Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!

Ordered Christmas gifts for my two older granddaughters on 11/29/21… today is 12/20/21 and these still have not shipped from the warehouse in IL and I got notice on 12/8/21 that they were shipped…
After 5 or 6 days of battling with these customer service idiots… they finally agreed to reproduce my order and send it out… got notification from FedEx that the label was created and that it was loaded on a truck and still no movement all day today and I'm supposed to have it Weds 12/22/21 before 8pm… yeah right…
To say that I'm not holding my breath is an understatement…
Will NEVER buy anything from this company again…and I will no longer recommend their company to anyone… personalcreations only for me… at least they stand behind their products and shipping standards…

Placed an order 12/5 it was shipped 12/7. No updates since December 14th from the carrier and Christmas is a few days away. They even charged an up charge for shipping for the season. I placed another order the evening of 12/5 and while it took longer to actually ship than the 1-2 business day turnaround they claim, the recipient got their gift 3 days after it shipped. So I'm assuming my gift is lost out there somewhere with my children's faces on them. Not happy at all.
Update- thankfully I had emailed customer service the same day I wrote complaint. They responded back that the third party shipper has lost my package and they expedited another which arrived a day later-Christmas eve. I was so happy to have my gifts! However still not pleased with how photos of my kids are out there somewhere on multiple items along with my address. The person who responded on here was of no help, the original order DID NOT come before Christmas like he said it was still scheduled to do so. He said I didn't pay a shipping surcharge which it states it right on every order email during the holidays (I placed a few orders). Also said the 1-2 day turnaround was for processing only, which my things were processed made and shipped within 2 days like it said, just got lost somewhere. So not happy with customer service giving false information on here yet ended up very helpful on my email. Not sure I'll order again or not. Out of a lot of orders this was the only one that didn't make it.

The quality of their merchandise is very poor. I am embarrassed to give it as a gift. I contacted their customer service and offer NO refund or exchange.
Make sure you read the whole Description of the product because they'll say 5 by 7 but holds 2 by 3 inch picture I've ordered a few things from here but never again disappointed

Received approx $150 dollars worth of customized product which I had ordered after the holiday (Easter) for which I had ordered it. Paid $35.00 for one -day express shipping. Since weather was the reason for the delay, I didn't actually expect a refund on the product because they can't control the weather(although many more sophisticated customer-service oriented companies would have offered that - understanding that a happy customer is a customer for life). What I didn't expect was an offer of refunding me the difference between express shipping ($35) and regular shipping of ($12.) packaged as " we're going out on a limb here." Huh? If you are going to refund the shipping, why carve out the $12.00? I was told that they "had to re-coup our loss." Um... what about the profit on $150 worth of items. Had they simply refunded the whole shipping cost - I would have been fine - but the fact that the head of customer service ( apparently related to the owner) made a big deal about the $12.00 on a $140 order is just plain short sighted and silly. Not once did anyone I spoke with say they were sorry that I didn't get my order in time for Easter. Not one.
This place is a joke. I ordered Christmas cards on 12/7 and they didn't make it to my house until 12/23, even though they sent me a notification that my order had shipped on 12/8. What am I supposed to do with Christmas cards that NEED TO BE MAILED on 12/23? And, they sent out the order with NO ENVELOPES. Who sends out Christmas cards without a friggin' envelope. It's very obviously a necessary part of the card giving experience. These were not only Christmas cards, they were a Christmastime announcement of my wife and I expecting a child. RUINED. LAME. Personalization Mall, you suck!
Absolutely annoyed and highly unsatisfied dealing with this company. Ordered a package on September 9th and it's arriving September 22nd. F+ for no compassion as it is for my grandfather who is ill. Wouldn't recommend company at all and this is my first and last purchase.
I only wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this place. I emailed them that I had not received my order it was 15 days I wanted it for Christmas gifts. They emailed me back as if it was my fault because I choose economy shipping and that it takes 6 to 10 days well economy shipping is past 10 days. We are in a pandemic and people are stretching to spend money to make a bad situation better and here it is a rude don't care person behind a keyboard typing a rude unconcerned email. I advises them that I would never order from them or refer anyone. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! These reviews are legit. YOU will be disappointed.

So i initially was looking for a random gift for my husband when i ran into this website. I immediately loved the customized robe idea since i had been wanting to get him a robe for quite some time. After ordering the robe i decided to check out their reviews (please always check reviews before hand) and to my surprise, all reviews where horrible! They terrified me! Bad customer service, bad products, late shipping and all! I was like... dang! And praying it would be a different outcome for me. I later decided to just email them and tell them to cancel the order disregarding the numerous comments about them being unable to cancel orders. Well... my package arrived 2 days later a total of 6 days after order! The robe was beautifully made, soft and warm! The stitching was well done and it looked exactly the way it looked in the photo! I was very impressed and happy with my purchase. I never got an email back but its okay because it was better than i expected! I had to do a positive review after the countless negative reviews that i have read about this site! Thank you personalized mall for making my experience a good one and i hope everyone the best of luck with their orders!

Personalization Mall uses the devious tactic of personalizing even defective products and then refusing returns or refunds because it has been "personalized."
The black marble bookends I received looked NOTHING like the preview picture. They had splashes of some white liquid substance permanently defacing the fronts of both; one blob in the middle of the "C" initial so it looked like a sloppy "O."
Customer service said "Those are natural imperfections found in marble" -- They are teardrop shaped splashes/splatters, NOT veins and striations that naturally occur in marble.
One phone call and numerous emails to them resulted in rote and cut and paste replies saying basically: "You own it. We have NO responsibility."
So now I am out cost of the bookends plus shipping and 'surcharge,' plus the $15 to send them back to the company: Almost $80 and I have NOTHING!

I ordered wooden Christmas ornaments for our children and their significant others. Clearly, from the posted photos they ALL look different. Joshua is the best looking one compared to the others. (I also added the picture from their website - big difference for marketing them.) I am embarrassed to give these as gifts. And, of course, I cannot return them as, according to their sub-standards, this is not a product defect. This was their reply:
"Thank you for sending the image to me as requested. The photos have been reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and they have determined the item was manufactured correctly. The wood graining and tones are what determine the depth of the color. This is expected with natural wood. Because wood is a natural element of the product, there is no way for us to guarantee all products will produce a consistent finish. Variations are to be expected. We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the item, but a replacement may be manufactured with the same result."
They list for $16.99 but I paid $11.99 on sale! What a rip-off.
Over the weekend I saw an ad on Facebook and they were offering them for $4.99! Hmmm... something tells me they know their real value.

I have ordered gifts from this company several times and have always been pleased. Their work and quality has been outstanding. So, I decided to order 8 more of the exact whiskey glasses I had ordered in the past. When the glasses arrived, I noticed they did not look as nice as the previous glasses. They were not tinted and did not feel as heavy in your hand. When I reviewed the glass type from a previous order, I noticed it was a different glass. I contacted Customer Service which was no help. He told me to send pictures to their QA department. QA respond " This has been reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and they have determined the item was made according to the design parameters created by our Design Department." They said they could not refund or replaced because they were personalized as I requested. I never complained about the customization. I complained that it wasn't the same glass. They completely ignored this and offered me a 20% discount. I told them to keep the discount and they have lost me as a customer. They made a few dollars today but will lose hundreds … maybe thousands in future orders.
If you are considering buying from them, do not make a large purchase. Purchase 1 item at a time so you don't waste almost $200 on something cheap like I just did.

I placed my order on November 27th and it was delivered December 5th. It was the WRONG order -- they sent me someone else's. I called on the 6th. Waited on the phone for 30 minutes. Spoke to someone who said it would be fixed. On their site it says 1-2 days turn around. My WRONG order wasn't even shipped until the 11th. But wait. If you go to FEDEX it says only the shipping label has been created and that it has not even shipped! I needed this to give as a gift on the 19th. I don't think I'm getting it. Again, I should have had it the 5th but I got sent the wrong order. I am so disappointed and upset. I have since called and been hung up on multiple times, called and was on hold for an hour and finally I had to hang up. I've sent 3 emails to two different addresses with NO response. Just awful. Who does that? My order number is *******R. Just not the way a company who really values their customers behaves.

As a new grandmother of triplets, I ordered hats with their names on them for Easter gifts. They arrived recently. Thank goodness I had them sent to my home, as they were embarrassing. I will never give them to my kids. I called customer service and explained my disappointment. I was told the product was made as indicated and that I had agreed to it. There was nothing they could do. The hats looked like it had a piece of tape stuck on the front. The ink was also spotty. T h e company calls it "distressed". I believe that is a cover word for an inferior ink job. The tape would also break down when the hat was stretched over a small head. I emailed customer service and was told there was nothing they would do. I called again and once more turned down. However, they keep telling me how valuable I am and please order again. I think not. I have been in a customer service job for years and this is no way to treat a customer. I predict this company will not last long. They are likely "distressed".
Worst customer service of my life. Selected two-day express shipping so I could receive the item in time for a trip. Did not receive item on time. Customer Service initially refused to reimburse express shipping rate. Finally received item in mail days later and it was the wrong item! After NO APOLOGY from the company, they agreed to ship me the ACTUAL ITEM I ORDERED but through economy shipping. So to sum up, it's been two weeks and I have yet to receive the order which was guaranteed for two-day shipping. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered one of the custom cutting boards (the man, the meat, etc.) and the print on the left side of the picture of the animal at the bottom was larger than on the right side. After reading their guarantee (sounding all sweet and nice), I called the company and that customer service girl was NOT nice at all. They had me send in pictures, and then denied my claim, saying that it is supposed to be like that in order to get the words to fit and O is bigger than the letter T, blah, blah. So, it looks completely off balance. Why didn't they just shrink the writing on the left to match, so it wouldn't look so lop sided? I left a bad review on their website, still waiting to see if they "change it" or not post it. I get the impression they only post the good reviews.
Update: I wrote a neg. Rew and they still haven't posted, its been a month now.
I absolutely love the gift I ordered and will be ordering again for sure. L could not be happier. They did everything beautifully. I would recommend their gifts to everyone.
I ordered various items for Christmas last week and spent pretty much all of my Christmas budget on this site. I got two emails a few days ago stating that my items were on hold, a few days later got an email that said my items were shipped, now I received an email that said it was delivered to my front porch on the 20th. I never received my package and I can't get ahold of anyone to talk to me. I understand there are issues and/or a delay with FedEx due to COVID, and I also understand that this may entirely be a mistake on FedEx's part. However, I just want to talk to someone so I can get an answer and the things I ordered. At this point, I will not have any gifts for my family on Christmas Day. I have never had any issues with this site, but I am so heartbroken right now. Someone please answers me for Pete's sake.
I placed an order on December 1. I was sent an email saying it had been shipped. It is now December 17 and I have not received my order. I have called and left messages and emailed them with absolutely NO response from them. When I check the tracking number, they say they have no such package. Of course my credit card has been changed and the credit card bill HAS arrived!

In November, I ordered Christmas gifts from them. Paid for shipping. They used Pitney Bowes for shipping and PB delivered it to USPS service December 2nd. Still sitting at USPS facility for 20 days now, and PM does nothing.
