Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
Bought a necklace that is engraved with two initials for my son to give his girlfriend for Christmas. The initials were completely off center. Looked like a child did it. Emailed customer service but no response. Had to call. I was told to send a picture of the necklace. I did. They responded that their quality assurance team thought the necklace was acceptable and they'd do nothing for me.
I bought a set of personalised glasses as a wedding gift and according to the dates on the website, I should have received it just in time.
I wrote to ask when it will ship. I never got an answer. I got an email with a tracking #. A few days later, nothing has moved. I sent another email and I received another email with a tracking #. I finally called customer service. The order had just shipped 8 business days later. They could not cancel it. They said they have replied to my emails but I just got tracking # to make me think it was being shipped. As of today, the order is not on the road yet.
I will not advise you to buy on this website.

When i ordered it says it ships in 1-2 business days (the only reason i ordered it)
I called today, customer service argued with me that it doesn't say that. Will not do anything about it. I will not purchase anything from them again, and i suggest you don't either if your expecting to receive your items.
Purchase a door mat. It arrived with white blotches all over the front. This was a gift and is HORRIBLE. Called to have it replaced or refunded. Rep was terse and nasty. She said absolutely no refund unless I sent it back at my expense. She said "you picked it, you brought, it is yours". Please don't buy from this company. Especially if it a gift.

It took 6 days to prepare my order for shipping! Wow, it is first experience in my life to wait for order being shipped so long, usually it happens next business day. Their web site estimated delivery by Dec 24, but it turned out to be Dec 29, which means my friends got present far beyond Christmas. No information on their web site on how extremely long it takes them to prepare regular order, and it sounded like my order would be for sure delivered by Christmas.
I placed an order of a mask with an image of my nose to my chin based on the photos portrayed on their website. What I received was so disappointing and embarrassing that I would never leave the house with it. I am showing the picture, once you stop laughing you will see how embarrassing it would be to leave the house. When I notified them, they claim it is the correct proportion, I don't know what human they think this is in proportion to because last I checked I was not a horse and this looks like a horse's mouth. They offered a 20% discount. Not worth it to give them my credit card number for that.
I ordered a personalized yoga mat and strap. They never sent the strap. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I had nothing to give because of this company. I even ordered expedited shipping. They have me back the shipping, but I still want the strap I paid for. Please don't waste your time with this company unless you don't care what you get or if you get it.

I have shopped at this company for 10+ years always been satisfied, always had good product. They have absolutely gone downhill with in the last couple years their product is OK now but their customer service sucks! I had a gift that was from my kids to their dad for Christmas they cropped out my daughters eyes and refused to do anything about it. I have contacted customer service and multiple reps and managers they all say it's exactly what I approved but it's not! The cropped down further. That was a gift from my kids. So upset right now. They will not refund me or send a proper replacement without me paying $20 for overnight shipping in time for Xmas.

I have bought a items from personalization mall been pretty happy with it until I ordered a family tree, the tree itself is 100$ but it actually looks like something you can buy from Dollar tree, small, flimsy, cheap and just made with the worst material, very disappointed, it was a gift for a 50 wedding anniversary. Worst of all, the response I received when I contacted them.

I ordered a glass ornament for christmas from this company, and it came within days of placing the order, which I was pleasantly surprised about. When it arrived, it came with a couple scratches on the glass, so I emailed their customer service and heard back from them within 48 hours. They shipped out a new ornament to me at no charge, and within days it arrived and it looks great! We've ordered with this company before and its always been a good experience. Thank you!
It's going to be 1 year anniversary with personalizedtionmall to the package that I didn't get, I tried mailing and calling in number they provided. Happy to say that number is piece of crap as no one picks up.

Really impressed with both the wide selection and the speed at which I received my order. I have placed two orders with them in the last couple months, a play backpack for my niece and most recently a note cube for my dad. Both times my orders arrived very quickly which I was surprised at for personalized products and were exactly as I expected. I am already picking out holiday gifts, the blankets look beautiful with so many design options, can't wait to place my next order.
Said item would ship within 1-2 business days. It has now been 9 days and it still has not been shipped. However, they have sent me roughly 3 emails a day with special offers for new orders- all still indicating 1-2 day shipping times. What a load of crap.

Ordered Christmas cards. Picture cropping was not what we ordered. One picture right over the head of family member. Customer service said it was exactly what we ordered and would not do anything.
Paid top dollar and had no customer service. Don't use personalizationmall.com for anything unless you are not concerned about a total loss if there is any problem.
Spam emails everyday, NO updates on my order. Had to track my order by going to their website and come to find out it's on back order for 4 months! I ordered Christmas ornaments at the beginning of December. Their customer service line doesn't allow for anyone you can speak to. And no refunds just bc it's on back order. FRAUD! Do not waste your money here.

Really disappointed with this company. Ordered item with expedited delivery. Received item (a photo t shirt) on time only to see it was someone else's order and picture. I called and was assured I would receive the correct item the next day. I did not. Now the item is useless to me - the event happened and the people are gone. I called requesting a refund. They refused and only offered shipping credit. Shame on you... buyer beware!

Everything I have ordered has been correct, good quality, and on-time. I frequently order frames for special events in our extended family and being able to tweak it just right for that recipient has come in very handy. Very happy with them.
I ordered before I read all of the awful reviews and crossed my fingers I would be the exception. My order arrived 4 days after I ordered when I paid for shipping by Christmas Eve (it would have been 10 days). I was pleased with the shipping information they provided me. It was through FedEx with a valid tracking number. I ordered beer glasses (the short version, I don't know what they are called) with a personalized initial art and caption on the side. The website immediately showed me a proof once I entered my information. It appeared to be a sticker on the side. I was hoping it would be a quality sticker so I ordered anyway. When they arrived, the design was etched on the side in a permanent manner. It was very slightly imperfect but only if you were looking. I was overall very pleased with my purchase.

Ive worked at this place before its ran by Hispanics an thats only who they help I see the things they pass as good quality of work things like picture frames if they come out the machine an there scuffed up we jus take a black marker or black shoe polish an touch it up blankets cost a lot an they mess those up the most they mess ur stuff up such as a pic on a blanket if u didn't crop it good then how ever u cropped it is how it will show on the blanket they jus say that's the customers fault instead of fixing themselves they gone jus send it to u an yes there customer skills is horrible one day the office lady turned the intercom on an we heard her whole nasty conversation she was having with a customer an she was very nasty calling the customer dumb an everything
I've ordered products from them before and was satisfied with the quality, but do not order the lumbar pillow. The picture was blurry and colors were off, even though the pic I sent had a high resolution. Also, the pillow was so flat, I don't know how they call it a lumbar pillow as it had absolutely no support. I contacted them for a refund, and was asked to send pics, which I did, but no reply.
This is the second time I've ordered from this company and both times they've made ridiculous mistakes.
I ordered an Easter basket for my granddaughter's first Easter and they printed the wrong name on it.
Recently, I ordered a garden flag and it was printed upside down!
The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because they gave me a full refund of the Easter basket and sent me a new one with the correct name on it, although it was past Easter. I was so very disappointed. Regarding the Christmas garden flag, they are expediting a new one, but did not refund my money. The lady I spoke to in customer service, Patti, was very accommodating and seemed sympathetic to my issue. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, their items are smaller than you think.
I will definitely do business with this company again. I bought 2 items from them, and they are both amazing. Truly recommend them for anyone who is looking for personalized products with great quality!
