Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
I recently placed an order (about a week ago) and I'm so happy with my items! They arrived in perfect condition and right on schedule in time for Mother's Day :) I was a bit skeptical after seeing so many negative reviews, but I'm glad I decided to order. I got 4 custom coffee mugs in perfect condition. Will definitely be ordering from Personalization Mall again!
I ordered a blanket for my Mother in Law in November & still waiting on! I'm not one to complain but it's been over a month since they said it was shipped & sorry but if your shipping company is that slow. Find another one! And when you call CS all they can tell you is you will have to wait till shipping updates... are you serious! What kind of CS is that?! I've been waiting on it over a month & was being patient now I'm just mad! Never ordering from this place again!
I would not buy a paperclip from these people. Threw my order into dispute with my credit card company and received a full refund. Beware if you buy from them... look at the over all ratings from so many customers. 89 one stars. That should be a clue for anyone wanting to buy from this company.
I have ordered several things from this company and would have recommended it to any one until now! I ordered a wood plank with my parents picture on it for x mas and it has major over spray of stain right through the middle of their faces and moms eye is gauged out. Looks horrible and they refuse to replace! Its going in the garbage and i have to buy a new gift SUCKS! Cause they wanted a matching one like the one me and my husband had for their mantel! NOT HAPPY!
I bought some homeware for my friends and I was able to personalize it with their photos and names. That is really a great gift to give.
I bought a yard stake in May this year and within 6 months it was peeling, yes peeling off the stake. When I notified the company they told me that there was nothing they could do because it was past the 30 days of purchase. They also told me that I should not have had it out in direct sunlight.
" We can verify that it does state on our website in the product description: Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. We do again apologize but can verify that the weather will eventually fade the personalization on the magnet. We would never suggest leaving the item out all year round exposed to the elements."
I did not mention anything about fading, I said the stake was peeling off the stake. No one buys yard stakes to take in at night or put on their yard at certain times of the year. Don't buy anything from this website. What bothers me is I bought a gift for someone earlier in the year, I am just praying that it does not start peeling off too...

Ordered a Christmas ornament 12/7/21. It is 1/2/22. This shipment has been delayed several times. As of today is still delayed and no delivery date. Customer service is an absolute joke and will not help you at all. When you make a purchase it is 100% guaranteed! Not the case!
They will send you a scripted email about "exceptions". Do not order from this company they will not send out a replacement or a refund. Do yourself a favor, order from someone else they do not care about the customer or your satisfaction.

This company SUCKS! Ordered a print with my family names on it. Arrived much darker than what showed on the website. Could not read it from 5 feet away. The company sent the case through their "quality assurance department" who said it was made correctly and the could / would not make it better. Furthermore, they refused to give me a refund. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. STAY AWAY!

I called since the first set of masks did not match in ear loop size only to be told they should have toggle in the bag. NOPE not a thing and the ear loops are not even elastic. I sent over a picture so they said ok we will replace your order. I get the replacement today and the color is WAY! They finally have elastic ear loops but the elastic is so thin and ready to break. The fabric color is not even close and I got 2 cheap rubber pieces that are suppose to be the adjusters. What a joke! Do not waste your time or money!
I received my order, a large personalized wooden cutting board and it was severely warped. When I called you customer service line the lady told me to take pictures so your company could determine what they are going to do. This was a defective product and I am owed my money back. I am contacting my bank and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is fraud!

These shirts are not made for actual children but baby dolls. The 2T shirt neck hole measures only 4" in diameter. A new born baby's head is larger than this... don't waste your money if you have a real child. Attached are pictures of the shirt I ordered vs a shirt made for living children. Both are "2T".
Ordered 2 Baby personalized Mini bats which had the babies names, birth date, weight and length of the baby. Could hardly see the engravings. Called the company and they requested I send them an email with pictures. Sent the info but have NOT heard back!

So I ordered anniversary gift for the kids. Shipping was half as much as gift. Then I receive email the following week that now with virus and all, they are providing free shipping on orders more than $35. Called, asked if they would honor that for my order from the week earlier-answer no, and it is not even being shipped until middle June due to virus, yet I was billed right away-ouch!. On order form it said this purchase qualifies for $10 credit from shopsmarter, I click on that, give information, and 2 days later I see on credit card not a $10 credit, but a $10 charge. I cancelled order and suggest you all do not get to that stage, don't place an order with these folks.
This company is absolutely terrible! They do NOT ship all of your items and when they don't, they refuse to take full responsibility for it. They mess up customized items and then give you the run around so they don't have to replace the item or refund your money. Their customer service is horrendous! I was hung up on and no one ever responds to emails sent to their support line. Stay away from this company. Spend your money with a company who appreciates their customers.

As I write this In in hold for over and hour and 20 minutes was told 30 minutes. I ordered rolling pen as a gift was told it shipped on 12/05/2020 this is Dec 17 2020 still not received. This is horrible bussiness. You can only blame cov 19 for so much people. I will never order from this place again update talked to a very helpful person they issued me a full refund.so here it is 12/23 they shipped and received yesterday after was told on 12 /17 my refund was to happen in 24 to 48 hours only to get an email 3 days later saying they found my item and would ship told them item was on longer needed as I had to go buy something else. For party now there saying I can ship back at my expense what a joke lot of wasted time to try ordering from this company

I originally posted a negative review because of misrepresentation of a product I ordered. And yes, the product did not look like the photo, nor did it come close to being what was advertised, however there was a disclaimer that I had originally missed. Also the first time I contacted the company they offered me 20% discount and I didn't feel that was sufficient but they have since agreed to credit my account the money I paid for the first item and I am applying it to words another gift. I think this was more than fair on their part, and I'm 100% satisfied with their customer service.
I ordered a special t-shirt for my husband for Christmas that read "Grandpa's Caddies". The first time I washed it, it ripped at the neck seam -- the thread came loose leaving a hole between the shirt and the trim. Several emails and phone calls to their customer service brought no response. I will never shop here again. Poor quality and poor customer service do not make happy customers.
Ordered a portfolio for my son that's attending college with his name on the portfolio. The wording/ writing on the portfolio was very big.i Contacted CS: this has been reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and they have determined the item was made according to the design parameters created by our Design Department. The preview on their site is much smaller then what I received. Im very very disappointed! I would love to attach a photo however I don't want to expose my son information.
I have had very satisfying experiences in the past but unfortunately this year is different. Purchased 5 personalized tumblers with straws for Christmas gifts. Found 1 with a bent straw, emailed, got no response, called, promised replacement b/4 Christmas. It is 12/25. Still no replacement straw! While wrapping, found another one with a big kink in the straw. Email sent on 12/17, phone call made on 12/19. I now have to gift these tumblers with no straws! Very unhappy and frustrated!
This is the worst product I've ever received from Personalization Mall, and they need to stop doing business with this client. I ordered the personalization women's scarf item #******* for a Christmas gift; well, I was highly disappointed in the quality (thin) material. Now I have to take my business somewhere else and spend more money; that I don't have. Unfortunately, I do not know how to load picture from my camera on my phone, to my computer, to show product.
I ordered some custom Easter bags for my grandchildren and it was promised on their website to be delivered before Easter without having to pay extra for expedited shipping. This company uses FedEx and they are unreliable and have caused more problems than any other shipping company. I received my order the day after Easter which was useless. The company was heartless and only offered to give me a shipping refund but no other remedy. I will not order from this company again. What a disappointment.
I've ordered at least a dozen gifts over the years from this company! Everything has been great quality, delivered promptly! I've never had to deal with their customer service, as I've never had a problem, so I can't rate that!

I was helping my grandmother design a doormat for the animal hospital she works at, and when I was finished with the design, and went to check out and order the thing, all it did was tell me there was an "error 101" in processing and have me start over again. I decided to give up and try another site after the 5th time getting the error, and I googled reviews, only to find that I'm not the only unsatisfied visitor. Quite the disappointment.
Bought a necklace that is engraved with two initials for my son to give his girlfriend for Christmas. The initials were completely off center. Looked like a child did it. Emailed customer service but no response. Had to call. I was told to send a picture of the necklace. I did. They responded that their quality assurance team thought the necklace was acceptable and they'd do nothing for me.
