Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!

Terrible customer service and authorization practices. I've placed previous orders using my maiden name on my debit card and my married name on the billing address, and never had an issue with an order processing. Then I placed an order with my spouse's card, in which I am an authorized user on with the bank. I used the same billing address and being an authorized user, I used my first name. My spouse and I share the same last name, so I obviously never thought there would be an issue with the transaction. Of course there wasn't an issue on my banks end, because I am authorized user and the billing address is correct, but Personalizationmall put my order on hold. I can understand flagging an order with a different last name, but not an order that has the same last name and multiple personalized items showing the same last name as both seen on the billing address and card used. There was even a wedding picture bought with our last names on it. I cancelled the order because the authorization process was insane and unprofessional. They wanted to speak to my spouse directly, (as if they had any way of verifying that it was my spouse speaking on the PHONE) and asked them to call their department to verify the purchase. I even told the customer service representative that I am an authorized user and can verify the card numbers, but was denied this. Having had no previous issues with orders made with completely different last names, I was appalled at this blatantly idiotic policy. My spouse had to take time out of their work day to give this company a call and verify the purchase. Instead, I told them to cancel because I am never going to give this company my business again. It should not be this difficult to place an order and their department should be more concerned with differing last names on orders above all things. This is also concerning to me for those in the LGBT community who may be dead-named!

I ordered a blanket on 2/14/21 for my mom's birthday. I paid $16.99 for shipping in order to receive it in her actual birthday which was 2/19/21. The blanket was shipped on 2/17/21. The item arrived in Memphis, TN on 2/19 which is 8-9 hours away from where I live. I contacted customer service via email and they told me the item would be delivered that day. I tried explaining to them that it wasn't possible. I kept reaching out. On 2/23 I received an email that FedEx could now locate the package and I could be sent a replacement. Some how, the replacement was shipped out in less than 10 hours. I was skeptical about that because it is a personalized blanket with 8 names in it. There is still no update on the original item shipped. It's still sitting in Memphis. The replacement is set to arrive on 2/26. I think they could definitely improve their customer service. I've seen so many complaints about this. Waiting to see if I receive the replacement and how it looks.

By far the worst experience I've ever had ordering online. How this company stays open is purely a scam. They take your money & then take MONTHS to ship your items. I finally received my items & lo and behold, the item is not correct! I call for my replacement & they say they don't know when it will ship because of COVID, which has been their excuse for everything. The supervisor called me back 4 DAYS AFTER I called about my order being wrong, even though I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours, and started off by reading basically a statement about COVID, then stops & says oh, you received an incorrect item. All that means is they don't care about customer issues & are just giving everyone the same scripted excuse. My order was placed April 9th. Today is June 16th. This is not a new order. It's an order that should be expedited because of their lack of care to fully examine orders to make sure they're going out correctly. They willingly & expeditiously take your money & then leave you up in the air about when you'll receive your stuff, or the right order at that. A company should try to make their clients happy & that is not what they even make an attempt to do. An error on their behalf should be rectified right away, not just oh, we don't know when we can ship it out, but you'll get it one day. Ridiculous. The only thing they want to mention is a refund. I don't want a refund. I want my order to be rectified & shipped to me immediately. All of the horrible reviews people leave are completely true. Bad communication, processing time, & customer service. Product review is clearly something they don't even do. And honestly, they should have stopped taking orders & people's money if they were going to blame everything on COVID.
Missed delivery for Christmas 2nd year in a row! I ordered from you last year, an ornament with my grandson's picture on it - he passed away at 5 months old. The ornament was for his mother. I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas and it did not arrive. I thought I would give you a second chance this year and I ordered on Dec. 4,2021, earlier than last year, and was again guaranteed delivery by Christmas. As of yesterday the tracking information promised it would be delivered by end of day today. It was not! I just looked at tracking information and the delivery date of today has been deleted and no information is available regarding a delivery date - exactly what happened last year! I even called your office four days ago to explain what happened last year and to express my concern that the tracking data showed the package arrived 20 miles from my home on Dec. 14th but had yet to be delivered and did not show a delivery date. I wanted to make sure I received the present as guaranteed by your company this year after what happened last year. I was assured by your representative that the package would arrive by end of day December 23rd, and a delivery date with December 23rd was placed up on the tracking information the day of my call. When the package did not arrive today I tried to call you and you are closed until after Christmas! I now do not have a present for a relative and have to go buy one tomorrow. Last year, your mistake hurt a grieving mother, this year another family member. Because I need to purchase another gift tomorrow, I want my money refunded immediately! I gave your company a 2nd chance, and was let down AGAIN! I have called Federal Express and was told that your company uses the cheapest shipping option which allows them to deliver the package whenever they want and they will get it to me when they can. I spent $67 to order some items from this company. I planned to used these items as Christmas gifts for my family members. They gave me delivery day "December 21". However, i used their tracking numbers to check and noticed that THE ITEMS NEVER MOVED! It stays there FOREVER! I called usps and they said they never recieved the package! I called the company customer support... NO words! I emailed them... NO RESPONSE! Yesterday was December 21; i went to this website and complained, then someone replied to my message. Thanks God!
Yesterday evening, i got an email (FROM JEFF CHUN) saying that he thinks my orders have been lost by carriers, so he entered the replacement for me. Then this morning i got NEW ORDER NUMBER: *******R and FeDex Tracking number. In JEFF CHUN's email, he promised that the package would arrive on time for Christmas!
I used the FedEx tracking number to check the status. It says "lable created; delivery day December 24 by 0800 pm." Well, i really hope the package gonna be here on december 24! I ordered personalized golf towel for my clients 70th birthday. He golfs around the world. His name looked like it was ironed on and the coloring was only on the surface of the towel fibers. Just moving the towel or scratching the name and it's basically is white like the towel. Im too embarassed to give it to him it such poor quality!
Also for Valentines, I bought the island paradise canvas print where you personalize your name and parteners name with anniversary date into the heart in the sand. The image is so blurry and pixelated, I was embarrassed to give it to my hubbie. Who would buy and hang up a blurry photo on their wall?! These guys are on crack or from China.
I also bought 2 peraonlized workout towels that were scartchy as hell.
I asked for a refund on the golf towel and canvas since I didn't think they would give me a refund on the entire order. They honored the golf towel but said that the canvas image- "that's how it comes!" Blurry :/ Someone needs to shut them down for misrepresenting themselves, skewing the reviews, and selling products that are not suitable for sale. Very Fraudulent company taking advantage of innocent people and making millions of dollars.
I just received my personalized mug I had made for a Christmas and it turned out better than I hoped it would.

I ordered from PersonalizationMall.com on Thursday, August 15th for my husband's birthday on the 24th. They sent it through FedEx, and they said "Package shipped on August 19,2019 via FedEx.". I logged into FedEx.com to track the package and it said:
"Friday, 8/23/2019 6:06 pm. Delivery exception. Customer not available or business closed"
"Thursday, 8/22/2019 2:38 pm. "Delivery exception. Customer not available or business closed"
All of the above statements by FedEx are a complete lie; they never knocked at my door or rang the bell, and I am absolutely positive of this because I have been sick and I have been home all the time during the last week.
Nevertheless, when I saw this situation, I requested FedEx to hold the package on site; they said they would deliver it at my local Walgreens at the end of the day, around 6:00 PM. As they never contacted me through text message as I also requested, I decided to go twice today to Walgreens to pick up the package. It was 10:00 PM and they had not delivered anything.
As of today, August 26th nothing has been delivered yet.
My husband's birthday was on August 24th. This package contained my husband's birthday present and I never got it. The surprise is completely, absolutely ruined. I demand a refund.
Wish I could leave -5 stars. Overall experience has been awful. Put my email on a backorder notification list, a few days later I pulled up the item on a computer to show my sister what I was going to order once it was back in stock. But I see it was back in stock and I did not receive an email. I went to order it and it was already sold out! I called customer service and talked to the miserable lady "Sharon" who can barely speak proper English or put an educated sentence together. As other reviewers mentioned-- Sharon did not take any time at all to actually LISTEN (like a CSA should do) and she kept cutting me off, extremely rude and could not get my story correct and was telling me why I never received a notification and that it was MY fault! However, what she was missing over and over again was the fact I was referencing a previous item color that was backordered and now no longer in stock! She kept referring to another color, after acknowledging the fact that she could see my email in for the white color I preferred! I told her, after 10+mins, that she was not understanding what I was saying and you would've thought I verbally assaulted her! She jumped down MY throat, I simply stated she was being incredibly ignorant and rude and she hung up. Here I called to give them MONEY and to explain my situation so she would better understand why I was calling her to MAKE SURE the white was not in stock, not back ordered or anything else, so that I could move forward in my purchase. I will make sure to pass my awful experience on to other potential buyers and leave a review any where possible because you do NOT DO customer service like that! Obviously she needs a new job!

I ordered 4 Christmas stockings for my twins' first Christmas on 12/4. The stockings arrived on 12/10 and looked like they were made by people without supervision or guidance. The names were placed at haphazard locations on each of the stockings (so they do not look uniform at all when placed on the mantle). My son's name is completely crooked (they started the lettering at.25 inches and it ended at 1.25 inches). My name was placed on the stocking at 1.375 inches below the seam, while my daughter's name was placed at.375 inches below the seam. Finally my husband's name was placed at.75 inches below the seam. See the proof for yourself--the pictures are worth more than my words. I sent pictures of the defects to their Customer Service department on 12/12 and the response I received on 12/13 (after I called to follow up) was as follows:
"This has been reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and they have determined the item was made according to the design parameters created by our Design Department.
We suggest to take the stocking and open the cuff up and adjust the cuff material. The cuff at the top of the stocking needs to be aligned so the name gets centered. You may have to lay a book or something heavy on the stocking to make the creases on the side lay flat."
Now I ask you? What does the cuff have to do with the positioning of the letters on the body of the stocking? I took a picture of all the cuffs lined up and surprise, surprise... the letters were still crooked and misaligned.
If this is their standard of design, do yourself a HUGE favor and find another company to do business with--one who truly values their customers and honors their published word.
