Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
Here's a company that offers a variety of items and they specialize in PERSONALIZATION. The irony of this is that they are a company that offers NO, ZERO, personalization to their customers! None. You can email, no response. Call, no human being OR worse - you're told the wait time is 2 HOURS. Seriously? 2 hours? They give you a tracking number that doesn't take you to the place where you can actually see what's happening. So, you take the time to key in the ridiculously long number only to learn that it shipped and it's in transit. For two weeks? My gosh, I could have driven it myself and gotten it there in a 1/4 of the time and it's half way across the United States! Serious? To add insult to injury when you email them they want you to prove you're not a robot by checking off a collection of silly boxes. Totally absurd. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THESE ROBOTS. There are too many other choices in this world to settle for this kind of commerce abuse. Sign me, Once bitten, twice - shy. At least. Oh, this is hilarious - before I submit this I have to certify that these birds didn't offer me any incentive or payment from them to write this review. Oh my gosh. This takes the cake.
I ordered a very special blanket... each grandchilds name in a different color. The problem... the ink bled into the white blanket.
I talked to Pat, I talked to Keisha. Not helpful AT ALL! It is MY PROBLEM they said. It is suppose to have a " rainbow effect". BULL SH_T! It is NOT suppose to run. Neither would allow my to speak to a customer service supervisor. I am now stuck with a tacky blanket with NO hope of getting one that is made correctly. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. They advertised guarantee delivery for Christmas, apparently there is fine print you have to search for in Faqs or clicking on certain icons on their page. Well, I did not search for the fine print and believed what the advertisement said as it did not indicate any qualifiers or limitations. I have ordered from them at Christmas fir years and have not been mislead - thats why I trusted them. Well, it did not arrive for Christmas. I called the company on Christmas Eve. She actually said - "of over a million customers how come I am the only one" No offers or compensation. "I apologise if you did not understand" Not taking any responsibility. You should place qualifiers on a guarantee that is easily seen. I was a loyal returning customer. This is how you treat a loyal customer. Never again. I have spent a lot of money this company. Never again. Integrity and honesty is impt to me. They should have offered me something as a repair attempt to the misunderstanding. Not good business.
I ordered a GOOD bit of my Christmas presents from here on NOV 28th said it was shipped on NOV 30th. Now my tracking number tells me its been sitting at some shipping partner in Georgia since DEC 3rd?! I tried getting through to customer service... nothing! The personalized baby cap has an iron-on decal that was so cheesy and and ugly that I threw it in the garbage can. Absolutely the most disappointing product I have ever bought online.

Do not order a friends clock! I sent 2 as christmas presents... both were screwed up! When i called customer service service they were not helpful. Very very embarassed sending those as gifts!

PM's failure to prepare for their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales cost me big time! I had 2 products in my cart and ready to go (on sale for 30% less AND free shipping because the amount qualified) but then one of the items (the personalized casserole dish) became "unavailable and on back order." I called Customer Service and explained what happened and basically was told "oh, well" and that there was nothing that she could do. Then she "generously" gave me a coupon (ORDER20) to help me out. BIG DEAL! This is the same coupon currently being offered to everyone, and the amount to receive free shipping has nearly doubled. The casserole dish is now back in stock but no longer on sale. Were I to go ahead and place my order it would be over $30 more for the same purchase - AND it was PersonalizationMall's fault (not mine) as they failed to plan for one of larger sales of the year. I have purchased from PM before but I highly doubt that I will ever shop here again. HORRENDOUS customer service. Any upper level PM managers willing to make this right? I'd love a response and the opportunity to re-write this review.

I am a one time only customer. This place will try to pass off repaired and damaged products. I ordered 4 items and one was a mirrored glass jewelry box. It was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift for my daughter's godmother. The glass was cracked (or the backing off the glass piece so gave a broken/black look) and the box handle was soldered on crooked. The metal on the box was very dull & discolored and had almost some sort of film? On it that wouldn't come off. Customer service was 1st great and said it shouldn't have been shipped with the quality it was. They rushed me another one so I'd have it on time. When I received that one, I instantly noticed that a small section on the side of the box had been soldered. Of course there was the same discoloration on the metal, but the soldering bothered me most. I paid for a new item but received one that had been repaired/fixed and passed off to me. Customer service told me to send pictures again and that I'd get a call back Saturday to discuss options. The gift was supposed to be given the following day on Mother's Day. I didn't receive any call, only an email Monday stating that a refund was issued. No apology or explanation. Awful...
I ordered a retirement throw - enscribed - twice now. The first one was several years ago and I did not have any problems and therefore I ordered another last week. At the end of the first line I included an exclamation point. When previewed online before ordering - the wording looked fine and the picture they showed was small and it was unclear to me that the exclamation mark would be on top of the word and it appeared to be part of the word. When I received it in the mail it was clearly unacceptable and I sent them an email attaching a picture and then called Customer Service. She said her name was Sharon. She was extremely curt and rude and talked over me. She said the preview clearly showed how it would look and basically it was my fault because i did not include a space. She offered no assistance and said I would have to order another one and she could send me a coupon. I was shocked. I was hoping I couldn't send it back and perhaps they could find a way to fix it - I didn't want to try myself and ruin it. I spent over 60.00 on this gift. I will take my loss but never use this company again and will spread the word. If she would have been more compassionate and willing to help but again I was so surprised at how she talked to me I don't think I have ever had a company rep talk to me like that.
The girls loved these and can use them every time they miss their family! Great quality too! They washed and used them right away
Flawed Imprinting on Bowl - Do Not Buy

The bowl I received had severely shrunken graphics and personalization. It neither came close to matching the online photo of the product ad nor match the same bowl I had purchased previously.
I sent photos of the defects to their Quality Assurance Department, which was useless. They avoid any responsibility for their defects, stating: "This has been reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and they have determined the item was made according to the design parameters created by our Design Department." I had to get a customer service supervisor to approve a refund as a "one time courtesy" to avoid me contesting the credit card charge. They refuse to admit their mistakes.
They feel that their photos of products do not have to correctly reflect the product you will receive. Avoid them at all costs or expect frustration. No integrity at their Quality Assurance Department.
Photo shows new defective large bowl (skinny printing of design) vs. previous small bowl purchased and designed properly (that one matched their ad). They claim the design wraps the bowl but it barely covered half of the bowl's circumference. So compare the last two pics: the defective product they tried to pass off vs. the ad they have on their site.
They lost a customer. I am okay with mistakes. But when this company's "Quality Assurance Department" tries to pass its mistakes on to the customer, then it is a business that lacks integrity, in my opinion, and they do not earn the trust of customers. Save time. Save disappointment. Save abusive customer service and corporate bureaucracy. Shop elsewhere. Just my opinions and recommendation.

Despite having a quality issue in the past that the company refused to fix and having read numerous negative reviews, against my better judgement I ordered a personalized, holiday teacher gift that was paid for and given by my daughter's entire kindergarten class. The wording on the shadow box was correct, but the screen that is the background was the incorrect color. I ordered a tan screen, but the company personalized my order on a gray screen. When I called to inform them, at first the rep. Said that my item would be replaced and done so in time to present the teacher with her correct gift. However, as I've experienced before, the "quality control" department sent me through a series of "steps" that are set in place to deter the customer from taking action and they actually denied sending me a corrected item, claiming that I in fact had received a tan screen as I had ordered. They only offered to credit me back 20% of my order, which amounted to a whole $5.00, while I paid almost $10.00 in shipping alone! Only someone with very poor vision could possibly say that I received anything but a dark gray screen. If I had in fact received a tan screen as they claim, then this company grossly misrepresents their products and color choices. They proceeded to lie about what customer service had informed me of, told me that my item only had one screen color choice while the item actually has 5 screen color choices, and were extremely rude and unprofessional. I've never in my life experienced such complete deceitfulness from a company and total lack of competency. They should be ashamed of themselves for robbing a customer and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this horrible business.

So disappointed, orderd and paid the additional for the hoilday shipping to have it here by Christmas. When I got the confirmation email with the tracking number it showed a delivery of 12/29. I called customer service and was told there was a shipping error on their end and that they would give me my shipping charges back if I called once item was delivered. I asked if I could go one line and reorder it and they could give me a discount on the 30.00 next day shipping so I could have my item in time, and was told no since it was a different order. They did say I was more than welcomed to go back online and reorder it and pay the shipping charge and 'try again'. But they would offer no credit towards that order. They were very unapologetic and didn't offer much as far as customer service. I am curious what the item will look like once received as now as I read all the other revies, it sounds as if this place is not worthy of any business. This was a very important personalized gift and they have ruined what was upposed to be a very special moment... you will not get my business again.
