. Well I got them and the wording was all screwed up but I DID DO IT AS SHE SAID! So I called them back to find out that they wouldn't replace them and they called it my mistake after the lady walked me through it all. Scam is what I say. They gave me a 30% discount to reorder them. BS I say! Look elsewhere people... theirs other companies out there!

I purchased two recipe cutting boards as Christmas 2022 gifts. The preview showed a very legible product but when the boards arrived, I couldn't read the recipe. I then purchased additional products elsewhere (cutting board oil/gel stain) to enhance the lettering but that also did not work. I contacted the company and was instructed to send photos via email. I was given the option of reprinting but was told that the same issue could happen and that their process was done correctly, so they wouldn't give a refund...only a store credit that would show when I placed my next order. I started an order for a different product and the credit did not show, so I waited to speak to C.S. After the holidays. To my surprise, I was told that I only would get $14 credit (20% of original order) My cutting board order had been $70 USD so I was again angry. I should note that no where in the email from them did it say I would only get 20% as a credit.

No one able to help me when I ordered a special gift. The said the spelling was wrong and I revie the product and it was fine. I asked to speak to a supervisor on nov 22, when my original purchase was on the 3rd. They said it did not get sent out and that the spelling would be corrected. But it would be 5 weeks. Then I revie Ed an email saying it was sent on nov 18. Do not only did the representative lie to me no one ever called me back. Now I'm calling and have been hole for over an hour. They have my money and I have no gift and I would never use them again

I ordered a photo sweatshirt of great grandkids for my mother in law for Christmas. The photo is crooked and not centered. I sent a photo and they said they will not do anything about it. Order from another company like snapfish, they remake the item for you if it isn't right.

We ordered a canvas print of my family. My husband and son were in front of my daughter and I. My daughter and my foreheads were on the side of the picture! Looks like we were cut off at the eyes. Meanwhile my son and husband have their full body in the picture. Seriously? Why didn't they center it? When I complained they said they would give me a "discount" when I reordered it! Shana R. I recently ordered a custom welcome mat for a friend and their site does not function properly with PAYPAL and it ordered the same $55 mat twice. I wish I could score them no stars. They say your order is done within 4-5 business days then shipping 6 to 10 additional business days. I ordered my product on 11/9 it was not shipped out until the 22nd. It then was scheduled to be delivered on the 26th and then the 27th in Florida but it did not arrive and now it's in West Virginia. I would never order anything from this company ever again. What a piss poor experience. Absolutely horrible.

I contacted the company several times asking for a refund as my package was not delivered nor did they tell me that the delivery service that they us (UDS as they state) had returned the items to sender. They stated that the address was invalid however, the address given is the correct address as I receive mail and packages to my address frequently. They refuse to give me a refund and stated that once they get their packages back from their carrier service they would resend them. The carrier service states the packages have been returned to sender. All the while I'm stuck with no packages no refund and no gifts to give for Christmas. Buyer be wise and shop elsewhere so that you do not have to go through this same situation.

I am a first time order-er from this site. I ordered a throw for my Mother in Law. It came a week early and it is so beautiful. I cannot even begin to describe the quality of this throw. It is plush and soft. The image uploaded nicely and the color is perfect. I have already had 3 family members go and order the exact throw because they loved it so much. I ordered 6 coffee cups and it says on tgere to review your picture cause they don't do any touch ups. So I did and my kids eyes are black underneath and its not what tge picture looked like on there webpage. Very disappointed.
They can not get orders correct. They lie can not do their job. Do not order from them. I got the plague but no stake. I called to get one was told on the phone they would ship over night. But the incompetent person shipped it 2 to 4 business days. I had nothing for my sons memorial on the 15th of March. They are terrible people I will never order from them again.

I just called these people to ask about my order and they have a dog barking on the phone that basically told me, I didnt read the small print. Praying my order arrives on time and the way it looks on the picture.
I have used this company for the past few years and overall satisfied with quality of the products and pricing but just found out if you have a problem they are not willing to accomodate. I had purchased a wonderful personalized blanket during covid for my shut in mother and it was bewutiful, good quality so in December I purchased another for a Christmas gift for a friend and it was cheap, thin, faded, the colors bled and was no where the same product I had received before. I sent photos and went through channels to send it back, replace with a blanket done right or even get a voucher for a future purchase. The company responce was that it met their specifications... so I now have found another vendor and they have lost a customer that has purchased thousands of dollars in personal gifts for family, clients over a badly manugafuted $45 blanket.

This is not even deserving of one star. The quality of the image was horrible. I own a business & have worked with many companies who reproduce my images & this company's image quality was totally unacceptable. My client refused it immediately. When I sent a photo of the blurry bowl as produced & the printed image with excellent clarity that I had uploaded, customer service said it was not their fault the reproduction was unclear & pointed out to me that I approved the image during the ordering process. Of course, on the webpage that your image is "approved" on, this company reduces it in size to more than half the original, making it impossible to tell the exact clarity.
I would never order from here again & caution anyone else to heed the reviews on other sites for this company.
