Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
Ordered my item back on Nov. 18th and paid $7.49 for shipping, which is outrageous, but I really liked the personalized item and it wasn't too much so it justified the cost of shipping. Item shipped out on Nov. 23rd, which is 3 business days later, no problems as that is what was stated, but they used Pitney Bowes to ship my item. My item has been sitting at a distribution center for a week at a time and is still not here on Dec. 8th.
The reason for a two star review, poor shipping service. This was going to be a gift and it looks as if I am going to have to find something else. I don't even know what the quality is because it hasn't shown up yet, 14 BUSINESS days later after PAYING $7.49 for shipping.
This could have been on my front step within the next week if they had used, I don't know? USPS, FedEx or maybe UPS? I'd give them a pass if it were free shipping, but $7.49 to ship a $18 item is beyond me. Guess I'll keep waiting...
I ordered these before and loved them. But I needed to order another set soooo I did after 1 weeks I checked my order cause I never received it. It was in back order! Why did they not tell me before I ordered it I have no idea. Another week went by and they kept changing the restock date. I am in the 3rd week of waiting and they changed the date again so I messaged them. Basically it was not their fault the girl said and that they can ship it when ever they get it. I asked her if she knew a estimate of when it will restock she said another 3 weeks! Yet the website says it will restock today?!?!?! I am confused. She didn't help at all I asked if I can cancel my order cause I needed it next week and said thank you and thats it she didn't give me a confirmation number she just ended the chat?!
I noticed that I misspelled a word and I called to have it changed. However, they said they couldn't do that but offered me a discount of 50% off to have it remade. What a joke there was plenty of time to fixed the issue but they wouldn't. I will never order from them again.
I am NEVER purchasing another order from this site again. After having my order get "lost" twice, I inform the representative about getting a refund & after i explained my reason behind it some women named PATTY hung up on me. I called back and asked to talk to a manager or someone in charged & I didn't get any help at all. I am STILL waiting for a refund.
I ordered over $150 worth of personalized ornaments on December 1,2020; I received an email indicating that my order had been shipped via PitneyBowes tracking number; which in turn indicates a USPS tracking number. Status on the USPS indicates waiting package. It is now December 17th and the status has not changed! I sent several emails because you cannot get through on the phone lines. I have NOT received satisfaction on my inquiries nor have I received my package! The order is for Christmas THIS year - not next! I am very disappointed in the lack of response or follow up as to WHERE my package might be. This will be the LAST time I order from Personalization Mall! $150 and no response or package. Shame on them!

I'm so sad. My daughters fourth bday is coming up and I ordered her a jewelry box and necklace with her name on it. The engravement on the necklace is completely off center looking ridiculous! The jewelry box has a large scratch across it! I'm just astonished for what I paid, I expected A LOT BETTER quality. Do people not inspect after the engravements are complete? NEVER ordering from here again.
I ordered 24 "mason" jar candles (for $143.00+) that included a personalized sticker for the lid as giveaways for the guests at my mother's recent Celebration of Life service. The labels were faded and dull, appearing as if the printer was low on color ink. The candles lacked fragrance (suppose to be vanilla), the wax was bubbled, and the inside of the jars near the rim were cloudy with a wax residue, not clean, clear glass. The candles were old, as if they had been stored in a hot warehouse for a very long time. I complained and sent pictures. Personalization Mall indicated that the labels "matched the labels advertised" and further requested that I individually photograph the issues with each of the 24 candles. Unreal. When I disputed with PayPal, PM wanted me to return the candles at my expense. Hassle. I just trashed them. I was too embarrassed to GIVE them away, they were so cheap and damaged and old. The grief of losing my mother was only further exacerbated by this huge rip off.

In this age of photo shop, filters, etc., products are not always as they appear in print. Buyer beware.

On 5/21/18, I spoke with "Patty" who was rude, kept interrupting me when I tried to speak, insulted me by talking tome like I was a child who could not add and figure out dates on a calendar. I - very clearly - informed her that I was incredibly displeased with them, and her response was "There is nothing I can do". Well now, there is quite a lot I c an do - like NEVER shop with them again, and leave negative reviews warning everyone else of the same!

Bracelet took 6 and a half weeks to arrive. Multiple emails. Empty promises. Bracelet was made wrong. It's so small it should be for a newborn baby. Very cheaply made. Poor quality.

On December 2nd I placed an order for a personalized child suitcase. I got an email saying it shipped on Dec 8. The tracking number did not move for days. Now the SAME tracking number pulls up as invalid with the carrier. I have called, I have emailed, and I have called the carrier. NO RESPONSE! I posted on the Personalization Mall Facebook page. NO RESPONS but they did take the time to remove my post. What are they hiding?! Making calls to the AG office since the carrier is located in my state. Maybe that will get someone's attention!

Wanted to get a large canvas print for a gift. I uploaded the photo to their size specifications; and it turned out horrible. Grainy, no detail and I was too embarassed to give it. I contacted them; their response was basically 'too bad for you.'
I will never use this company again. I ordered a Christmas present back in November and I have not seen it yet. This happened another time and they had to resend the product. I sat on hold with customer service Because the tracking hadn't changed in over a week. I used my husbands card to shop and they would not speak to me. So I hung up unsatisfied. I placed an order on Dec. 1,2020 and got an email on Dec. 3 with a USPS tracking number. On Dec. 15 when there were no updates on the tracking number I went to the local post office and was told it was not in their system yet, meaning it had never been shipped. When I called the company you can never speak to a human. They have a recording saying "all our associates are busy helping other customers. Please call back later" I emailed and got a response from "Vicki" saying it had been lost in shipment and they would send another. The item did arrive on Dec. 23,2020 but the glass on the front was broken. The replacement arrived on Dec. 29,2020 and the finish on the front was marred in numerous places because it was not packed right! I emailed them again but have yet to hear anything from them. So much for having this as a Christmas gift. I wish I would have read the reviews because there are hundreds just like mine. Don't waste your time or money ordering from this company as you will be very disappointed.
My mother passed away unexpectedly 11/19/2020, it has been extremely difficult for me and my family. I ordered an ornament to place on my mother's tombstone on my birthday which is 12/23. I paid for expedited shipping so I can have it no later than 12/18. I received an email stating they sent it to FedEx, I confirmed with FedEx that they did not receive the package. Only a shipping label has been generated. I have called the company, customer service does not answer. No one has responded to my email. I also left a message with Amanda Oliver who oversees customer service, and she too has neglected to contact me.
This breaks my heart that I won't be able to place this ornament on my mom's tombstone, and on my birthday. It pains me that this company will take money from people who are grieving. I only wish I could be celebrating this holiday with my mom. Not only have I become a victim of fraud, I have to go through disappointment by not fulfilling a moment that brought some peace to my heart when I thought about doing this for my mom in heaven.

I have ordered from this company for years and the quality was always good but this year it was HORRIBLE! The picture was VERY blurry on both of my ornaments and they put a hole to hang the ornament right through my friends face. I emailed them about getting them remade and they refused. This is a manufacturing defect and not a problem with what I personalized. When I added the pictures it did not show where the hole would be so how was I to know it would be right in my friends face. Horrible customer service and I will NEVER shop on their site again! BUYER BEWARE!
I purchased a stocking that I put in a name but did not display a year option when I ordered. I did not see a preview of the order so I assumed it was all good. Just the name on the wood paw. When it came in the mail it had a year on it 2001 well it is 2021 now and got the puppy 2021. At this point I assumed it was a automated thing. Well when I called I asked and the lady said no it is not automated and that there was an option. And that I could not return or exchanged. And on policies said as long as it is unopened in original package I can exchange. And I told her I wanted to speak to supervisor and she said she could not that I would be put on a list. What the hell this is the worst customer service I have ever delt with. She started being a Bxxxx to me. How can you be a business if you can not talk to a supervisor! I am very dissapointed and will not buy from here again! Do not buy you will be dissapointed in the products and service from these people.

Worst customer service! I've spent a lot of money on there and I ordered a bunch of ornaments in Dec 1st. I got my order on Dec 11th and they shipped me one ornament that was someone else's ornament. I emailed and called to get my ornament that was missing. They said it would ship out very soon. By Thursday Dec 18th, it still hadn't shipped so I call and ask if they're going to expedite my order and they said the only thing she can do is refund me! Um, why can't they expedite it?! She said, you'll get it on Christmas eve. What is that going to do for me when its a gift for someone else and I won't see them then?! I ordered it Dec 1 but I'm guaranteed it be Dec 24th?! Does that sound like they care about their customers?! I would say NO!

I ordered my items on Nov 23 2017, and just received it on Dec 23 2017. It said it would be shipped UPS, but not that UPS delivers it to the post office and then it is shipped by slooooowwww boat. They emailed me that it was guaranteed to be received by Christmas, they were right, but I can't mail it out in time for Christmas. I will not order from them again.

I uploaded pictures for a shower curtain until their system stopped giving me warnings that I needed a different picture. Then it showed a preview and the preview looked fine. What they shipped me was horrible. It was blurry and looked nothing like the picture I uploaded. This place is a scam. I have been trying to track an anniversary gift, order # *******, with the link provided with the order confirmation. The link goes to UPS and they have had no updates since 12 December when the message says "Waiting for your package to arrive at facility.". I contacted UPS and they have not received the package from Personalization Mall. I have emailed Personalization Mall three times and still haven't received an answer as to when or if it was really shipped. I've tried calling but it just goes to voicemail that says that they're too busy and that I should email. I'm beginning to think this company is a scam atrist and that I've been scammed.
Will NEVER order from "Personalization Mall" EVER again. They are NOT helping their customers. Unbelievable they stopped my shipment by 3days. FedEx was delivering to me by Friday at 5. Personalization Mall held my package telling FedEx not to deliver for three days. I paid extra to receive package early. Personalization Mall told me that I paid for 2 to 7 Day shipment. They don't regard the 2nd day, nor the 3rd, nor the 4th or 5th... if you pay extra it will send you message they are delivering in 3 days " That is bogus" then they will till you and the 5th day that is also bogus or should we say a lie.
I believe they held my package up because I called and raised cain.
