Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
I ordered two photo inserts and the case that accompanies it. The picture quality on the photo inserts were terrible. All my pictures on the product were blurry. The pictures that I uploaded were nice and crisp. One rep even agreed that the pictures that I uploaded looked crisp and the pictures that I sent of the product looked blurry. I was told someone would look into it. No return call. I called them again, they told me I could pay to ship it back and then I would receive store credit. For more poor quality products?!? No, thanks.
This was my first and will be my only experience with Personalization Mall.
I also wrote two 1-star reviews for each one of the photo inserts I purchased, and they didn't post either of them... They said it take 24-48 hours before the review would post and it's been 6 days, weird..
I ordered three items and the one out of the three when I received the email was in one line it was a clock with engravings. This is for a wedding! The preview was absolutely right when I added it in my cart. I called as soon as I saw the whole thing was in one tiny line that's not even readable and was told that's how they received. Because of the fault in the stupid site. And all they can do is have me reorder it fix it and then will refund me a 30% off once I pay WTF! I called back once I calmed down the supervisor would not get on the phone then I was hung up on, extremely unprofessional do not order from this site
I recently ordered a $50 canvas wedding gift. When ordering it was "recommended" that I get the 2" wrapped canvas for an up charge. (I did). When the proof was on the screen, it was a flat proof of how the product would look. When I got the actual product it was NOTHING like the proof. One of the people in the picture has his entire face wrapped around the side of the canvas on the 2" border. I called and after sending almost 7 pictures, I was answered with and email saying "we are sorry but this is how your proof look and we realize mistakes happen, so here is 30% off to reorder" ARE YOU SERIOUS? I can tell you that i will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and plan to make sure that all who visit or try to order from this site are aware how lacking their need for customer satisfaction or repeat business is. The Better Business Bureau should be aware as well.
I ordered a blanket in April. It was great. So I ordered a second one in August. The first thing I noticed was the first picture was a baby and eyes were cut off and the color of that picture was much darker than the preview I approved. The dress was pink but on the blanket you could barely see it. I called and was ask to send a picture which I did. 4 days LATER I got a reply that if they redid it would be the same. I am so disappointed and do not recommend you use them because they will try to make you believe it was your fault!
We ordered customized koozies for a birthday party coming up. They arrived in a timely matter but there is not a can slim enough to even come close to fitting in the koozie. The company acknowledged that the koozies shrink after production and it's a common problem. If that's a common problem it is something that should be fixed. They recommend we repeatedly shove a can in to make it wider and that is absolutely ridiculous. Save your money and DO NOT buy from this company.

I ordered Christmas presents on December 1, with the promise of receiving by Christmas. It is now December 28th and I still don't have my Christmas presents. I spent a lot of money on this site. Never again.
Placed an order on Dec 8th... now December 22nd and order STILL shows it hasn't left origin. My advice. Steer clear. And im writing this before I even see my order. Regardless... I will NEVER use this company AGAIN! VERY unhappy customer here

I got the Guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day and nope, the product's gonna arrive tomorrow by end of day. The shipping itself was like $10. I tried contacting them about this for at least a partial refund on the expedited shipping or at least an explanation about the late delivery but no response. Haha hahahahahahaha

I ordered Christmas on November 11. They said my order shipped on November 18. By December 8 I still had not received my order, even though they're package tracking said it had been delivered to my local post office. I contacted customer service and they redid my order to be shipped the next day. That was December 8 and the order still has not shipped. I will not order from this company again

One item will not be delivered until the 15th. Called, well sir we told you in the confirmation email that it wouldn't be in the subheading of the item, and the banner for the item said such.

Ordered a mug for Father's Day which arrived broken in 3 places. I have now called 3 times and have been told each time to send in a picture of the broken mug. Each time I have sent the email with the picture attachment and when I call back to see why the new mug has not been sent they tell me they never received the picture. I asked to speak to a manager the 3rd time I called and was told there was no manager to speak to... sounds very shady to me. I will not be using this site again and I advise everyone to look elsewhere for personalized products!
I found some things on their website however I decided not to buy them to buy something else. I didn't not go through the checkout process however they are trying to state I did when the screen shot I have shows that I never did. They are attempting to charge me even though I did not buy them. Do not buy from this website, they are complete lieing crap and I will never order from them again
I purchased 3 items from personalization.com at the same time. I gave 2 items positive reviews and the 3rd item a negative review. Lo and behold the positive reviews were posted immediately and the negative review was never posted. I emailed customer service to inquire why the negative review was not posted and they never got back to me. Misleading and deceptive business practice, in my opinion. I will not be doing business with this company on the future.
I ordered 2 Family Bibles for wedding gifts. I also purchased, for $6.99 each, gift boxes for both of them. One of the gift boxes was nice the other one was ripped in four places. The large box they arrived in was not damaged at all. I called and requested another gift box and was told by customer service that they couldn't send me just a gift box. I was very disappointed that they would even send a box so chewed up and ratty looking. They said they would reimburse me the $6.99 which is ok but I wanted the gift box I purchased.

I bought a personalized towel and tumbler as a Christmas present before Thanksgiving. I still have not received these items. The tracking email that I received shows that these shipped on Nov 28th but doesn't show an update after December 3rd. I have tried emailing and calling them. They have not answered my email and will not answer the phone. This is terrible customer service! I would love to have refund but can't get anyone to answer the phone or email!

I ordered an engraved item. Everything looked correctly on my end. Two of us proofread it. I submitted it and paid. When the item arrived it was only part of the words. So ridiculous. They said it was my fault. I could reorder for 50%off. Something with their system went weird. I even had a screen shot prooving that it was correct and they still said it was my fault. Again, want me to reorder and if it does it again than what... what a joke. Never again their site says that they build meaningful relationships at the heart of everything they do. Haha. They might want to change this!
This was the worst customer service I have ever received. All for a "free ornament" that would have ended up costing me $15. Still lost $6 in the first shipment that was sent to the wrong address. When I tried to speak to a manager to get answers to my questions I was hung up on by 2 individuals. The 3rd told me that a manager would call me to discuss but I doubt that will happen. I used to purchase from here every Christmas but NEVER AGAIN!
Re: Personalization Mall dot com located in Burr Ridge, IL. I placed my first (and last) order from this company. I thought the product was poorly made and of sub-par quality, especially for the price! Not worth it at all. I had something personalized and couldn't figure out how to use it. When I called, I did't get ANY support or direction - they just seemed worried about not returning or refunding my money. VERY DISAPPOINTED. There are so many other site that one can order from. I ewould never recommend Personalization Mall to anyone.
You aren't actually allowed to create "personalized" gifts as they choose weather your personal life is appropriate for the gift. Apparently, only "G" rated items are acceptable... sorry adults with a sense of humor. Shop elsewhere.
The first purchase I ever made from Personalization mail was great! Loved the product so I used them to buy more of the same for wedding gifts. Unfortunately subsequent purchases came in a lower quality and the measurements were smaller than advertised (personalized cutting boards). Extremely disappointing. Then decided to order a personalized T-Shirt for a special occasion, even paying quite a bit extra for expedited shipping which had a guaranteed delivery date. It never arrived. Days later it still shows "delayed" on tracking. Company refuses to issue a refund even though it was guaranteed and Is now no longer needed as the event has passed. I will not be using this company again. If you choose to order from them, do so at your own risk, knowing that it's a gamble as to whether the package will show up, and a gamble as to what the quality will be. Some things are ok and some are not. No consistency. No guarantee. And customer service was stressful and unhelpful. I'm feeling very cheated. Poor business practices. Not worth it for me. I don't have money to just throw away like that.

I have ordered from them many times. Never had a problem I sent my sister to look at the site for a mothers gift. She liked the site and was talking how she wanted to make a few items for her self. She ordered a gift for my mom and it came out wrong she asked for help and they said they would give her a discount but still had to buy a new one. They said they wouldn't fix it. She reviewed the order before submitting the order and she had it how she wanted it. They are saying it's her fault and all they can do is a descount. I'm so embarrassed that the place I told her to go to is treating her like this. Now I know how they treat their customers. Never will I bring my Business here again or recommend this site to any one again.
And I have nothing to show for it. Their tracking of my parcel (it did have a PMall tracking number) has not changed for two weeks and it was supposed to be delivered almost 10 business days ago. They have not responded to any of my inquiries at all.
All Personalization Mall seems to be capable of is sending me advertisements at least daily. Unsubscribing their offers, I have learned my lesson with "Personalization" mall. They must be a charter member of the BOHICA tribe.

I placed an order on December 19 and paid for expedited, overnight (FedEx) shipping. 9 days later, I checked the tracking number, and it hasn't even been shipped yet. Personalization Mall has no Customer Service -- I have sent 2 emails: one on December 24, one earlier this morning, and I have been on hold with their customer service department now for 14 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER OR YOUR SHIPMENT, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. And all they say, every 10 minutes, is "Your estimated wait time is 30 minutes."

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Based on my experience, they have no Customer Service or Support. I have been on hold for 25 minutes to get a question answered. I sent 2 previous emails that were neither acknowledged or answered. PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE MAY BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY.

I ordered ONE pair of Christmas socks on December 19, paid for expedited overnight shipping. The package was never received and when I checked the FedEx tracking on December 28 -- 9 days later -- the package had not even been shipped yet. When I tried to find out about a refund, there was no one to speak to, no one to answer my emails, and so far, no refund issued. THIS SITE APPEARS TO BE A COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIPOFF which I will never use, and will spend as much time as I can to disparage, discredit and criticize this company, their products and their policies.

Ordered my Christmas ornament on cyber Monday thinking it would be here within two weeks, or so the tracker said. On 12/14 I called and asked about the status of my package and the women told me it would be here by Monday the 17th. Monday comes and still nothing. I call on Wednesday and the customer service lady says it is in New York (I'm in Hawaii btw) and that she would express ship one and it would be here in two days. Two minutes after the phone call I get an email that says my order has been cancelled and I'm getting a refund. RIDICULOUS
