Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
Ordered a Christmas stocking for my grandson for $14, shipping costs were $13. Item shipped Dec 4 and every day UPS delays the order. PM web site states item will arrive in 3-5 days. Its Dec 14th and the item still has not arrived. I am so disappointed with Personalization Mall for charging an outrageous fee when the item may have arrived quicker and cheaper using the post office.
I do not recommend this company and will never use again.

I should have looked at review before ordering from personalization.com. I ordered Halloween shirts for my granddaughters. The personalization washed out the first time the shirts were put into a washing machine. What a waste of money! Their only refund was a credit on another purchase. The only reason the company did not receive 0 stars is because they were prompt in responding to me.
Ordered three family tree wood ornaments on 11/04/21. Christmas has come and gone and still not received. Impossible to contact. I waited 40 minutes to speak with customer service. Finally gave up. I will refer to my bank for charge back.

Was shocked to see a large, ugly bubble in the middle of the crystal ice bucket I'd ordered for my best friend's silver anniversary. Not only was it unsightly, the glass was missing on the inside of the bubble. Making the wall extremely thin and vulnerable to breakage. Their "customer service" claimed the defect was just a "subtle marking inherent to glass products". Nothing "subtle" about this eyesore! I cannot give the personalized gift to my friend and have basically wasted $75. Would never buy from them again!
I was nervous after reading all of the negative reviews for the personalizationmall site, but I had a really positive experience. My orders came in. In about a week. Yea, it states 2 days, but shipping is delayed everywhere right now. My items were perfect! No flaws and I am so excited about giving them as gifts.

Horrible customer service. Their website lies. It's not a fast turn around. Could take weeks to send out and when you inquire, they say soon because they have no clue. I regret using this company. Don't use this company, look and buy elsewhere. You will be grateful you did.

Beware of doing business with this company. They have a customer service department that could not care less about their customers. You'll probably be fine as long as there is not a problem with your order, but if you do run into a snag - you're on your own to try to fix it! They seem to have a "sorry, too bad" policy when something goes wrong.

Got 2 personalized aluminum bottles --> should have gotten 50 while they were $13 a piece! Quality product with tight sealing lids and straw/sipping feature. The printing is awesome. My name is uncommon, so it's a real treat, and the surname bottle is for my family white elephant. This one is gonna get stolen for sure!
I ordered a plaque which was supposed to arrive in plenty of time for Xmas... it never showed up, I never received a tracking number, no one ever replied to any emails, and customer service promised 3 times they would call me and let me know when the product would arrive. Not 1 phone call. I was told everyone else is normally satisfied to have their shipping refunded..., apparently no one ever gets anything from this site on time. I will never order from them again.
Ordered mugs on 12/8 received e-mail that they were shipped 12/10. I had paid for expedited Shipping. Well today is 12/22 and still no mugs. Sent numerous e-mails, no response. Called numerous times, never answered, only told experiencing heavy call volume to check account which says shipped. Called transit company and they state never received order to ship. Very bad customer service, will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered two of these boxes for my sons. One came back with a visible bar code, and the other arrived with fuzzy font. I spoke with two customer service reps who were both very friendly and apologetic; however, they are not the ones making the decisions for this company. I received word that they would replace the one with the barcode but that the other one was fuzzy probably due to "lint". I found it insulting that someone would think I can't tell the difference between lint and a fuzzy font. As a result, I mailed both back. When I presented the postal worker with my box, she rolled her eyes, and said, "Oh... I know THAT company!" Evidently a lot of these packages have come across her mail desk, and now I know why. Now I am stuck with $80 in store credit that I can't imagine using/wasting here. Please. If you are looking for something special for someone, RUN, don't walk somewhere else, anywhere else! I would love to include images, but they contain personal information.
I absolutely love ordering from this company. They are fast and reliable. Most recently there was an incident where my local post office caught fire... all my items smelled of smoke. I contacted the organization and after a few quick email exchanges, they have agreed to replace and ship my items for free. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
I have ordered a gift to my cousin, there was some technical problems on their website so in my first 2 attempts, the order did not went through, when re-directed from paypal to their website, my shopping cart went empty, with no item to complete the order.
Imagine how shocked I was to find out later that I have placed duplicate orders! Called customer service immediately (less than 36 hours after placing the order), the woman was unsympathetic, she insisted that there's no problem on their website and refused to give me a refund for the item, so I ended up paying for the duplicate orders!

We purchased a personalized runner... BEWARE... you cannot walk on the material used as it attracts every spec and is ground in immediately in addition to the material to knot up. No amount of cleaning or brushing improves this horrible material used as a RUNNER! I emailed customer service at Personalization Mall and received a response from Christopher M... returns are only accepted if there was a mistake in the personalization! Their RUNNERS are only made to be hung on the wall! Huge disappointment and waste of money as this was a gift. I was forced to give one star. Would not let me choose zero.
Doormat insert too small for rubber tray and not secured so it moves. Letters are weirdly smeared and not like the sample you have to approve before ordering. Def not quality worthy of the $95 BEFORE the express shipping added to total $132. Wish I would have read all the bad reviews prior to ordering
I ordered one of their memorial clocks for a friend for her birthday. I ordered with plenty of time only to get a blurry heart shaped blob. I emailed and they asked for photo proof which I obliged. I was informed they agreed it was not up to standard and they were going to ship a new one out. A week later I got an email that another was on its way and would be here the following week. Now a full 10 days past my friends birthday. It finally arrived with a cracked clock face! I emailed and asked for a refund but got no reply. DO NOT use this website for anything that has to do with a precious memory of someone. They will ruin it and your gift. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

3. The wooden signs are not wood…. They are so thin and cheep! The hinges broke immediately

I ordered my gift November 26,2020. It is currently January 26,2021. TWO MONTHS! I called and emailed and no responses. I got told I'm an idiot and got hung up on by customer service! The gift was for my fiancé for Christmas and it was very personal! We just had our baby 2 weeks ago from yesterday. Don't ever purchase from this company. You will be very unsatisfied to say the least!
Do your self a favor and never order anything from this website. First off, the quality is absolutely horrendous. Second thing is their customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced in my life. This was meant for an elderly crippled woman who lost her dog and wanted a memorial grave they said they couldn't reduce the picture or at least centered it! This cost 26.00! Rip off they refused to remake it. So im stuck with it. Shame on this company and their lie to guarantee satisfaction

I have ordered several items and received several gifts from personalization mall. They all came out exactly as expected! I recommended this site to a friend who made a blanket with pictures, and wasn't very satisfied. Photo gifts are a bit more difficult when ordering online. I have found shipping a bit longer around the holidays, but nothing significant. I will definitely order again, this site is my "go-to" for gifts!

Purchased a personalized swimming sweatshirt in gold. Final product received was mottled in spots and the name was illegible. Sent a photo and their "quality assurance" team said it was properly manufactured. Suggest you steer clear... almost ordered for an entire swim team but wanted to get a sample first.
