Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
Horrible customer service. They put my order on hold after they saw my card didn't match my original information which is understandable, but then instead of bothering to understand the situation they needed to speak to the card holder which was MY MOM! She works and so do I, so they made the situation hard on us both so I didn't appreciate that. I had my card compromised so I had to make do and give her cash in exchange to borrow her card so that I could get her this gift that she will not be receiving at all or on time for that matter. I even called 3 times over the course of 3 days to resolve the issue in which case I was sent to vm after their automated vm said they were closed for the day which is absolute bs. I will not be buying from this website again because its not their job to be concerned about these things and then to full proof it either, its their job to sell, pack and send out. Get your gifts elsewhere don't waste your money or time you'll be better off.

No help, they churn and burn. Don't try to get something done right or expect customer service to even pretend they care. These are usually personal items- they mean a lot to people, so customer service should acknowledge that when people are trying to get it done right. They say they offer you freedom to place text but you can't put it where you want- it has to go where they place it even if it's in an awkward position. They say they will help you with it but when you talk to customer service they won't lift a finger. I placed an order at 3am and called this morning to ask to merely slide the text down because the template doesn't allow it and they claim it shipped out. REALLY? It's a 10 day turn around and within hours they got the order, processed it, printed it and packaged in to ship. That's efficient. I wish my household ran that militant! NOT! They are also liars!
I recently went to purchase a customisable round glass ornament, which measure 3" diameter. After spending time customising and going to checkout, I discovered that they were going to charge me $82 for standard shipping. I have had a 60"x30" canvas painting shipped from America for less than that, and they think they can justify $82 for a 3 inch ornament? Absolute rip off, I will never shop here.
I ordered 4 personalized ornaments from this company for Christmas gifts for people, and when they arrived they looked awful. The heads of the people in the pictures were cut off, and the pictures were blurry. I called to complain, and they said to send pictures to their email. I did that, and a week went by and they didn't get back to me. I called several times and spoke with several different people. Finally, they told me there was nothing they could do about it, and they would not issue a refund, but if I wanted I could reorder the products and basically pay again! They're out of their minds. This is the worst company to order personalized anything from. The customer service is terrible. I should have known because several people I've talked to prior to ordering the ornaments told me how awful they were. Never again!
I ordered two items at the same time - one custom made cutting board and cheese chalk sticks. The custom made cutting board came in a smashed box, but it was on time. The cutting board was just sitting in the box, not even bubble wrapped. The chalk sticks (not custom designed) arrived four days late in a smashed up package (allegedly via FEDEX) was was not delivered by a FEDEX driver, and the customer service folks didn't give a crap! The offered to refund my "expedited" shipping charges, but I have yet to even see that happen. Then when I told them I don't have a use for the chalk sticks because the wedding has come and gone, they told me to ship them back (I would have to pay for that return) for a refund.
Just a sketchy situation and I'm sooo disappointed. Clearly, they no longer care about how their products look, are packed and are shipped. What a shame.
I ordered a baby's first Christmas ornament which arrived a few days before Christmas... defective. The inscription had a large gap, which was clearly an error in their machinery. They said it must have somehow gotten past their Quality checkpoints and said they would send me another one. There was no offer to reimburse me the $17 and the new one came after Christmas. I wrote to them and asked them what good it was to me after the baby already had her first Christmas and I politely asked for a refund. They declined twice saying that they processed it as an exchange. What poor practice! I will never ahipnbere again!
Ordered a photo golf ball. The picture is so small you can hardly see it! They should have sent a magnifying glass with it!

Ordered a grey stone and received a tan stone. Have bought before and received grey stones. Company sent a replacement and it was the same colour as the first one sent. How dumb to sent the same colour stone to Australia for a replacement when you know its wrong.

I ordered an apron for my mom for christmas from my kids and although it took some time to get it was worth it and very nice. I ordered another one for my MIL and it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received it yet. Personalization Mall had it shipped out within 3 days and now it is stuck somewhere in transit. I think there must be a more efficient way to ship items. I am worried I will not have it in time for the holiday even though it was ordered a month early.
I ordered the personalized lantern set as a gift late Jan and received it within about 10 -12 days, which was in time for me to give it as a gift to my sister at her son's wake. It was all correct as I ordered. Best of all, she liked it. I bought it with no extras because I am cheap, and she's a crafter. I think decorating it really helped her grieving process, and it is beautiful.

When I received notification that it would not be there until Nov 4 from fedex I called. Your representative was rude and nasty and just told me I did not know how to read. I will never order from you again. She was not at all pleasant and did not even apologize. I am posting a negative review all over the internet. Train your people. This is what it said on line and I thought it gave me enough time. I did not need a lecture." Please allow 2 to 3 business days for personalization process and additional 4 to 6 business days for shipping time with average delivery between 6 to 9 business days after the order is placed. Attempted to contact them they lied and said they would refund me shipping plus 25% off, but didn't instead they BLOCKED my account and numbers after being nice and patient. The bich Kay D. The one in charge of doing chargebacks is no help & is always suddenly on 4 weeks vacation. This company is full of bs, how do you block a paying customer? Item received was damaged, Called customer service was told to email picture of product. Received an email stating they were sorry they did not see damage, and there would be no refund. Called a second time and told to return the product. I did receive a refund but the process was not customer friendly and confusing. I will not use this company again.
We ordered a personalized banner that came within a week. It was beautiful unfortunately it was missing a grommet. I sent an email and received a response almost immediately. They asked that I send a picture of the issue in question which I did. The next day I received an email apologizing for the missing grommet and I was told they where sending a replacement out immediately. I have never received such fast and professional service before. The first email I sent was on a Saturday morning and the issue was resolved on Sunday. Very impressive! I will recommend this company to both friends and family.
As others, tracking updates stopped 11 days ago so I called the customer service number to listen to a recording saying they couldn't take my call because of "increased call volume." Sent a message via their messaging system with no response. Funny thing is, I have ordered from other companies and have received those orders on time. I guess this company is the only one being affected by Covid. Another lesson learned I guess.
I ordered a gift for my goddaughter's communion and it was sent to the wrong post office, thus making the gift not arrive on time for the communion. I'd much rather stick to Amazon. Personalization Mall is unwilling to help in any way to correct a shipping address, even if it is just to call to add a UNIT #, because of their 'contract with fedex'. What a crock of bull! Call Fedex and simply 'add' a unit # - it's not rocket science. The only help they offered was to have me reorder the item and they would refund 50% of my original order. Well, isn't that mighty kind of them, all of 50%! I explained to them that I was not made aware I needed a unit # when I asked the recipient for their address, just a street number and name and city, state, zip. If I had known there was a unit # that was needed by fedex, I certainly would have included it. They 'trick' you into confirming an address even if the address is what you were given so one would assume that the address IS correct, and then their attitude is 'oh, well!'.
I purchased and item from here wanting the names of all grandchildren on it. I received it one name was missing. I emailed them about it. They sent a replacement I received it now two names were missing. Emailed them they sent email back saying if I wanted to re purchase the item they would give me 50% off the cost minus the shipping cost! As I informed them no I would not like to re purchase as I have already purchased once and paid shipping. It was not right either time! I will definitely not be using them again! I am stuck with not one but two of the same item and they are both screwed up and they want me to purchase again for 50% off minus shipping! Totally insane! That's a big NO THANK YOU!
Ordered on Nov. 25th, Pitney Bowes tracking says in Atlanta since Dec. 18th. These were Christmas gifts, I will be asking for a refund. I can not even speak to anyone at Personalization Mall, they says all agents are busy and to send email. Have sent two emails, no response from them! Lousy customer service and I will not use them again.

Oh man, should have read reviews before ordering from this site. In short, would NOT recommend. My order shipped on June 2, today is June 23 and I still have not received it. According to tracking, it's lost in the mailstream (tracking has not updated since June 14). This was a gift that I needed by next week. Reached out to customer service multiple times and kept getting the answer to reach out on X date. Finally, today, they said they will do an investigation. I now have to wait 10 days to either get a replacement or refund. WTF?
Look at the sample. The sample shows a screwed up misprint. The letter of the name over laps the number in the date. The Company states that is the way it's suppose to look. I took it to a print shop in town and they said no that is a misprint. They need to move their template over so this does not occur. This piece looks so Stupid. They claim they are 100 % satisfaction guaranteed. However, not so! If you click approve your screwed! Too bad so sad! You end up with a conversation piece that people talk bad about! So don't order! Customer service is a joke! I spoke to 3 representatives and they all are rude! Advice... Don't order from this company!

We emailed and called and were told that the coordinates were what we had sent them. The order was matched on 07/09 by a O. Oyetunde, was the order filled oversees, was there a translation problem?
The customer service rep said it was our mistake and we would have to reorder and repay, no returns accepted. I asked to speak to the manager, initially she refused but put me through to a voicemail, sounded like an overseas call center, no return call yet. We have disputed the charge, hopefully Personalization Mall. Com management will do the right thing and refund Chase the $42.00
