Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
Was notified that the item was shipped. Week later UPS info still not updated. Contacted them on website and no response. Owned by 800flowers so I get it now. Two horrible companies.
I ordered a pillow with a specialized name and jpg (provided by the company). This thing was delivered and is a flat pancake pillow. Not only that but the Iron-On is so clearly outlined with dirt I will NOT be giving this as the gift intended.

I purchased 2 items for my mother's birthday. I ordered on a tuesday and paid $20 delivery to get it in 2 days. It was friday and i didn't receive anything. I ordered a frame for a gift to my niece who had just had her baby. The frame arrived in tact, but did not have the correct information on it. Instead of 19' or 19 inches repeating, it said 19 over and over. It just doesn't make sense. Their response when I ask if it can be redone, was 'you approved it' 'we clearly ask online before you submit'. Ok, you might have clearly asked... but it wasn't clear the way it was laid out online as to whether or not the word inches was needed. Besides, it's clearly a frame for an infant that has birth specific information. If a live person would be approving this before it hits the production line, it would be helpful, because this would not have happened. I clearly meant 19 INCHES! But after you sign off online, it's a signed deal! There's no calling immediately after to ask them to make corrections... they don't care. Whatever happened to quality assurance? Just glad there are other places to order personalized items from... I need more from customer service than some robot on 'Live Chat' who obviously has no personal skills.

I ordered a custom memorial afghan for my girlfriend for Christmas. I placed my order December 3rd. They guaranteed delivery by Christmas if I placed my order by December 5th. I did not get it by Christmas. I called customer service December 28th to inquire. They said it was being filled by an outside warehouse and didn't have much info on its whereabouts. I placed 4 more calls days apart and never got any shipping or tracking info. They continued to apologize and said they were waiting for a response from the warehouse. I never heard back from anyone. I did not receive my package until January 18th. That's almost a month after their guarentee! This was exactly 2 days after I called to request a refund. Amazing how they found my order once I wanted my money back! I will never order from them again
My grandmother passed away I found a beautiful picture of my mother and her I wanted to get a blanket with both of them on there and I thought it would be an amazing gift for the holidays for her and when I got it it was blurry the picture was not centered so I contacted customer service they sent me an email I had to email the people and they told me they were not going to give me a refund or fix my product that I was dissatisfied with they told me that I can buy another product and they would get me discount wanted my mom to have a good good hearted gift that she could hold to her heart but instead I got a blanket that is blurry and not centered I'm extremely unhappy

AWFUL! Soooo sad that the "With Love" was printed "WIth Love" on our Christmas cards as the script choice on the computer looked like a cursive "i" not an "I". When I called to ask if they could "make it right" since on the computer screen was not correct representation and the "rep" told me I should have read over the word again! I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND PERSONALIZATION MALL TO ANYONE! Shame on you for yelling at me! I am the customer who is part of the reason you even have a job!
Navy mat bleached to lavender in 3 months - they would not exchange and customer service said they didn't care if they received a bad review - they wouldn't exchange or refund after 30 days

I ordered a gift and paid for it to arrive on Valentine's Day
I called ahead when I noticed the order status statement say it will be delivered on or before VDay. The customer service Rep was very rude and she hung up on me.
I tried to explain to her I understood their delivery statement of "could be delivered on or b4"but that was not posted in at check out.
At check out the BOLD STATEMENT IN RED TEXT READ: If you want this delivered ON Valentine's Day select Standard shipping which I did and paid an additional $8.99 for.
I called back and requested to speak to a Manager. I was transferred to the Manager's voice mail, I lefty a message for her to call me me back. I haven't heard anything since my call to them on 2-10-2017. Of course my surprise effect was ruined, delivery was on 2-13-2017

I just received my shipment of 6 beer mugs for our 50th wedding anniversary The box was packed very well and there was absolutely no damage to the mugs They were very nicely engraved and were extremely well constructed They were better than I imagined
I ordered "So In Love" as a gift for my sister, the picture on line was so nice but when I received it I was so disappointed. It was cheaply made and looks like crap. Needless to say nothing I want to give as a gift and as it was already personalized and this piece of junk meets their standards I cannot return it. DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY, over priced crap.

Ordered an item 14 days prior to Mother's Day. In fairness, there was a banner over the item that initially said it was not available for delivery before Mother's Day, however... There was another banner with a coupon code that said if I used the code I'd be guaranteed free shipping before Mother's Day. So, I decided to proceed with the order. After I entered the code, guess what? It said I was guaranteed to have it before Mother's Day! I went ahead with the order, and the confirmation message popped up again. Strangely, about an hour later someone actually called me on the phone and said they needed to verify my billing address (weird because it was ON THE ORDER). She casually asked me if I had noticed that the item was not eligible to be received prior to Mother's Day. I told her I didn't understand, because after entering the code it said otherwise. She said I probably didn't see all the disclaimers because I ordered it using my iPhone! Later I emailed and even sent a screen shot of the confirmation page I saw after ordering, but got the same response.
I told them to go ahead with the order... The little pendant I ordered was really sweet, and I'm hoping it will look as good as in the picture. I'll just get to have an awkward moment on Mother's Day when I get to tell her "your gift is on the way!"

I placed an order for Christmas delivery and spoke to an extremely rude customer service rep who said I saw no such thing as guaranteed delivery charge and I actually went back online to place an order to get to the shipping section and it indeed says for an extra shipping charge I can have my item DELIVERED by Dec 24.2nd customer service rep said even though it says that, my particular item takes longer. Well then why was it offered when I placed my particular item? The first rep would not let me speak to a supervisor because my issue didn't warrant a supervisor call. And wouldn't even let me cancel my order since the information was misleading. Why would I pay extra shipping if I wasn't receiving my item for Christmas? Awful, I will NEVER order from them again.
Horrible company! After paying expedited shipping, item arrived after the wedding and they were to decorate the event tables and they refused to refund me! Don't buy from this shady company!
