Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
Thursday before Mother's Day ordered a "World's Best Mom" cap for my lovely wife. It was personalized with her nickname on the back of the cap. Paid an extra 27.00+ for Guaranteed Saturday delivery (to get it before Mother's Day).
Received the hat on Monday (sorry Mom), with no personalized embroidery.

I am rewriting an earlier review of PersonalizationMall because a customer service representative (Patricia) read my negative review, contacted me, and made it right by by sending me a new custom engraved wood ornament that originally arrived defective. Whatever negative opinion I originally formed about their satisfaction guarantee was more than made up by the effort that was made to rectify my issue- I especially appreciated the Fedex Next Day Delivery that delivered my keepsake ornament in time for Christmas. The replaced ornament was craftily made and arrived as described. I will definitely do business with them going forward.
Reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous about ordering an ornament for my grandsons first Christmas, but they had exactly what I want. I am very happy with the ornament, it came the exact day they said it would. And the ornament is awesome. I would have like the writing to be a bit bigger, but that's not their fault. Very impressed and I will definitely order from this company again

My order that I placed on 11/29 that was supposedly shipped on 12/02 has been sitting in Atlanta since December 10... label created for usps but it's not moved from The place in Atlanta. I ordered this somewhat early to get it before Christmas. I get that there are shipping delays, but it's absolutely ridiculous that it hasn't made any progress. And, your company has the nerve to send emails and advertise that there is still time to order and get items before Christmas. What a joke. If I do not receive it ASAP, I will dispute the charges with my my bank. I see from all the horrible reviews of this same thing happening that I made a huge mistake ordering from you.

I purchased a custom photo bath mat from their website for a Christmas gift. When the bath mat arrived, it was faintly duplicated and smeared over the black caption box in the upper right hand corner. I sent an email with photos included to Personalization Mall asking them to reprint the mat due to the error. They got back to me and said that the quality was inspected and the mat was made according to the design and they would not be reprinting it. The design is not duplicated at all. The printing was their mistake. They offered me a 20% discount off of my next order. I would never purchase anything from them again. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and a PayPal dispute.
I ordered a Christmas gift for my father and it totally was not what I expected. I called customer service and was told very bluntly by a rep that there were no returns on personalized items. I am very displeased and disappointed not only with the item but with the so called customer service. All Calls Should Be Recorded! The order came to $65 and wasn't even nothing like the picture online. My glass clock with a poem on it was so small, it's crazy. Also the "guaranteed Mother's Day delivery" is bs. My item came 2 days after please do not waste your money, nor bother trying.

Placed my order on December 2nd. December 5th got notice that USPS was awaiting the item from PM, which they have yet to receive. I've emailed them several times, sent FB messages, tried Twitter and called. No one has gotten back with me. At this point I've given up that these items will ever come. What a let down.

Stay clear of these guys. I ordered a customized blanket from their website. When I entered my shipping address it estimated delivery in 8-10 business days for $17.99. I thought this was a bit pricy but paid anyway because I live in Hawaii. Over 3 weeks later my order has still not arrived! The special occasion was missed. Personalization Mall has refused to issue a refund on any portion.

I ordered from them the day before Christmas. I found some unique ideas for great prices. Needless to say, I never received the gift I was going to give. Upon contacting them I asked for my money back. They responded by saying they would send me another one. Never arrived. Contacted them again and they refused to give me money back AND a tracking number. They know what their doing when it comes to stealing and fraud. Bad.
I saw that they offered exedited shipping so I ordered a customized banner for my daughter's graduation party. I paid for next day shipping and the item didn't arrive until 5 days later. They would only refund my shipping. I wouldn't recommend this site. Go to local walmart photo center instead. Email said it'd be in on Friday. Just arrived today (Tues).

I bought my grandson a personalized baseball bat 4 months ago. It didn't reach him before his birthday due to some PO address problem so it came back to personalization mall. They were supposed to charge me another 5.95 to ship, but charged me for the bat all over again along with shipping charges! I will never do business with them again snd I have 23 grandchildren. Don't patronize them unless you you want to be ripped off!

Their website is very difficult once you get to the payment screen. Cart went empty, never stated order was completed. Placed order again then saw two emails confirming order. I tried to reach them immediately and they were closed. Sent email immediately. Called the next morning the minute they opened and they refused to cancel the duplicate order. I asked them very nicely to do the right thing and she kept insisting that they would not cancel the duplicate order. I have called my credit card company and they will charge it back to them.
After waiting 3 weeks and another week of there company telling me it was still in transit. They finally decided to act. This was with opening an investigation for 5 days. Then remaking it and remailing it. Did not offer any upgraded mail so overall it took about 2 months to receive.
I ordered my wife a Christmas present on 11/27/20 and was told it shipped on 11/30. Last update was 12/4/20 sayi g ot was in the way to the shipper. No updates at all since then. I have tried to call them everyday for the past week and they keep saying call volumes are high and to try back later. I'm guessing they are so busy because no one is getting their packages! I also tried e-mailing with no response! What a joke of a company! Never doing business with them again... who knows how I will get my money back!

I am updating my initial review. I was initially frustrated, but once the company became aware of the problem, the responded and promptly sent my order to me. I really like this company because they have very nice products. They indicated they will be making corrections with their shipping, which will fix the problems. I have always been happy with my orders and now that the problem is solved, I will definitely continue to order from them.

Purchased gifts for Christmas on December 6th. Received an update telling me the package was shipped. The ONLY other update I received was that the package has been sitting in York PA since December 12th- a full week ago. Finally spoke with someone on the phone who basically said "oh well, there are delays". Really? It takes more than 3 weeks to order gifts for Christmas? Run screaming. Use Etsy. I cannot remember ever being so disgusted by an online shopping experience! I ordered a personalized coffee mug and plaque for my husband for Valentines Day and this company managed to get the entire order wrong and then proceeded to say it was my fault and they would not replace the items as if I don't know my wedding date! These people need to be reported to the BBB. Not only did they not care that they ruined my husbands gift, but to turn around and blame the customer for your own ineptitude is inexcusable! I ordered from this company before Thanksgiving. They sent a email stating that the item had been shipped but it hasn't moved since November 23. USPS still hasn't received it. I have reached out to this company 2 times now and get the same message. Since I chose economy shipping it will take 5 to 10 business days. It's been well over that. They are also using Covid as a excuse. So now I am beginning to wonder if I will ever receive it. Its a Christmas gift for my mom. Poor customer service. Don't promise something and not follow thru.
